Nathan Bazler- Is selling sick puppies. We bought a puppy from him and he has kennel cough, so we took him to the vet. I ask Nathan to pay part not evan all of my vet bill. He tells me no and says my puppy didn't have kennel cough but got it from the shot the vet gave him. I have never heard of such a thing.
I have to say I would have never bought a puppy from a puppy mill
( but we are glad to have him). I have to believe its a puppy mill bc I have now found a couple differnt company names online to buy puppies from that I found just by googling his name. So please don't be like me look for a real breeder not some puppy mill.

I’ve known Nathan and his family very well. I also used to work for his brother doing the same thing. I was a kennel tech. If you don’t know what that is thats the person who maintains the animals by feeding them and cleaning the kennels up. Im sorry but i will have to tell you that everyone who claims that he is running a “puppy mill” is a liar. You realize you have to go through a ton of licensing to run a dog business. You have to be approved by all sorts of things like he aspca and such. So don’t believe the lies of the ignorant. Nathan and his family are awesome people. By the way here is my dog Bella who is a very healthy Bernedoodle. Which Nathan gifted us

Wow you have a lot of guts to call someone out on the faith and values when you yourself is not much better for coming to the media to put someone on blast. Sounds to me you have the problems.

If you want to buy a puppy, search very well after reviews littlepuppiesonline, before you decide to get your puppy from them. I had a sad experience with them and because of that, I don’t have very good things to say. I was so anxious when I began to look for a Yorkshire Terrier puppy online and in my searches I found the most adorable Yorkie at littlepuppiesonline.com. I went in person to pick the puppy up since I was not living too far.
What I saw there it’s very hard to understand for me. They had too many pups for sale, the customers don’t have access where the puppies are kept and I couldn’t see the living conditions of the puppies. In my opinion, having so much pups is difficult to take care of them. I wasn’t very pleased with this idea. But I wanted so much a Yorkie puppy that I’ve said: what could go wrong? After a few discussions they brought me some Yorkie puppies to choose one from them. A beautiful Yorkshire puppy made me love him since the first moment. When I took him home, he was scared and didn’t eat anything. I thought that maybe he needs more time to get used to us and to his new home. But the time was passing and it still was no change. Since I was so worried I took him to the vet. He told us that Jack, as I named the puppy, had kennel cough and that he needed shots for worms. Because of his bad nutrition, he was also under weight. We spend a lot of money on his medications till Jack got better. Now he is fine, he is a happy and playful dog. But it took a while for him to recover.
After all these my reviews littlepuppiesonline are very bad. Littlepuppiesonline is not even a real breeder, it’s a puppy mill seller. I am truly disappointed with their services and their puppies. I contacted them several times to receive answers but they blew me off everytime. They are elusive when you ask them details about the puppy’s parents or any other informations. Now I am sure that they are puppy mill seller. I wouln’t recommend anyone to buy from them, unless you want a sick puppy.
A puppy is a huge responsibility from my experience and if you get an unhealthy puppy from the start, you and your dog will suffer very much. My advice is avoid as much as you can to buy from this company, if don’t want to receive a sick pup. Choose to buy one from a reputable breeder or from a certain source, a place recommended by a friend or someone close to you. Search on the Internet all the littlepuppiesonline.com reviews to see if they are trustable people and if you have any suspicion don’t buy from them as I did, or ask other friends to see their opinion.

This can all be solved easily...get your next pet from a rescue (non-profit) and you up the odds of receiving a good deserving healthy pet. STOP GIVING BUSINESS TO PUPPY MILLS LIKE THIS ONE. Go to your local shelter or reputable rescue and make a difference, instead of supporting these low lives that live off the backs of breeding animals!

I got our dog from there almost 8 months. I must say she is extremely healthy and social. She has absolutely no health issues and never has. We drove 4 hours to pick her up and will drive back to Little Puppies Online if we ever get another one. I got a little morkie and she is so social and everyone loves her. I want to personally thank Little Puppies online for their great service to me. I could not imagine my life without her. Also when we went to get her before we left that morning we were told another dog we were interested in has a loose knee. Little Puppies online told me about this condition before I EVER left our house to get pick her up. This is something many breeders would NOT do. They did not have to tell me any of this and I would not have known. I feel like they went above and beyond and made my puppy buying expirence great. If you are questioning getting a dog from them I must say they are much much better than some small breeders.

