Ordered product and credit card was charged for product. 45 days later the product has not been received. Emails to the customer service address have not been replied to (4 emails submitted), phone calls not answered, messages left on voice maile not replied to. This is a fraudulent online company beware.

I went to the Attorney General of Arizona and filed a complaint against this company just recently. I used this company for about 6 months with great results, then the last order is when everything went south. They took my money and no product. I have tried to reach them by email and phone several times with no luck. I hope the State can do something. I have had to use the Attorney General in Florida to get my money back with a different company several years ago. They are very helpful. They have a complaint for online you can use. Every state has this service.

I actually love this company if it the same one these other posts are about. I have been using them for 6 years with no issues

I placed an order with https://www.vitaminchamp.com, and the charge came on my card from Live Lean today in Arizona., and yes I have that spelling correct. Order placed on November 27th. 6 days later I emailed them for the first time asking for a shipping confirmation number on my shipment. Nothing..I emailed 3 more times, nothing. I called them 4 times, and left messages, NO return phone calls. FINALLY, after I called again and told them I was going to file with my CC company against them, they emailed me and told me my order shipped that day. 5 days later, I emailed them to ask for a shipping tracking number, and was told, we are sorry your order is on back order. WHAT the heck is going on ? Now many emails later, after I asked to cancel my order and for a full refund NOTHING. SCAM ARTISTS !

As a long time customer of Live Lean Today I think everyone on here should do some fact checking. The site that was ripping people off was not www.LiveLeanToday.com it was LivingLeanToday.com big difference and I don't think you should be putting their names on here without due process. As a police officers you shold realize that. I know these posts are 4-5 years old but what you put on the internet stays on the internet. You should remove your posts. http://www.liveleantoday.com is still in business and has a sterling reputation. My business orders from them for my personal training business and I hate to see godd businesses hurt by people who did not check out what they are writing about.

Hi, I hope you can help us or guide us, please.
Here is my story. My wife and I each have a computer and we were both getting problems such as freezing, no response, no Internet etc...

So, a company us from India in New Delhi, New Delhi, saying that they could definitely fix our computers (both of them) and guarantee it for two years for both if we paid them for their services.
I was a fool and I believed them. So, I followed their instructions and I went to a Western Union store and sent them $300.00 dollars. Then, I called and gave them the mtcn number .

I sent that 300 dollars to ...

Sometimes those people used this number...

They really did help us for about a week and then I no longer could reach them. They used a program called, Team Viewer to look into our computers and they fixed the computers a few times and for a short time both computers were working very nicely. Then, the same problems began again. After two weeks of calling and getting busy signals over 25 times at different times of the days and nights, I started to text them and again I got nothing, no reply, no response.

Please help us find these people or this company. Or, please give us the name of a place that can trace the number if you can't.

Our computers both still have problems and we do not get along together because she is so angry with me.

My complaint is about Regwork computer Scan. I ordered it yesterday and installed it. It totally destroyed my other programs, removed my documents and encrypted what was left. I had to pay the store to completely restore my whole system. I tried to contact Customer Service and was cut off 3 times and when I finally got thru, they have not responded. I requested a refund from Click Bank which guarantees refunds for requests within 60 days of purchase, they have not responded either. All I want is my $ 94.80 back, they can have this Rip Off.

I ordered this product as well. I kept getting billed for $24.95 each month, despite having canceled within the 30 days. My American Express Dispute Center just informed me that even though you cancel the receipt of the product, they continue to bill for access (or membership) to their website. So, remember to tell these guys that you don't want their product or membership to their site as well. I'm out about $75 right now, and have no recourse. However, if I get billed from here on out, I will.

Complete con men and criminals. they have my credit card number and have repeatedly charge me each month and then told me to expect a credit back which I never receive. I'm out $24.95 for four months and the cc company is not helping me much so I canceled my card to dump these scammers. Good news is they will cross the wrong guy and get their ### buried. Its too easy to track them down.

They did the same thing to me but they screwed up, I am a police Chief here in Ohio and since they took the money from my credit card and did not give me my product then in 24 hours I will be filling credit card fraud charges on them.
