I cannot just believe what happened to me at a Greenfield franchise in Watermeyer Park, Pretoria East. I arrived at 7.30 for dinner to see them packing up. I asked if they were closing and they said yes, Ok I said and turned round to leave. The man then complained to the Clicks chemist employees who were locking up next door how they had no customers and closed at 6pm last night. I turned round and said ‘I’m a customer’.
In return he said good bye we don’t need you.
I turned round and said 'I can’t believe you just said that to me', he said its true we don’t need your custom bye bye.
I said but I come here on Sundays for breakfast, he implied I was lying and said he never saw me there before.
Whether I am a regular customer or not, I have never encountered a person like that in my life it was like something out of a farce. I was stunned.
Do not go to this restaurant they do not deserve customers.
