Light In The Box payment fully paid for a ph meter from lightinthebox

LightInTheBox is surely a scam company set up by a scam artist to scam unsuspecting customers. I paid for a simple PH meter for nearly 2 months now and I still have not received my package, I have contacted them severally and they keep posting me forwarded date and claiming due to high order the post office have so much work to do which is why there is a delay. Now I have decided to hand over the matter to International police fraud office for their immediate attention. I will not stop until I see the end of the matter.

Light In The Box I have placed an order through paypal for £138.00 and I have not got my order or cannot see it on my account

On the 31.01.17 my husband placed an order for 4 x trainers order number [protected]/[protected] i have not received it up to this date when i k have gone to track the order in my account it is not on there and it would not give me another option to contact customer services . Light In The Box I had a very bad experience with miniinthebox

Hello. I bought two items from this site MiniInTheBox and paid extra money for fast shipping. Things I ordered were Christmas presents so I wanted to get them as soon as possible.
For some reason they shipped my items separately. One item showed up after three weeks of waiting, and the second one is still missing. When I contacted MiniInTheBox customer care they were trying to resolve my issue and asked me to give them some extra time.
They refused to refund the money I paid for shipping. I was supposed to get my items within 2-3 days, but received only one after three weeks.
I'm extremely disappointed with this company and will not buy from them ever again. I'm quite new to online shipping so I had no idea that MiniInTheBox had such a terrible reputation. Next time I'll read the reviews.

Light In The Box service

I ordered a synthetic wig unit on the 21st of January 2017 my wig was shipped out the very next day . I choose 5-8days shipping a week prior to me needing the wig .
I received an email Tuesday 31st saying my order will be delivered by the 3rd . Nothing came I checked the tracking info nothing has been updated since the 23rd of January . Customer service have not been helpful at all .

Light In The Box payment made via bank transfer but payment confirmation received and order not progressing

On the 25th January 2017 I ordered a dress from lightinthebox and paid for it via bank transfer. I did not receive payment confirmation as expected so I checked the payment had been transferred out of my account, which it was. I then contacted the commercial bank of the recipient whom confirmed that the money had indeed been credited to the correct account and my name appeared on the transfer details.
I created a ticket to resolve the payment issue and was told it would take a week since it was an international transfer (note that I reside in Hong Kong and the bank details were for a Hong Kong bank - not an international transfer!). I was also informed that if I provided the details (copy of transaction details) the investigation would take 48 hours. I did so (blanked out first eight digits of my bank account). Now, over a week since my initial correspondence (ticket) I am still waiting to hear back from the financial department. Lightinthebox are now not responding to my tickets and my order is not progressing. They have kept my money and are not proceeding with the sale as agreed.
According to the law, if after a reasonable length of time the sale does not progress as agreed, keeping my payment is considered theft. I have waited many days past the stated time I was asked to wait (2 days) and I believe this constitutes exceeding the 'reasonable length of time'.
I am therefore requesting a full refund of the amount paid HK$709.51, which includes the shipping fee, since the item has not even been processed, let alone shipped.

I have the same issue. I paid by my debit card and the money has been blocked by my bank waiting for the beneficiary request to release the money for them but Lightinthebox has not sent the request to the bank to release these funds. Surprisingly the customer service is repeatedly saying me that it is my problem and they can not do anything. They have kept the money for over one week now and my order is still in status "payment awaiting". Ridiculous. This is my second order with them, the first one was ok despite delayed delivery time, but the one here will be my last one.

Light In The Box coat

I have purchased a coat from this store and the one I received was defective. I contacted LightInTheBox and asked for a replacement. When they asked what was the reason and I told them that there was a hole in the pocket they said that was not a big problem. According to them hole was not a good reason to go through the entire return process. They said that I can take it to the tailor and fix it there. I can't even describe how angry I was when they said that. LightInTheBox sold me a defective product and refused to do anything about that. The worst part was that they tried to assure me to keep the coat and claimed that there was nothing more to discuss. I wasted a lot of time trying to get this matter resolved, but they didn't give me a chance! I'm extremely disappointed with this site!