Thanks everyone for speaking your mind. I have been thinking of getting a Labradoodle for my little boy who is Autistic. Labradoodles make excellent service dogs for children and adults alike but I don't want to buy my boy a pup that could possibley die on him as he is bonding with it...heartless and cruel.

I guess everything happens for a reason! I came across littlepuppiesonline.com, fell in love with all of the puppies on the site, and sent an enthusiastic email to get more information/video, etc. My reply came from Crystal who wrote "We can but I won't be able to until Friday." No Salutation, no thank you, nothing. So I spend the next few days reviewing the site again and followed up with Crystal today to ask for more info and videos for a few more puppies. She sent a very rude email back to me saying that I should be able to tell by the fact that she hadn't yet sent me one video, that she would not have time to send me any additional. In response to my request for more information about the puppies (which most breeders seem eager to give) her response was "what more info are you wanting to know?" I'm sorry Crystal, but I manage a portfolio of condos in NYC and work 12 hour days on average. If I can manage to be pleasant while doing my job, then you can probably find it in your heart to be a little friendlier...you sell puppies for a living!

Have read the complaints and what I believe to be responses from "Nathan." Was considering purchasing a puppy from him until reading what others had to say. Refuse to support puppy mills - would rather go without a new puppy than to promote such a cause. Thank you so much for your informative comments, they have saved me from grief and heartache, not to mention supporing such a disgusting cause as irresponsible mass breeding. Thank you to all.

I was going to purchase a yorkie or bichon, but I think I will search elsewhere. I did not see pictures of the parents and I have a problem with so many dogs listed, like a store. When I saw the picture of the family, I thought it was a family oriented business, but it rings " puppy mill". No dogs running around a farm. Besides, when the owner has to paste testimonies from his own website and his own " satisfied" customers couldnot write in, it makes me wonder. I will continue to look in Chicago. thanks for saving me a five hour drive!

We bought a Maltese named Oliver. Oliver is a great, smart and freindly little fellow. We got him at a great price and are very pleased with our Maltese. He does have allergys wich is no fault of the seller. We are controlling those allergys by watching what we feed him and all is well. We are happy with our purchase ! No complaints here. Thanks Nathan, We love our puppy.

I cannot believe your company stays in business I was thinking of purchasing a puppy from you. Thank God I read these reviews from other individuals you have already done business with you. I have purchased dogs from breeders before in the past and from what I can tell about what is being said about you, Nathan your business is a PUPPY MILL whether you choose to admit it or not is fine with me. For everyone out there looking for that special puppy, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GUY. He is a all talk and game, and just for the record, I HOPE YOUR BUSINESS GETS SHUT DOWN.

I'm shocked reading these reviews!
Do people not understand when you buy a puppy from someone who has MULTIPLE BREEDS that they are a PUPPY MILL?

Had you all chosen a RESPONSIBLE BREEDER who is a member of the pure bred breeds parent club (and I'm sorry...a 'Morkey, ' 'Cavapoo, ' or any other cutesy name for a mix breed MONGREL doesn't make it a 'BREED' it just makes the people who buy them look FOOLISH!), a person who does HEALTH CLEARANCES through the ORTHOPEDIC FOUNDATION FOR ANIMALS ( www.offa.org ) and does SOMETHING with their dogs other then just breeding them to make a profit!

When you buy a puppy from someone like this you are not doing the RESPONSIBLE BREEDERS any justice as PUPPY MILL BREEDERS such a Little Puppies Online make such a HUGE profit off of selling their puppies that they can afford legal counsel to defend their 'brokers' that sell to them.

Shame on ANYONE who considers BUYING a mixed breed dog when over 90% of shelters are FULL of mixed breed dogs from 'breeders' just like Little Puppies Online!

$40 for a microchip! My gosh that is a HUGE up-charge! Vets don't charge $40 for a microchip!

Do you all not see that this person is breeding purely for profit?!? He has outside breeders breeding dogs and they pay him a percentage to pawn off their sick and poorly bred puppies to people just like you!

