I had paid amount for computerized Arms License Forms amounting to Rs.3000/- (Rs.1000/-each arms) to UBL Omni through it's agent MUGHAL PLASTIC FURNITURE HOUSE NEAR POLICE STATION GHOTKI, by Transaction Nos.[protected], No.[protected], No.[protected] dated 20-11-2013, respectively.
In this matter Sir the Computer Operator of said agent has mentioned wrong my CNIC number my correct CNIC No. is [protected], while he has mentioned CNIC No as [protected] wrongly by replacing the two digits Nos 5 & 8, 85 to 58.
I approached to the concerned for modifications in CNIC number but no one ready to hear and redress my greviounce.
It is therefore requested to your kind honour that necessary action may kindly be taken against the delinquent/respondent and save my legal money already deposited by me by modification of CNIC number and issue me fresh receipts as mentioned above.

Assalam-o-aleikum sir meri request hai mujhe arms license ki duplicate receipt nekalwani hai mein nafees general store shahbax building mein 1000 paid ker chuka hoon per mujhse receipt ghum hogai hai mera n.i.c [protected] hai meine jis din paid kya tha amount woh date 17-12-2013 ye hai mere pass [protected] is number per sms bhi aya tha per woh delete hogaya hai sir plz mera ye masla haal kerdein mera naam Kamran Ali Shah hai
