LG Electronics no service given during the amc

With reference to annual maintenance order no. [protected], amc invoice no. arssajaijai110/3200 dated 27 oct 2010, for 42"t. v. model no. 42pc1rr. atr we have logged our complaint 15 days back regarding line appearing on screen.

Unfortunately till date no solution is provided to us against our complaint. one company person has visit our home and carried one copy of amc with him. but no one return to back to give solution for complaint.

this is serious matter because we have paid money for maintenance contract and are suffering for maintenance
Now company is says they do not have spare parts due to unavailability of parts they are offering to pay approx 25000 rupees against my 85000 worth 42" t. v. also having invoice of t. v.. but unfortunately as per their mail they says this t. v. price was only 55000 approx on that time while every person and company knows three years back 42" hd ready t. v. with 80gb inbuilt hard disk was not at all available at this price in the market I have a valid authorised lg dealer invoice proof of price worth rs.85000/- but question is that I have purchased amc to avoid uninterrupted services why company sold the amc if they do not have the spare parts. now they are assuming low price its shows that they want to cheat the customer. from [protected]@yahoo.com, +[protected], jaipur (rajasthan) india

LG Electronics refrigerator fuse

I posted a complaint about my LG refrigerator model # LFC23760SB on 12/5/2011, the faulty fuse requiring the replacement of the whole control board. Since this is the second time in 3 1/2 years that this has happened I wasn't about to give LG $200 for a new control board just because they soldered the fuse in place. My solution: Unplug the refrigerator and then unplug the control board and gently remove it from the back of the refrigerator and then take it to an experienced electronics business that does repairs (needs to be experienced in soldering) and have them replace the fuse bracket with a bracket that you can replace the fuse when needed. Cost to me $40 labor & $5 parts which included 4 extra fuses. I used Bentronics in Redding, CA (bentronics.com)
(Fuse: part # F3015 and Bracket: part # FH554) The bracket needs to be slightly modified (trimmed) to fit securely. My refrigerator is working great.

LG Electronics faulty control board and fuse

I purchased a LG Refrigerator Model # LFC23760SB in June 28, 2008 on June 6, 2010 it died totally. An LG approved service repairman diagnosed it as a blown fuse which could not be replaced since it is soldered in place so the whole control board needed to be replaced (a $200 part). He suggested that I contact LG and see if they would replace it. After many calls and raised voices they agreed but I had to use a different service center so I was out $75 for the first service call and $44 for the express shipping of the part. The day before Thanksgiving it died again - less than 18 months. I'm going to contact a computer repair shop and see if they can solder in a new fuse. A Sears site 'expert' said the whole board needs to be replaced. Why? Why can LG redesign the board so the fuse can be replaced?

LG Electronics amc not done in time

I have taken HLP( Happy Living Promise) assured maintenance service for my Washing Machine & Room AC from your local service center M/S Globe Enterprises, Hanuman Market, Renukoot, Sonebhadra, UP Phone no: [protected] on 08/03/2010, but till now no one has visited for preventive maintenance checks. I've contacted the local center on phone for the minor problem. But they not responded.

Dear sir,
I purchased a new LG 221"colour TV set Model No. is 21FA2RG S.No. is 009NLVE096735 from "PANKAJ REFRIGERATION A-BLOCK SHILPI PLAZA, PRAKASH CHOWK, REWA (M.P.) Dated-12/12/2010 . In the last 12 months the TV has been rectified 7 times and the validity is going to expire in tne next 15 days time and it has again gone out of order. As my TV is giving repeated problems it is requested to change my tv set.

LG Electronics machine breaks down

We spent a lot of money buying what is more or less LG's top of the line washing machine / dryer. It took over a year to pay off and we were only able to do that by putting extra bits of money here and there to do so. It has broken down numerous times and most recently had a pump burn out and a hose split in two. This was six days before the warranty ran out. The only response from a "manager" from LG was that they would consider extending the warranty by one month. The fact that it went so close to the end of the warranty and that they will only extend the warranty by one month clearly indicates that LG design their products to expire as close to the warranty as possible. A company that believes in their product would happily replace or significantly extend the warranty. But their actions make it very clear that they know what the expected lifespan of their products is and that essentially it is heap of junk.