If you want a puppy, find a REPUTABLE breeder who performs all necessary health checks on their dogs. Make sure those health checks have been performed by going to www.OFFA.org and looking up the sire and dams name. If it isn't listed, the dogs do not have the proper clearances for breeding and producing HEALTHY PUPPIES.

And for goodness sake! DON'T buy a puppy that LOOKS or ACTS sick! All you are doing is promoting poor breeding practices from people such as these! Every time someone buys a pup from a 'breeder' like this you line their pockets and encourage them to breed another poorly bred sick litter of pups!

I'm wondering where those of you looking for puppies online think these dogs come from? Are you aware of puppy mills? Do your homework and take my suggestion in a previous post. Go to the breeder's facility/home and SEE THE MOTHER of your puppy. If the mother is NOT there, do NOT believe anything the seller tells you.

If you buy your puppy from a pet store or OVER THE INTERNET or from anyone else selling puppy mill dogs, you are promoting this. Take a good look. Is this okay with you?

Anyone selling puppies OR kittens over the internet is selling puppy mill/cattery animals. If you must buy a pet (and I don't know why you would instead of adopting) - buy one from a REPUTABLE breeder. There are rescues for every breed out there - do some research and save a life, it's the cool thing to do these days. But again, if you must, go to the breeder's facility yourself! See *at least* the mother of the animal you intend to buy. Don't fall for these millers and brokers lies. They're selling misery - the breeder dogs and cats are kept in awful condition in a cage their entire life - which is usually over by the time they're FIVE YEARS OLD and then THEY KILL THEM. And if you have bought a SICK PUPPY or KITTEN, report the ### to the BBB and the local health department and anyone else that will listen; post it online all over the place. The Department of Agriculture is responsible for licensing these greedy mongers. And if they say they are a "licensed" breeder, RUN! The only breeders that need a license are those with 50+ breeding animals - that's a commercial breeding business that thinks NOTHING of the health or welfare of the animals they sell. They care about ONE THING and ONE THING ONLY - $$$. Puppy mills and catteries need to be put OUT OF BUSINESS.

I don't think it's harsh at all. If he is selling sick dogs, this is merely a slap on the wrist. People work hard for their money and it's not right for someone to come along being dishonest and manipulative. He's worked it out in his warranty, and lawyers that he (Nathan) is NOT held responsible for his actions in breeding or selling sick animals. Some times people aren't as understanding when animals are being shipped but thats when you as the salesman need to help the consumer and have integrity in your name and business and have Great customer service to insure your customers that they weren't just hustled. I work 2 jobs and wanted to buy a dog for my birthday and was willing to have it shipped to me because I live in DC and haven't found what I want in the area. I fell in love with a puppy on his website but after reading these complaints I will not be purchasing from him. Because I will be pissed if the dog in the picture was NOT the one that showed up at the airport. Also, if I received bad customer service after spending hundreds of my hard earned money I would be on the next flight out to whoop some as a$$. The law is so far behind the technology but eventually your gonna run into the right person with the right to pull to make you accountable for your actions. I WON'T be purchasing from littlepuppiesonline.com

It blows my mind that you are criticizing the use of Internet as means of people communicating a message to others yet you are doing the exact same thing right now. Internet is the future, people who seriously want to buy an animal but aren't lucky enough to have a good breeder nearby can use the Internet to find such resources. As I did with littlepuppiesonline. Maybe the domain name isn't the best or most convincing but the fact that people are so harsh to this man and his family is astounding, it really is.

It is no ones fault but your own for thinking it was humane to have a puppy shipped to you. A puppy is a commitment and if you really wanted it to be in the best of condition, you'd drive to his home and see the dog for yourself. Obviously a small dog being shipped will arrive with some sort of condition because its small ears probably exploded from the pressure of the airplane. Kennel cough is also 1000000 percent curable and occurs very frequently.

As far as the complaint about the yorkie not eating, you should have done more research before purchasing the dog because that is a very common trait among yorkie puppies, I have 4 yorkies and they all had that problem at first.

I purchased a puppy from littlepuppiesonline and drove many miles to Nathan's house. I was impressed by how clean and organized it was set up and he was very willing to let me see any puppies I desired. I purchased a morkie and he has had no health problems or anything wrong.

