I ordered two bottles of product from Live lean. 32 days, 12 emails, and 4 phone calls later, I still have no product. The only contact has been one answered email to which the reply was "I guarantee you will have your product by the end of the week." Guess what? It has been two weeks since then. Surprise, surprise. I am out 94.00. I plan to notify my cc company and every agency available of consumer fraud. I cannot make them refund my money, but I will make it my mission to let everyone possible know exactly what kind of company this is.

I am being charged $24.95 by these frauds each month for 4 months now after canceling my order later on the same day I placed it. To late they got my CC number. I have been charged 24.95 for four months and the company says there is nothing they can do to stop it or give me my credit. Just amazingly brazen group of criminals.
My cc company - which must have hundreds of these compalints - says they can only contest the most recent charge.
Whatever anyone does - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH LIVE LEAN. They are criminals and frauds.

I also got signed up for the Live Lean subscription as part of getting Acai sample. But I got nothing for it in return. Shouldn't that be illegal? I do not understand why such companies are allowed to perform credit card transactions..

I HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF FROM LIVE LEAN ALSO $24.95. I ORDERED FREE SAMPLES FROM ACAI BERRY AND PURECLEANS AND WAS RIPPED OFF FOR A TOTAL OF $214.56 AND NEVER RECEIVED A DAM THING...I LEANED A HARD LESSON...

I too have a charge for $24.95 out of no where on my cc and when I called my bank they stated that the computer was called Live lean. They are only open from 8am to 5pm EST. I am very upset. I haven't been able to get through the phone lines. Prior to all of this I did order a free trial of Acai Berry Advanced and didnot even take any because you have to return it and cancel acct in like 10-14 days or something. I should have known that there was something fishy about this business when they told me to returm unused tablets. OMG, there no telling who had those pills before I did. I don't know what to do If anyone finds a solution please let me know.

June 17, 2009: I am now experiencing the same thing mentioned in these postings. I so wish I had checked out the company first. I took it for granted because I thought it had an endorsement from the likes of Rachel Ray and Oprah. How naive! I feel so silly. I can't get through to the company and the numbers they post on the credit card are not accurate - they are for another firm that knows Acai Advanced phone number because they receive calls everyday! The credit card company tells me that they cannot help me because I provided my card # and approved the subscription. So if I cannot resolve this with the company (I just sent an email and I'm waiting on line yet another hour on another phone number) I will shut down the credit card. Quite a circuitous route to closure. This has curtailed my readiness of internet purchasing, which up till this point had been working in my favor.

Same situation. Never signed on, although did buy and returned Acai Advanced. I am disputing the LIve Lean charge. After 4 calls, 1 of which ended with a "Our computer system is down, so I can't cancel" answer. I never ordered it, but was charged the 24.95. Finally got through and they will credit me $10.00. It's a sham and I am embarrassed I ever bought something like the Acai Advanced online. Bottom Line, it's a scam. Don't invest anything, because the only thing you'll get out of it is wasted money and aggravation.

I, like Sally, placed an order for ACAI ADVANCED FREE TRIAL. I knew like most companies they will enroll you in auto shipments and called them to cancel that and I returned the product as it wasn't great at all. I told them I wanted any auto payments associated with this "free offer" cancelled. Because I didn't know I had a "live lean" account too and didn't say "cancel the live lean subscription" the Acai Advanced operator did not even inquire or ask if I wanted to keep that. Obviously by saying I don't want enrolled in anything or any auto charges I was being very specific. Now I am caught in a dispute for the $24.95. I never went to the site or activated a password and I cancelled on 4/22/09 in plenty of time for the Acai Advanced offer. BUYER BEWARE!! You can't trust a free trial, even if you call them to unenroll, they can keep other things active for charges! STAY OFF FREE TRIALS! From the look of this site it's obvious they are out to take advantage of us, either Acai or Live Lean -- it's bad business and dishonest.

I ordered items for $52. They charged my card for more and more money. Almost $200 altogether.
Of course, I have never received anything and got no response to emails.

Acia Advanced free trail beware. There is nothing free about it. Once they get your cc number you are charged 24.95 for a live lean magazine that you are not aware of.
I LEARNED A LESSON. NEVER TO ORDER ANYTHING THAT HAS FREE TRIAL.

also never purchased a product from them. They say the charge for $24.95 to my cc is for access to a website that I have never seen or heard of. All because I signed up for a free trial for Acia Berry. Well I will never sign up for something free again. It costs way to much money.

I never purchased a product from live lean and my credit card has been charged 24.95 to which I am very upset. I have called their customer service number to no avail. I have waited on the phone for 1 hour and 5 min. the first time and more then 45min. the next three times without ever talking to a representative. I am very frustrated as I now realize this company is nothing but fraudulent.

It has been 21 days since I placed my order and still no product has been recieved. There is no answer to phone calls I make to the company.
