Lift Serum Pro unauthorised charges to credit card

ILike many others I have too been stung by the Lift serum Pro dubious/misleading sales tactics and unauthorised debits to my credit card. The lift serum Pro trial offer came up whilst I was on the Dalily Mail Newspaper's Rewards Club website . This website regularly has offers of this nature and thee was nothing to distinguish this offer as being anything other than one approved by the Rewards Club. The Rewards Club have subsequently confirmed that they have received "several" other complaints (probably loads in reality!) and have said this was a phishing scam pop up advert attached to their website which wasn't authorised by them and therefore out of their control. They say then have reported it to their technicians to prevent such pop ups appearing in the future. Begs the question why software wasn't in place to prevent it in the first place and to protect their club members from such scams. After having noticed the unauthorised card debit of GBP84.61 I e mailed the organisation yesterday confirming no additiional order had been placed and I had not authorised any further charges. I contacted my bank this morning to stop any further charges being debited (their disputes department was closed yesterday evening) only to find another similar charge had been debited at 6.30am despite having e mailed the organisation yesterday - so dont rely on instructionsto Lift serum pro - cancel with your bank asap. To prevent any chance of further debits appearing possibly under another business name I have cancelled my current card and ordered a new one!. I Have now written to my bank requesting resolution/refund but not too confident of a positive response. From other people's complaints it would seem some banks do refund whilst others do not! Would be useful to have others' experiences with their banks.credit card companies in the UK about refunds. To date by the way we have receiving nothing from Lift Serum pro apart from one bottle of the stuff which presumably was from the original trial offer.

Lift Serum Pro I was scamed by lift serum pro

I have also been scam by this terrible monsters. I was surfing the web when I found out a pop-up that told me that I have been randomly selected to receive a price. And one of this is lift serum pro. I was asked to pay £1.99 for postage and packaging. After I was sent the product it didn't conform with what I saw on the net. It was my bank Santander that informed me that some money was about to be taken from my account. A total of £84. My bank also gave me a number of the scam company to contact them. After contacting them on a UK number [protected], I was told that by agreeing to pay for postage and packaging I have also agree for money to be taken from my card after a trial period of 14 days. I could remember that I vividly refused to receive their other products when I was paying for the postage and packaging of the gift they told me that I won. I have called them and was told to send back the bottle of lift serum pro that I received and they would refund me in 3 working days. But when I reported it to the police in my local area I was told by the officer on duty to check on the company house website for the company they gave me as Active Health and Wellness and also tell them via e-mail that I want a refund within 7 days or I would take further action. I called them again to ask for their e-mail and was told to visit their website at www.liveserumprotrial.com. I am still very angry and confused about the whole. Somehow I am ashamed of myself falling for such a scam. I have informed my bank to inform them that I would not like any further money to be taken from my account and have got my card blocked. I think we need to inform more people about this scam and let the world knows about it. I found out from the person I spoke with that gave her name as Melissa Edward that she was in Canada. While I was thinking all along that I was talking to someone from the UK. I think all the victims of this scam should take a class action lawsuit against this company. I was told several times when I called to ring back because their system is dowm

The company finds any excuse to not refund or part refund. Pursue until you get a full refund. Abdoul, thanks for your comments and highlighting this! Highlight this scam to as many people and places!

Lift Serum Pro Free trial scam

I very stupidly fell for this Lift Serum Pro, as I thought I would try out the "free 14 day trial" offer. I read the terms and conditions, after I "bought" them so as soon as they arrived, I phoned seller and spoke to a sales person who agreed I could keep the sample as long as I was willing to pay the 74.95GBP.

I have just actually received huge can of this stuff even though I refused any more. They have been phoning my mobile for a couple of weeks now and I refused to speak to them. I had no idea this money was leaving my bank. The fraud team knew all about these people and the way the scam works. I did not even know I had to cancel on their website. I now have to call the disputes team to see if anything can be done. I am now down by £180.26 and mad as hell. Did anyone else get caught after renewing a TV Licence. This is when this ad popped up and I couldn't get rid of it.

I was caught out too. Don't I feel stupid and ripped off! Too good to be true... just pay the postage £1.95 but then of course you have to give your bank details. Alas I was not aware of my signing up and have just seen £84.71 taken from my account on 3rd February 2014. They get away with it & know we don't check our account every day. What a horrible scam. Just makes you feel sick and not trust any more shopping online! Tried several phone numbers given on the bottle & little card arriving with the 'free' product...no connection 4 times & then a woman's voice apologising for the wait, 5 minutes later a man's voice saying there is a queue & 15 people in front of you & to contact priorty@premiumproductsupport.com and then cut off...which is how I am here and I found out about all these poor people being ripped off too! I am off to my bank now and will bring your letters with me as proof so at least they will stop any further payments leaving my account hopefully. Thanks to everyone who has posted something...at least it doesn't make you feel you are alone! Valerie

I lost £300 because I didn't check my statements because my mum was ill. My bank say I've lost that, but put a block on any further transactions. The company simply changed the name slightly and continued deducting cash from my account. the bank say I will be reimbursed for this, but say there is nothing they can do but continue to reimburse. No wonder the banking system is in a mess, all I can do is close that account.

