I am suffering badly with my music system and have complained several times since last 5 months. I was cheated by charging Rs. 2468.00 as service charges whereas the system was never repaired. The system is lying with me in the same condition as it was earlier and I fear that the service personnels have taken out the good serviceable parts from the set to repair some other set as the company does not supply the spares to them in time or they also discard the old models. So we come to the conclusion that never to purchase any costly items from these so called reputed companies as they can never provide the after sales properly.
