Please people be aware of the terrible internet scam which is going on!!! All these websites offer you a free trial of Colon cleansing and detoxification. You get the product free and only pay the £3.95 postage and packaging. That`s what they tell you anyway!!!

I have just checked my bank statement and the company have debited £76.00 from my card! $109 usd for what they say is my 2nd shipment. I have just spoken to Barclay Card who advised there is nothing really they can do but cancel my card. Having found this website I too have telephoned the 08082389891 number which was abroad somewhere. I spoke to a lady called Alma who advised my shipment was sent on Sept 26th and this is why I have been billed!!!

I never received the shipment and I certainly wouldnt pay £76 for them because they are crap!!

If you google LB LFP internet Ltd...there is no telephone number for this company...surprise...surprise!
Alma advised me my complaint would be escalated...to which I terminated the call! Cant see me ever seeing my money again.

Please be warned!!!

I entirely agree with the comment about this firm. Subsequent to my placing an order with this company this morning I came across warnings about them which led to me verifying what the previous writer had said. I HAVE JUST BEEN IN TOUCH WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE (Telephone 02030510825) and cancelled the order before it was shipped. I will have to pay the shipping and handling charge ( although I am mystified about that as it has not been shipped) but I am grateful I found out about this before it was too late. I will be keeping an eye on my credit card charges though over the next few weeks.

I have literally just came across this warning.
First of all?

THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Secondly? I agree with everything you are saying.
I ordered from this company on the 19th of october and paid shipping for both life cleanse and acai berry detox. £3.95 x 2 was supposed to be debited but it actually came off at £4.14 x 2 ?? weird but nevertheless they received the payment from my credit card.
I have been using the product now for 4 days and i must admit i did immediately notice a difference but iv heard u need BOTH products to see any difference instead of just one or the other!

I will be reordering but NOT from this company!
I too wanted only the free trial and did not want to spend £60 on something i could buy online much cheaper so for the sake of £8 i thought it was worth the risk!

I called the 0808 number given just now, and an indian gentleman answered after i was placed on hold for several minutes. I explained i was diabetic and was advised not to take them? (which is true) so wished to cancel my order.
At that point he hung up!

lol

Thankfully, before i called? i reported my card as lost so there wont be any charges on my account!
If there is? the bank wont pay!
Simple.

I guess the safest way is to take the risk free trials on offer that do NOT automatically charge your credit card or just get on ebay and buy it online.

I cant state that its a wonder product but i do know iv got more energy, iv lost a few pounds, and im feeling healthier in myself.
Its amall step towards a bigger goal which cant be anymore expensive than clocking up miles on a gym membership or on weight watchers foods etc...

Individual choice i would reccommend!

BE WARNED!!! THE AFORE-MENTIONED STATEMENTS ARE TRUE. THIS COMPANY SEEMS TO OPERATE IN A FRAUDULENT, DISHONEST MANNER.
I signed up for a 'Free Trial' of 'AcaiBerry' Detox and colon cleanse. I was not only billed the small shipping costs but a further two amounts of $128.09. I have not received any items other than the trial and doubt that I will.
I have had to cancel my credit card (to stop further monthly billings). I have also lodged a dispute.
IF YOU ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL PAY DEARLY FOR NOTHING.
SCAM. SCAM. SCAM. NOT HAPPY!!!

Let us all band together and start a 'class action' law case against the directors of this company.
Companies like this risk our health and are dishonest to the core. None of us can afford to have any of our monies stolen.
Such ruins the experience of trust and future dealings with reputeable companies who are doing the 'right thing'

Please go back into the website www.effectivecleanse.com and on the Home Page scroll down to the very bottom and click on "Terms and Conditions" box. Asix page document full of jargon will appear - but go to the heading and read carefully the "Ordering Products Through the Website; Policies" which goes into detail about the FREE TRIAL POLICY. It is only Free if you cancel 15 days after you initially place the order on the Internet - Not 15 days after you receive the produce as anybody would assume. this is not a FREE TRIAL at all - but a scam to get your credit card number, ship you items that are worth only pennies (crap) and keep charging you for them . To try and cancel at any time: call the English speaking line at 1-416-900-1137 if you are in Canada, like I did (the number on the invoice is the "French" team as I was told). I cancelled the order in my phone call - THEN I sent an email to: support@localbillinglimited.com where I also cancelled by email. DO BOTH. Then -- you send a copy of the confirming email from support@localbillinglimited.com to your credit card company with a letter telling them not to process any more payments on your credit card to this company which appeared on my ccard as "SmartHealth". They should co-operate with you. The credit card companies will cancel a card if you ask them, but if you ask for a new card they will issue a card on a new account number but will continue to put through charges for this company. If you cancel your account with the credit card company you will have to pay your account balance in FULL before they will do this. If you report your card stolen - they will issue you a new card under a new account # - but will continue to process the charges from this company. Does anyone out there who works for a credit card company have any advice how to stop this? SHOULD WE BE REPORTING IT TO THE RCMP to get the website taken down - and the company charged for Misleading ADvertising or some such thing???? 15 DAY FREE TRIAL --- it took more than 15 days for this product to get to Canada! I wish I had read the Terms and Conditions before ordering. I will never order through the Internet again.