OK, I fell for this too and have payments of £84.71 and £89.66 taken out. I have stopped further payments from credit card and thanks to Sueifonlyicheckedfirst i actually got through to one of the phone numbers - [protected] in the UK. The man agreed to pay back the second amount but was not authorised to do the first and was referring that to the billing department. I will let you know if it actually does come back to me as it takes up to 3 working days to go back in!

NikkiSuz read over the comments i have left with regards to this, you must contact your bank asking them to block and then any monies taken after will be refunded by the bank, they will tell you that you must contact the company direct, keep ringing until you get through and cancel the subscription requesting a confirmation email also write direct to the company-address can be found on my earlier posts, then contact your bank again to request that the disputes department try on your behalf to reclaim back money taken as you have had problems trying to cancel with the company, gather as much proof, ie emails and phone numbers as the disputes department will need this, log it with the fraud action again you can find this in my previous posts and include with your evidence, dont give up! I will update on here when i receive contact back from my disputes department on the matter, good luck!

I also signed up for the limited trial, a few pounds only. Never did I agree or sign up to an ongoing subscription. I've had almost £400 taken from my account. Absolutely horrified. Have emailed them, no reply. How do I stop this? This is definitely a scam. When I signed for the trial it did not show anything further regarding a long term agreement. Beyond gutted. Cannot afford to lose this money.

Update:- I applied for this trial via an advert showing on facebook, i have reported the ad as being a scam so hopefully they will remove it! The 24 people i contacted discretely to see if they had indeed posted the comments have failed to response so i am assuming that that they may work for the company? Also as the ad was shown as being via Good Housekeeping i also contacted them and received an email stating that they are aware that the company are using their name to advertise the product, that it is a hoax and their legal team is in the process of trying to remove it! I am just waiting for a letter from my bank with regards to the matter and will then be booking an appointment to take all the evidence i have gathered and to request that they try and gain back the funds that the company took! Has anyone managed to reclaim back their money? Please update if you have had any luck with doing this and i will update once i have been to discuss the matter with the bank...good luck again everyone!

On the bottom of one of the emails i have received are these details:- Official website www.juveneu.com Juveneu, Suite B29, London, England, W1G9QR Phone support US and Canada +[protected], UK [protected], Europe +[protected], Australia [protected] Australia and New Zealand +[protected], [protected] freephone, Billing and Inquires Lift Serum Pro, 5348 Vegas Dr, Las Vegas, NJ89108, USA, Lift Serum Pro, PO Box 13511, Linlithgow, West Lothian, EH497YH, Priority@premiumproductsupport.com, Support@customercareresponse.com, webazakazniky@gmail.com this is conntected with the support email, some more numbers from Premium Product Support, UK [protected], [protected], [protected], International +[protected], +[protected], +[protected], +[protected], +[protected], I received or should i say my neighbor as i was out, the second shipment stated they woulds send as i did not receive the first and the address on the package from sender is:- Eurobase Fulfillment Ltd, Czech Republic, 19000 Praha-Liben Praha 9, Czech Republic CZ, +[protected], i havent opened the package as yet as waiting to hear back from someone on it! I also found the original advert i applied via and when looking at the source information, found all the facebook names and contacts that supposedly left the comments on how amazing the product was, i have sent them all a simple message of inquiry as to how they found the product worked and would they recommend, a lot were in Ohio, some male so it will be interesting should i get a response from any as to whether they did indeed post the comments or their names used without consent or maybe they actually work for the company, who knows thought it was worth a try in my efforts to expose this despicable company! I would suggest you try phoning, send emails and try to gain evidence of all your efforts to contact the company whether to try and cancel the trial or gain your refunds. I have also contacted Goodhousekeeping.com in order to find out if they did indeed endorse and advertise the product as this is where i applied for the trial and sent a message to Ellen Degeneres as she was mentioned in the ad along side other celebs who apparently use the product as to inquire if she knows her pictures and name are being used to advertise the product? Good Luck again everyone with your efforts to get your money back, i will update as i go through my process of trying to get my money back and give out any information i get along the way...one things for sure i am going to embrace my wrinkles, except them and in future only stick to moisturizer bought in the shops!

I have also been conned, the products were ordered on 31 Dec and did not arrive until 23 January! But the £84.71 was taken from my bank on 16 January, before I had a chance to try it. My bank has now cancelled any future payment and I am trying to find out where to return the lift pro glo stuff. A right rip off ! At least it has taught me to block pop up ads so I am not tempted again!