This being said, all dogs are different as are people! One person may be completely healthy and another may die of cancer. It's not God's fault for "creating a bad person" though! Leave Nathan alone, he is a family man who does a great job selling puppies. Next time you're going to make a commitment, such as buying a dog, go look around and pick the damn thing up yourself you lazy ###s.

We purchased "Penny" now Gracie 3 weeks ago and we are totally in love with her. She is an adorable Morkie and very healthy. She never cried or seemed nervous on our 2 l/2 hour ride home. She played and ate just fine. She is very active and now weighs 3.3 lbs. at almost 13 weeks. Our vet said she was healthy and "obviously very well socialized". I don't know if it was the breeder or Nathan but she was very well cared for.

I was just in the process of making my final selection online & then about to schedule my appointment to "view " my future puppy. I did check the BBB and felt pretty comfortable with the file. I googled this "breeder " & what do I find ...complaints after complaints after complaints.

I do believe I'll look at a true breeder, not broker for my next dog.

One or two complaints I can see. However there are just too many for me to make a purchase so significant.

Oh the joys of the Internet. I wondered why I could see the same puppy faces on a multitude of sites. Glad I did some homework before I made a purchase.

I bought a dog from littlepuppiesonline.com and got the most amazing puppy I could imagine. He is the dog from the photographs online. I must have called Nathan and Sara 10 times to ask questions about the puppy, and they were happy to answer any questions I had. I would recommend this company to any of my friends looking for a small breed dog, without AKC.

What would come with him as far as shot and health records? When were his last shots? What guarantee do we have that we would be getting a healthy dog? Is there any way I could get the picture with my name in it? Do you allow for the papal escrow payments?

SELLER- Mar 21, 2012
We will give you his vet paperwork when you pick him up. He was just checked by our vet on Saturday. You can read our health warranty under terms and conditions on our website. You can pay via Pay-Pal through our website, but we do not allow for escrow payments. We are out of town now so a new picture would be impossible until this weekend. Sorry, I hope you trust the pics were just taken. You can also read over 100 customer testimonials on my website and contact my past customers through there as well. Thanks!

Also, I looked up the flight info you provided me and that appears to be a flight from Detroit and not from Ohio? Can you provide me with the full flight info from the point of origin to O'hare so that I know if the flight the dog will be is delayed at any point.

Sid will arrive at the ORD International airport on Fri. March 23 at 5:54pm on airlines flight You will pick the puppy at the Cargo Building (please call (airline) for directions (removed) option 6 then 1) and you will need your ID. Print out this email and take it with you so you will have the booking #. The puppy is eating Royal Canine puppy mini baby dog 30 (yours will be taped to the top of the kennel) You should be able to get more of this from any pet supply store. It would also be a good idea to get some canned wet food (yours will be in the care package). Sometimes the puppies get stressed out and do not want to eat. These items will help you get your puppy to eat if they are too stressed out to. You must call us at the first sign of this (not eating) so we can walk you through a few things. I wanted to let you know that the flight has been delayed and they are saying it will be another hour or more. I am a little worried about him being on such a long flight and how long the dog has gone without food or water. The flight from Detroit hasn't left at this point and the last update from deltas website is saying it won't arrive here until 7:09pm ct.

SELLER - Mar 23, 2012 6:32 PM
He should be ok. He has food in his kennel. Just make sure he eats something tonight. You got the care package with him so when you get home give him some of the canned wet food. Let us know when you get him. Thanks

ME - Mar 23, 2012 10:31 PM
Sorry i didnt get back to you sooner my phone died. When we got him at the airport we gave him some water and dry food because well it was all over his kennel by the time he got to us :-) But he drank and ate some of the dry food and we gave him a little of the wet food as when I read your email. He is eating fine running about and playing we had a ton of toys waiting for him. He seems pretty happy i will be posting some of the pictures on my facebook (removed). Thank you for your reply I was worried about the little guy. We will be setting up a vet appointment hopefully on tuesday when my cats will be going.

The Dingo bones you sent with the dog have you guys already been giving those to the dog? Or is that something for when he is a bit older?

