took my car in for service ....phoned me 2 tell me my gearbox had gone and would cost me 300 to fix...i agreed (reluctantly) to this and was told 3 days.

4 weeks later went 2 see wht was taking so long only 2 find my car at the bak of a car park with 50 cars parked infrnt of it.

pretended not 2 know and phoned in and spoke 2 frddie who told me my car was on the ramp and that my exhaust was also no good..told would b ready in 2 days.

i had another car so wasnt tht bothered about the delay...3 weeks later went 2 pick up my car and was presented with a bill of 1000.

i left the vehicle with thm and took matter to trading standards.