I am an ex Local Billing employee, the owners of www.acaiberryexclusive.com, www.acaiberry-lifecleanse.com, www.absoluteacaiberry.com and another sites with these fake diet products (colon cleanser, acai berry, resveratrol). They are operating using various companies: Viv3Labs for Europe, FMW Laboratories for US And, lately, to avoid the problems caused by the scam using Viv3Labs, they are using Trading Planet Ltd for Europe and Information Tech Systems LTd for US. Also, they are using PurpleSky LTD at Cyprus for Europe. Lately, they are using some companies opened to process credit cards for the porn industry (LB Pride Studios, LB Envision Net Worldwide, etc.- all of them are Local Billing Companies – LB stats for LB).
The business model is to offer a FREE SAMPLE, only charging you the postage (this is an excuse to get your credit card number) and, then, due to HIDDEN Terms and Conditions, charge people incredible amounts of money for pills and nutraceuticals (in some cases more than 80€ /bottle), which in any retail place cost less than 6 US$ per bottle.
This business model is, basically, A SCAM.
The owners of those sites are Deepak Argwal (http://www.ccap.ph/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=106:deepak-agarwal&catid=76:hot-topic, who, apart from this business –contactcenter, legal-, is running more than 2.000 Porn Sites –see DeeCash.com-), Clay Douglass (http://www.linkedin.com/in/claydouglass) and Mitch Platt (http://www.linkedin.com/pub/mitch-platt/4/271/878).
It is easy to contact them through the information that appears on the site registration of www.acaiberryexclusive.com. Now, they discovered this hole on their ability to remain hidden and are registering the new sites using a Marketing company located in the US:
ACAIBERRYEXCLUSIVE.COM - Whois Information
Registrant:
Douglass, Clay clay.douglass@viveraglobal.com
Viv3 Lab Limited
Unit 5, Mill Road Industrial Estate
Linlithgow, WL EH49 7QY
GB
Domain name: ACAIBERRYEXCLUSIVE.COM
Administrative Contact, Technical Contact:
viveraglobal, Hostmaster hostmaster@viveraglobal.com
Viv3 Lab Limited
Unit 5, Mill Road Industrial Estate
Linlithgow, WL EH49 7QY
GB
+44.08082389891
Another evidence that Local Billing is behind those companies is consulting the impressun of the web pages (for example www.absoluteacaiberry.com, http://www.absoluteacaiberry.com/frontend/join/impressum/site/4349#utm_source=az&utm_medium=16935&utm_term=none&utm_content=Absolute+AcaiBerry) and seeing that is a Local Billing company behind them:
Impressum:
LB Pegasus Limited
29 Wordsworth Gardens
Dipton
Stanley
Co Durham
DH9 9LG
United Kingdom
+48 222 120 179

LB is for Local Billing….
And also resveratrol product site, www.winedetox.com, the impressum of the page (http://www.winedetox.com/frontend/join/impressum/site/4347#utm_source=cx-es&utm_medium=31922&utm_term=resveratrol&utm_content=ResVmax) is the following:
Impressum:
Trading Planet LTd.
56 Thorton Close
Pelton
Chester Le Street
Co Durham
DH2 1QH
United Kingdom

Hosting for Local Billing and for the pills sites is held in the Netherlands, in a company called RedBee.
Also, they are using a company called Phytoscience, located in the same address than viv3, to make the handling and the postal distribution of the products. The manager of Phytoscience is called Chris Swanson and his email is chris@phytoscience.co.uk.
Other addresses:
Local Billing Ltd, Pau Claris, 100, 08009 Barcelona, Spain (they are operating from here under the name Tucana Corona, it is an useful contact for the police)
dee@contactcenter.com
clay.douglass@localbillinglimited.com
mitch.platt@localbillinglimited.com

PLEASE HELP ME! (I'm not very good at english so I'm sorry if I have a spelling mistakes)

I'm from Finland and I was so stupid that I ordered three "Risk free trials" 3, 95€ each.
These I ordered: ResVmax, Effective Antioxidant and AcaiBerry!
These came to me: Resveratrol Extract, Colon Cleanse and AcaiBerry Detox.
(I noticed this just now when I looked my Invoice papers which I printed after I had made my order.
But I'm gladd that I got what I got. Atleast I got something.)
So I got these 3 bottles, nothing more. There were no papers or bills, nothing, in these 3 envelopes.
I did'nt know that I have to cancel somekind of order that they won't charge me more.
Just 2 days ago, I went to se my web-bank so I noticed(who wouldn't!) that they have charge 3 x 83, 74€ !!

I tried to find a telephonenumber/numbers which I can call to cancel any futher billings,
but I just can't find any:( Neighter a e-mail address :(.
The bottles have this:
"Distributed by:
VIV3 Ltd.
Unit 5, Mill Road Industrail Estate
Linlithgow, West lothian EH49 7QY UK"

What should I do?
I wan't my money back.
I'm a single Mom and this 251, 22€ is to me like a lotterywin!

If someone is kind enough to help me, this is my e-mail: hullukissa_85@hotmail.com