ME - Mar 25, 2012 9:46 PM
I noticed that the puppy has been sneezing, coughing, and seems kind of lethargic at times. He has slept most of the day away and doesn't seem to have an interest in doing much. I have made sure that he has ate and has plenty of water to drink. We got an appointment for the vet Tuesday 3/27, do you think we need to take him sooner? Thanks

SELLER - Mar 25, 2012 9:58 PM
Just give him some maple or kayro syrup to keep his sugar levels elevated. Give him a teaspoon every hour during the day and continue to make sure he is eating. He may have a respiratory infection that will need antibiotics. Please keep us posted and call in the morning if you need to. Thanks

ME - Mar 27, 2012 11:13 AM
I just brought the puppy home from the vet and he does have kennel cough. The vet also said after looking over his shots that he is due for puppy distemper and canine cough semi annual vaccination. With the SELLER EXPRESSLY WARRANTS AGAINST PARVOVIRUS, DISTEMPER, HEPATITIS, CORONA VIRUS FOR TEN (10) DAYS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE in the warranty but the 5th bullet point on the warranty says failure to maintain the vaccinations voids the warranty. So we have scheduled it for next week when we have to take him back for the kennel cough, and the vet said that it would be fine to do so. We found some of the wording in the warranty a little confusing so we wanted to keep you up to date on everything that is going on with him health wise. Other than the kennel cough the vet said he is healthy and he is eating well.

ME - Apr 8, 2012 10:17 AM
I am writing to you again to let you know that the puppy is still sick he is on his second round of antibiotics for kennel cough, and i asked the vet how late he was for his shots he said he was about a week late on his shots. I am still confused by the warranty. when i was on the site to buy him it stated that he was up to date on shots and healthy. Clearly he wasn't utd and had kennel cough. I found this complaints board and you wrote "This is (name of seller removed), owner of (company name removed). I wan’t to start of by saying that there is a bright side of these complaints being posted online...I have been able to use them as constructive criticism to bring my business and breeding program to the highest standard. Here are a few things that have changed in the past 6 months...We have built a new 500 sq ft kennel with its own ventilation, water, and septic system. Is there a way we can communicate though email to get this issue resolved. I am not sure if I will be able to call this afternoon, and we would like the issue resolved sooner rather than later and keep missing each other available times.

SELLER - Apr 12, 2012 10:10 AM
First of all I want to say sorry Sid has kennel cough. You have to realize that puppies are live animals and sometimes things happen. He had been vaccinated against it but sometimes their little immune systems aren't strong enough to fit it off. We would have never sent him to you if we would have know he had it. Why would we want to ruin our business over sending a sick puppy. Doesn't make much sense on our end. What happens is when they are stressed, if there is something that is dormant in their systems sometimes it can come out. Sounds like this is what happened. He was up to date on his vaccinations. He had had two distemper shots. You have to think, this is the way vets make a lot of their money so they are going to tell you that its necessary when its really not. I also do not understand why your vet would vaccinate him for Bordatella when thats what he has...I would love to contact your vet so he can explain that to me. We would be more that happy to cover the cost of the medication for Sids kennel cough. Please send us the vet paperwork and we will take care of it. Thanks

Just checking to see if you received my email. I haven't heard back from you. Are you sending the vet paperwork? I am trying to improve customer service. Thanks

ME - Apr 16, 2012 11:18 AM
Sorry, I thought my husband replied back. I will probably scan the docs and send them in an attachment on here.

SELLER - Apr 16, 2012 12:19 PM
It would also be great if you went back on the complaints board and reported something positive. It wasn't like we put off your first email when you emailed us with your concerns. I don't even remember getting it. Just like you had thought your husband emailed us back. It's not our mission to send out sick pups. We care about about puppies and our customers and Want them only the have the best experience. Sorry yours maybe hasn't been but we are still working with you to resolve the issues so it would be great if you could go back on there and post that we are wrong with you to resolve the issues.

ME - Apr 16, 2012 12:33 PM
We might consider doing that when we are done with resolving the issues and we are all satisfied with the out come but at this point (and personally i don't think its appropriate to ask us to do so) we are not ready to post any positive feed back. It wasn't just one email that wasn't replied to from you guys at one point we had sent 3, 3/23, 3/24, 3/25 and finally got a reply to the 3/25 email about him being sick and to give him maple syrup (which wasn't what was wrong with him and even stated that we had him eating and eating very well). I do have a copy of every email (to and from) that has been sent.