LG Electronics poor quality and performance of product

i have purchase LG refrigerator model GL-278 UTS.DPTZEBN serial no 002LPQN001404 on 08 Jul 2010. In a duration of 17 months refrigerator coil is defective. on further investigation with Service engineer it came to light that he has repaired 01 more fridge of same series 02 days back for similar defect. it was evident that the defect is due to poor quality of spares fitted. when it was intimated to LG regional Officer Mr Jagsish, ASM mangalore. he intimates that it is not company liability. it is also notices that company is not only providing sub standard items but also creating in convince to the customers for early repairs. The job associated was much more then just changing the coil. If the defect is due to company supplied spares expense should be borne by company. Request investigate and reply at the earliest. Purchased an LG French Door Model LMX28994ST, within a week the ice machine broke down, a day after that the freezer stopped working. It started making loud noises a few days after being delivered and progressively got worse.LG has said they will have someone here in 8 days. I have been complaining since day 2 and this is the best they can do? Trying to get LG to exchange it but nothing but lip service to date.Nice fridge but but i would not purchase another LG product.

LG Electronics warn your friends and family

After having the same experience as other people have had with lg, i have decided to warn everyone i know not to buy lg products. if you do, be warned. if your lg product quits working, the customer service is horrible. we bought a dvd player/recorder/vhs. it stopped playing dvd's after just a few movies. we called lg customer service and it has been nothing but frustration ever since. they say they will call back and don't, they say they will send out shipping labels, and they did, but for a company that doesn't service this area.

When we called back to tell them that the shipping company doesn't service this area they said they would call us back. they didn't. i called them back.they told us they will send out a label for a different shipping company. the label did not come. after we called back numerous times they said they would send out a label . this has been going on for 2 months now.

I called them yesterday they said they would return my call. since they didn't return the call, i called them again and got a different person. after i told him about the shipping company he hooked me up, on the phone, with the same company! i called back and got a different person, who said they would call me back. they didn't. so today i called again. they said they would send a label.

We still don't have a label but they say it should be here fri. even if it comes and we send the unit back, will it work when we get it back? we'll find out. otherwise we are out almost $300.00 buy lg at your own risk. warn your friends and family.

I own 4ea. of the LRM-519 DVD/DVR recorders. S/N 509KVVR502471 S/N 509KVLZ503488 S/N 509KVTD500561 S/N 509KVAX501096 I have spent over $200 having each of these units service checked at local LG repair centers only to discover the identical problem with each unit. Each unit has an issue with the power supply/main board and LG does not support this repair with replacement parts. This issue appears to be a LG design flaw and I expect LG to repair these units or provide replacements.

My LG refrigerator, still under warranty, stopped cooling on 7/25/14. LG service set up an appointment for 7/28. I called the local service company to confirm the appointment on 7/28 and the company told me that LG should never have made that appointment and that they are not available until next week. It's a problem when a local LG subcontractor tells me that LG should never have done something; it makes me question LG’s ability.
I contacted LG service immediately after this call and got a CSR, "Steve". He did not apologize for the situation. I reiterated that I need an appointment today. "Steve" told me that another local service company will call me today to set up an appointment and would not share information on how to escalate the issue. He would not provide a tracking number, he would not provide a name or number to escalate the issue. I asked which call center he was working out of, he wouldn't answer that. Look, it is clear that this guy is not named "Steve" and is outsourced overseas by his accent; I don't care about this, but the fact that they can't provide any information for me to track my warranty issue is suspect and frustrating.

After talking to "Steve", who assured me someone will call me to set up an appointment, no one called me to set up another appointment so I called LG a third time. I filed a complaint with the 3rd CSR through what he called a VOC and he did not provide way to track the VOC. There is no accountability at LG.
The funny thing is that in the LG computer system, the second CSR who identified himself as "Steve" to me was named "Dave" in the computer system; the third CSR looked the information up and said I talked to "Dave". I even addressed him as "Steve" several times and he never corrected me. This is the process that I had to go through to simply set up an appointment for service. I am interested to see what battle awaits me for them to honor the warranty on my less than 1 year old fridge. Don't buy LG!

LG Electronics break down of spin cover

The top cover of spin part of the machine is broken in inside, for which the spinning function is not possible.Earlier on my complain onces an engineer visited and temporary arrangement was made, but till then no any responce from the company is found for which again I am suffering with the problem.