Light In The Box order #[protected]

Hi,
When I received my order #[protected] I had to pay an additional €39.44 of duty tax which a wasn't aware of.I'd appreciate if you can do something about this extra cost.
The dress has a fault in the back under the waist line stitching.There a skip in the stitching that makes the fabric gather and look like pulling all the way down.

Light In The Box buying via bank transaction

I paid my transfer charge and sent the exact money they required. I confirmed with my bank that they have received the full amount. Then they finally after not for a week admitting they had any money declared it was not enough because I presume of hidden charges at that end. I had the choice of sending more money which was out of the question because the same would happen again, they recieving £15 from about £47 sent. A terrible experience, they were slow, unknowledgable of the fee's and gave no good alternative.

I have ordered my product a week ago and it was suppose to be delivered to me in 3-4 days and I have paid extra for this. My money was taken out on the 9th of January. I checked a day or two after and it said it was being shipped. Then, I have just recently checked on 'my orders' but my order is not there anymore and my confirmation email is gone. Light In The Box online product ordering

I ordered a set of pajamas and matching footwear/slippers on Dec 14th. I paid extra for expedited shipping, 3-5 days. When the order had not arrived by Dec 22, I went to check the order. It showed that the order was not marked as paid for until Dec 21st, even though I used PayPal at the time of ordering on Dec 14th. The order at that time showed "Processing". I checked on the order again on Dec 27th and it still showed processing. I continued to check every few days and it still kept saying processing. I sent a message to customer service about the order and they replied that the processing time for the items ordered was 8-10 business days. This was on Jan 4. With a payment received on Dec 21st, it had already been 10 business days. In their reply, they indicated the items would be shipped no later than 1/8/2017. I checked the order on 1/9/2017 and it still showed "Processing". I contacted support again to remind them of their 1/8 shipping date. I received a reply along with a notification that my order was delayed due to backlog with their supplier. They offered an "apology" in the form of a $3 credit/gift card for a future purchase. The catch to the "apology" is when I use it, my order has to be at least twice the value of the "gift". I'll never use it because I will NEVER use their site again.

Light In The Box oculus rift

I ordered an Oculus rift on November 20th 2016 for a Christmas gift I emailed them a few days before Christmas to see where my order was they said due to holidays it is running behind but will be here.its now Jan 2017 and I still haven't seen my order. I would like to have a refund and I will never order from this company again. This is a terrible company and should be put out of business with all the complaints they have gotten.

Light In The Box the most terrible online shopping experience

I bought a phone case from www.miniinthebox.com and did not receive it. MiniInTheBox rep said that my order was cancelled because it was no longer available, then they promised me a refund but still no sign of my money. I think I was tricked and scammed by these people and I don't actually expect them to refund me. That was the most terrible online shopping experience I've ever had. I'm only glad that it wasn't too expensive. I would not recommend this company to anyone. And I would like to mention that they are located in China which in my opinion makes a lot of sense.

Light In The Box hiding the fact of where items are being shipped from. fraud in shipping time fraud in misleading expedited shipping

Never! ever! under any circumstance will I purchase from this company again.
Paid for expedited shipping which is quoted as shipping time of 5 to 8 days.
Placed order on the 12/2 shipped on 12/10
And pkg should have, by thier own guidelines, to have been received on the 18th.
It is 12/24 Christmas Eve and still no package which means two children go without a gift from their aunt!
Had post office track shipping and it's not scheduled to arrive until the 30th!
If u can't keep your word and schedule don't put it in writing claiming with an additional shipping charge that you can. This company obviously has no idea how much children look forward to The gifts at Christmas.
I will be disputing this charge with my Credit Card Company, requesting a shipping label at no expense to myself, and be Shipping The Items right back for a full refund! You are not the only company offering this product!

MinIn The Box is an International online SCAM Company. All the good coments are shills, dont belive them.
I ordered some watches (3) from them that never arived. And the Corespondence to them is all automated that is never ends and is fruitles. If yo don't want to be scamed by them, Then give them a miss and keep your money safe.