SELLER - Apr 16, 2012 9:38 PM
I'm not real happy that your reply seems a little as if it is black mail to keep the negative reviews up only if we do something. However, please forward us the your vet paperwork as we requested in an earlier email. It also seems as if you may be confused as to what is going on with our contact we have made with you. Your first email where you expressed concerned about kennel cough, we emailed you right back with some info to help you through the night with him and that he might need antibiotics and then told you to call us if you needed anything further. (WE STILL HAVE YET TO GET A CALL FROM YOU! THIS I DO NOT UNDERSTAND SINCE YOU ARE SO UPSET!) Below is the next email you sent us. From reading the below email, I do not see where it ask any questions or begs for a reply in any way. You even said, you were just keeping us up to date. I really do not understand. It sounds as if you want everything but aren't doing much to help yourself to get it. Most of our customers who ever have any issues just give us a call and we take care of everything. Unfortunately we have a hard time finding the time to answer emails that we really do not know much about the situation (hence why we told you to call us on more than one occasion!) I hope you understand we do not try to avoid, and or be lax on our customer service. However, we can not help someone that makes it hard for us to do our job correctly. Bottom line is this whole problem is a a problem of communication between both of us, not a problem of bad customer service. Please send us the medical records. We will cover the cost of what we need to. Before a check is issued, we will have you sign a paper from our attorney stating you will be relieving us of all claims and that you will have to take down the complaints and be subject to suit if any other claims are issued after this is all settled. Thanks for your consideration in this settlement.

(website removed)

My e-mails to you never once asked you to compensate me for the vet bills, we were asking you for advice in regards to the care of the dog that we purchased from you. We were also pointing out that you stated on that forum that your "mindset of customer service" has changed but, from our perspective, it has not due to the lack of a response from you in regards to the questions we had about the wording on your warranty as well as the info our vet told us about the dog needing more vaccinations.
My email yesterday was just stating that we are under no obligation to you to remove or change anything we posted online. What you are saying in your reply stating that we would have to take down our post on the website in order to be able to be reimbursed from you for the cost incurred from the dogs illness is ridiculous. As far as our reason for not calling it is because we want the discussions in writing (like was said in my email on the 11th of April) so there is no confusion as to what was said and when. As far as your opinion on this not being a customer service issue and just a lack of communication between us I disagree because communication is very key to customer service. We sent you an e-mail the day we took the dog to the vet (March 27th) in regards to the confusion we had about the warranty, and the vaccinations, as well as confirming the dog had kennel cough. It wasn't until the day after the follow up visit with the vet (April 9th) that you replied and where we stated that we had found the complaints website. That's 13 days later!
In the end we don't want anything from you. We are just trying to point out to you that, in our opinion, your customer service is still very lacking. Lashing out with your threats of a lawsuit if we do not remove our posts if we were to expect reimbursement do nothing to improve that opinion at all. Like we said in our forum post we are very happy with the dog we got but very dissatisfied with the lack of a response from you in regards to our questions/concerns.

Well, I am sad to read all of these negative complaints! The pics of the Shorkies are so adorable and we have been showing pics of these cuties to my son. I am in the process of finding a new little Shorkie as a present to my recently adopted foster child. I guess I'll keep looking, any suggestions for non-puppy mill type breeders in the Indiana - Ohio area?

I'm very happy with my puppy too. He is very cuddly, and adorable and as i said i wouldn't change him for the world. But the customer service they give is not that great. I still have not heard anything from them when i brought up my puppy having Kennel cough and not being up to date on his shots. I sent them the message the day he went to the vet that was 8 days ago. I know that my puppy will get better eventually he is still having issues with kennel cough and he has been on medication for 8 days now. We have to take him back to the vet this Friday when his medication runs out. He hasn't been able to be a very active puppy due to the kennel cough the vet said to limit his activity. Even on this site Nathan states "We have also changed our mindset of customer service. I promise you, that in the rare event that someone has a problem with their puppy, we will take responsibility financially and morally to do whatever needs to be done to correct the situation" but they never answer you when you complain. That is why people turn to this site and others like it. They give you the "promise" to have healthy puppies and UTD on shots but they aren't. I just want them to take responsibility for it.

