Lifeguard Financial has been taking funds from our bank account for over one year and has failed to settle any debts for us. They had said that 15% of our monthly amount would be taken by them, but have taken as much as 75% with no results for any settlement. They will not return my calls, or emails.

If you have already been taken advantage of companies who charged their fees up-front and did not provide their service, request a refund in writing with certified mail and give them a 14 day time frame upon receiving the letter for reimbursement of your payments. If you do not receive a response from the by then, send them a copy of your complaint letter and let them know you will be forwarding it to several agencies to take action. This should get the ball rolling and make them jump on the phone to return your calls.