LG Electronics installation not done of lg 42& tv

I buyed LG 42" LCD on 20-10-2011 which delivered at my home on 24-10-2011 but no one is coming for installation as we chasing the dept from 5 days but every time we get false answer.[protected]/2/3/4 from this no. we are getting call of arranging engg. but not an single engg. was arranged and giving false update that will send tomorrow.Every day same answer we get, we beleive in LG and buyed a product but never think on such an poor support.I never buy LG product from onwards and also suggest my friends, office staff as well as publish on facebook and google + such an worst support by LG.on 29-10-2011 your engg.([protected]) call us at 6.30 and said to wait at home as he reaching within 30 mins so wait for him but he didn't come on that day and also not picking up a call.So we loose the trust from LG.

LG Electronics service center informing exhorbitant charges for repairing camera eventhough it is in warranty period

LG mobile cookie plus GS500v WAS purchsed BY ME on 06/02/2011 .On going to camera mode my cell phone does camera not function and gets hanged off.Have to remove the battery and again insert to restart the phone.Rest all functions running very smoothly.
The problem has started since last 2 months but due to no spare time to approach service center, i had visited service center on 08/10/2011 and submitted the mobile for rectiifcation with bill under warrantly period.I was surprised and shocked when he came out and showed me that there was watter logging and all the parts like lcd, touch pad and camera has to be replaced and shall cost me approx Rs 3500 and shall not cover this under warranty due to water logging.I had strong conversation and tried to convince hime that my mobile is running smoothly except camera and hence no question of water logging. and tochpad, lcd is also working smoothly.But the tecnician was adamant and was rudely informing that he cannot solve this and i have to speak to nominated LG represantative Kamleshkumar. The same answer was given by kamlesh kumar in favour of service center.The technician also threaten me that grdually all the parts shall be damaged if i dont opt immediately for his repairing proposal without wararanty .
This disappointment forced me to approach yourself to convey this message to LG headquarters at Korea and India and recommend a very strong action against the service center under our observation to resove this issue by repairing my cell phone under warranty .It shall be appreciated if this action is done very fast by LG top officials.Further also like to inform you that I had been LG fan since last 5 years. I had started using KG300 model, then GM 200, cookie pep and then cookie plus.I am happy with the rigidity of all this models although nokia being the highest seller. I am also working to buy LG optimus, but now stuck up due to the above problem.
Pl pass this message to all the concerns you feel suitable for proper outcome.

I HAD PURCHASED A LG LCD MONITOR.IT HAD WORKED FOR 6 MONTHS.IT IS CREATING A GREAT PROBLEM FOR THE PAST 1 MONTH.THE SYSTEM GETS SWITCHED OFF AUTOMATICALLY AND AGAIN GETS RESTARTED. IHAD BOOKEDA COMPLAINT ON MARCH 8(RNA110310070393) AND IT WAS SERVICED. BUT THE SAME PROBLEM OCCURED AGAIN.A COMPLAINT WAS BOOKED ON MARCH 10(RNA [protected]) AND THEY GOT IT SERVICED. BUT STILL I AM FACING THE SAME PROBLEM.BOTH MY SCHOOL AND COLLEGE GOING DAUGHTERS HAVE STORED DATAS IN THE SYSTEM AND THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO PREPARE FOR THEIR PUBLIC AND SEMESTER EXAMS.iT WAS A GREAT MENTAL TORTURE FOR ME TOO, AND THE SERVICE PEOPLE DID NOT HELP ME WITH A STANDBY ALSO.I NEED A REPLACEMENT FOR THIS MONITOR, AS ITHAS BEEN SERVICED TWO TIMES YET THE PROBLEM PERSISTS.I CAN NO LONGER BE PATIENT ENOUGH, INEED AREPLACEMENT FOR THIS, FAILING WHICH THIS ISSUE WILL BE TAKEN TO THE CONSUMER COURT.

Dear Sir, I' ve purchased a L.G split 1.5 ton A.C on 14.10.10. On the 3rd service the service personnel Jyorirmoy Ghosh on 09.10.11 badly damaged the product. LG Electronics replacement

This is one of the customer of LG. We purchased LG 42 inch Plasma on Aug 24 2010 for which we got delivery after almost a month & there was some problem with the TV so it was replaced in the month of 21st Nov 2010 (screen shot attached below).