Wow...So sorry to hear all these complaints. I bought a Maltipoo almost two yrs. ago...and he was perfect! He had an appetite and played ! Our Vet said he was fine in great shape, and no illness! I hope this is only a few sick puppies, because Natan was so cool with us ! He made a promise that I would receive my puppy by the weekend...and I did get him...Ohio to Florida! This I hope isn't true!

I bought a puppy from them on March 21, 2012. Before I bought the puppy I read some of the reviews and things on the website. Well I asked for some new pictures of the puppy (to make sure that i would be getting the puppy that i saw on the website) but they said they were out of town and wouldn't be able to get new pictures until that Saturday. I asked about shipping (as i am in a different state) and i was told they would be able to ship him out that Friday and said they would be back in town that Thursday. I didn't understand why they wouldn't take a snap shot of him for a buyer the day they got home just to put the buyer's mind at rest. Well after i read the reviews on his site i bought the puppy (didn't find this site until later). After i bought him on the site, i got an email stating they would send me all the flight and care information the next day as that would be when they got home from the trip. the next day i didn't get an email from them until i sent them two (on accident) at 9pm asking for the information they said they would provide. They gave the flight information which was on Friday March 23rd and a lay over flight not a direct flight (they are in OH i am in IL there should be a direct flight from there for the $285 shipping that i paid.) The second flight was delayed by almost 2 hours. The puppy did not get to us until almost 8 pm ( he was supposed to be in closer to 5:45) I understand they can not control if a flight would be delayed but for $285 shipping it should have been a direct flight. When he got to us he was coughing and sneezing so we made a vet appointment for the first open slot they had which was Tuesday March 27th. We took the puppy in and found out that he has kennel cough, and is not up to date on his shots (which is stated in the warranty from their website). They also states that you can not have the puppies given any shots for the first 10 days of having the puppy. The warranty is very confusing. So, I sent an email to them about what the vet said, the warranty so that i would be able to get some clarity on things, and to let them know that the puppy is fine aside from the issues i listed. I still have not heard back from them. I love my puppy don't get me wrong and wouldn't change him for any other puppy in the world, But its not okay to send or sell a sick puppy. He still has kennel cough we have been giving him the medication since the day we took him to the vet.

Wow! I had an appointment to buy a puppy tomorrow. Guess I'll be cancelling. Thanks for the information and best of luck with your pups!

Sorry that we take great pride in our business and try to offer our customers the best possible photos of our puppies. We have a photo studio in our basement set up just to take pictures of the puppies. These are real pictures of real puppies that are not photoshopped!

I tried to get info on a puppy and found that the website they directed me to was full of reworked photos. I don't believe those are the real dogs in the slightest. How horrible of these people!

Nathan, thank you so much for such a perfect dog. Not only is she beautiful but she is amazingly smart as well as very healthy! At 10 weeks she's practically all potty trained and we've only had her 2 weeks! She's very playful and loving towards anyone and everyone. Everywhere we go we're stopped because people can't get over her unique look! Thanks so much for being patient with our many questions. Would definitely recommend! She is definitely bringing joy to our friends and family.

We had been looking for a Dachsund puppy for our dachsund Honus for a companion. We came across puppies online and though they didn't have many listed we called Nathan said they had what we were looking for. We picked him up this past Saturday. Nathan and Sara were really nice people and let us take our time with the puppies in their home. Wefinally made our choice and named him Mickey. He is sweet little guy and he has fit right in at our home. He loves to play with Honus and they get along very well. I will say he's a handful but we fell in love with him before we even got home. I would recommend Nathan and Sara to anyone who is considering adding a lap dog to their home.

We purchased our teacup Yorkie, Daisy, about a month ago and couldn't be happier with our new addition! She immediately mixed well with her big brothers, and our vet gave us the reassurance that she was 'very well taken care of and was a very healthy and happy puppy' during her first exam. We considered looking at puppies at other local businesses in the area, but are SO happy that we chose Little Puppies Online first.