Light In The Box shipping/delivery status

I ordered items from Light in the Box (LITB) under Order # [protected] on 11/27/16 with an expected delivery of 12/21/16. LITB shows shipping as of 12/9/16. The expected delivery date is 12/21/16. As of 12/22/16 there is not package. I opened a ticket with customer service asking about the whereabouts and was referred to the Track Package resource (as if I had not already used that link). 17Track is the shipping tracker and it is bare bones on information. It shows nothing except that the package left China and entered the US. There is no indication where in the US the package is located to gauge when it might arrive.

Customer Service changed the status of ticket [protected] to Resolved, adding a remark that it could take as long as 1/15/17 to arrive. Frankly, this is not a status that reflects 'Resolved', rather I don't know and I need to send you a canned response. I still have no idea where the package is located or when it will arrive.

I have submitted a complaint to the Supervisor for review but I am skeptical that I will receive another canned response. The items are needed for a New Year's performance. Otherwise I need to order another outfit and spend money on overnight delivery.

Again, for an order that was made on 11/27/16, this is poor processing and a worse response when I have waited until after the delivery due date to act. I also have to admit that I have a complete misunderstanding of what is takes to deliver something from China, dealing with foreign outlets and not being able to pick up the phone and communicate directly with the outlet. It's no Amazon for sure!

Light In The Box had ordered folding mountain bike in red. #[protected] 26", 21 speeds etc.

I sent an email to Lightinthebox but when I went online to look for an answer to my complaint I was no longer a member. I had been deleted!
The value of the bike I ordered was $293.00 US c/w mag wheels.
The bike I received was listed at $199.00 US with spoke wheels. I found in some old messages from the company but I cannot find online now.
My tracking number was 1Z31Y1Y90493795680.

Light In The Box spam emails

I have unsbscribed from Light In the Box's emails more than 10 times over the last three weeks...but although the web page confirms I'm unsubscribed, I still receive multiple emails every day. I can't find a customer service number because I haven't actually ordered anything - can anyone provide a number? The one listed on this page doesn't work when I call.

While it sometimes takes a day or two to stop receiving emails once you unsubscribe, this is a company who would rather continue pushing their products with no accountability for respecting customer's wishes - the worst type of spam. And no one to call to ask in person to remove me. Definitely won't ever be ordering from this company, especially after reading all the horrible stories from customers.

I bought a dog coat off them which was fine, good price and delivered swiftly - so no complaints here.
However, have unsubscribed from their email messaging service on countless ocassions, but they STILL keep on coming through.
Whilst I would have been quite happy to recommend this company to others, the frustration of having to delete the unwantwed emails day after day (especially on my mobile phone), means I'll STRONGLY recommend buyers to steer way clear!

Same here, I ordered some light bulbs from them and they spam me several times a day - and that's before I've even received the product! Can't seem to contact customer service or complaints department. and unsubscribe options don't seem to work. Appalling.

Light In The Box customer service

I cancelled my order before shipment. Customer service reply ed they shipped the items day after I cancelled. They said to accept the package then contact them for a rma retun number. The tracking number was bogus it shipped almost 2 weeks after I ordered my items which specifically said immediate shipping available and a paid for upgrade shipping on top of that also. After I received items I went on there website there is no customer service contact page of anyway to get a hold of anyone. There is no where on website to get a rma number return request it's fake does not exist. So iam out $130 for no reason ): terrible company please go anywhere else.

Light In The Box special occ. dress

I order a dress 2weeks ago, the dress was suppose to be made to fit. This dress is very bad quality. One sleeve is bigger than the other. The lace ribbon has 3 bad spots, were the thread was not on the fabric and it left 3 small holes in the ribbon lace up for the dress. I've chat with a rep. And all I want is another dress or a refund. Please give me a return ticket. I'm very upset about this dress. I order a sz12, because I wear a sz10 and this dress is know where near a sz12. I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Light In The Box white wooden design white light desktop alarm clock calendar thermometer

I bought this product for a birthday present. The product doesn't come with any instructions. I consider myself to be ok with setting up electrical goods but whatever I trued I could not get the clock to work.

I went onto forums and even youtube and I encountered numerous complaints about the product.

I complained to Lightin the box and they apologised and promised an immediate refund (less the shipping). That was in August and to date I have not received the refund and they have closed the case so I cannot even query where my refund is.