We got complaint registered on 19th Sep 2011, one tech person came he checked & said as this is replacement piece he has to check with company whether it is under warranty or not.The same was checked by him that on the back side of the TV the serial number & manufacturing date is mentioned as Oct 2010. So as per that it has to be replaced by company.
We called Mr Charan on that day, he told he will get back to us next day. Rather we keep calling and he never reverts back.
We didn't get any revert from him till 14th Oct 2011, neither he picks up phone nor he calls beck which he says in case he accidently answers the phone & tells he will call back but that never happens.
Also call gets closed by customer care department without solving problem. (Screen shot attached)
What disgusting service you provide and when we ask for higher official number they are not ready to give.

WHY CUSTOMER HAS TO SUFFER ALWAYS JUST BECAUSE THEY HAD DONE MISTAKE BY BUYING YOUR COMPANY PRODUCT, NEVER THOUGHT THAT SUCH A REPUTED COMPANY DON'T HAVE PROPER AFTER SALE SERVICE.

We have given all the proofs to you. please revert so that our problem is solved.
FIND HERE WITH REPLACEMENT DATE AS PER YOUR DATABASE ONLY.
Hope it will be resolved at your end.

LG Electronics poor service

My AC, purchased in 2007, has been erratically responding to remote control device since May 2011. I lodged a complaint with the local Jodhpur service centre. When they did not come for a week, I lodged a complaint with the toll free no. [protected].

Since then till today I have been repeatedly requesting them to check my AC. Once or twice their men came and said that the PCB on the AC needs to be replaced. But since then they disappeared.

It is a horrible experience for me. I have to switch off/on the AC from the main switch. If this is the quality of service LG provides in India, they better wind up their business in this country. After 2007, I purchased two more ACs, not LG, but Samsung. They are better and their service centre is also efficient.

Will you please look into my complaint and get the fault rectified? I have been given at least five different complaint numbers at different times.

Desr who ever on line had perched Cell Phone LG -T325 on dated 15-09-11, Invoice No [protected], IMEI NO-[protected], India (near by kalyan (E) big Bazaar, we had big problems with this handset, Battery discharging very soon as shopper told me that I can use 7 to 8 hours but not correct r and getting hang all the time i am very upset with cell phone set normally i used Nokia, Do not buy any more this cell phone I am going to put on Face book same and all my friends

LG Electronics showing error code

I had a lg microwave oven. I dont complaint against the product. I am only concerned with their service. I contacted the lg customer care. They promptly registered the complaint and given me my complaint number. But for last one week, nothing happened. I again contacted the customer care and the reply from the executive was to call the service center in cochin (Kerala) directly and talk to the service centre. I dont understand the necessity of a complaint i. D. Which was given before. I am still waiting for the technician for the service. I wonder how "life will be good" with the lg product.

LG Electronics caused apartment fire

On August 4 2011, I awoke to smoke coming out of my 2 month old conditioner, my husband pulled the plug quickly from the outlet but the flame had already started inside of the air condition. My entire room eventually caught on fire and my entire apartment with all my belongings were destroyed. LG is denying that it is even their without even investigating it. I have receipts and pictures of the air condition and they are not even giving me the time of day. They are giving me the run around and have not even taken the time to listen to my grievances. This is a company that does not stand behind their products. BUYER BEWARE !

i just bought new Lg flatron tv from the lg cycle store and they told that they will deliever it to my door withing 6 hours .i come back to home and get sleep .when i wake up it was 12 am so i thought that i will call these people in morning .when i call the given no (mention in the slip) it was not in use at that time .in evening i got a call from these people and they told me that your cycle will be deliever at your given address .i told the person that i never bought a cycle from you .i bought a LG flat ron tv to watch movie and other stuff why i will buy the cycle . they told me it it not possible to get a tv now . we have billed the cycle for you. when i reach the store, stor was closed .i go again next day and meet the manager of the store he told that there is few problem in phone line so might be the call was gone somewhere else .
the tv is ready to deliver .we are sorry that you face these kind of proble due to the fraud line.
