Charged credit card,cannot access product

I ordered LimeWire Pro from the LimeWire website in the U.S. and my credit card was charged for their "Lifetime" P2P file sharing software. My credit card was promptly charged, but I cannot access the program. I cannot reach customer support because they say my email address cannot be recognized. I'm still looking for a way to contact this freaking company. Don't come anywhere near this company! There order practices are "underhanded" and deceiving. I don't know if I'll ever see me money again.
