Since December 5, 2014, Christopher Kolk has performed numerous and deliberately vicious acts involving plaintiffs, including (a) repeated threatening phone calls to the plaintiffs business and personal cell phones; (b) the posting of vicious and false information about the plaintiffs and their business on websites including: complaints board, scam report and reviewtalk under numerous names (e.g. Bank Defenders, Chris, CK2 and Highland Ranch; and (c) numerous emails directly and indirectly through the above pen names from complaints board, ckolk@me.com and justsaying@icloud.com.
The plaintiffs are left with little choice but to pursue other remedies via law enforcement complaints and state and federal civil actions which include additional acts by defendant since the matter was first filed.
Accordingly, it is respectfully moved that the court grant plaintiff's motion for voluntary withdrawal, without prejudice, pursuant to F.R.Civ.P 41 (a)(2).

It is quite obvious that Christopher does not understand the term "without prejudice"...

I'd be surprised if anyone is actually reading these posts as they are pretty much junk. But just in case someone does it should be noted and updated appropriately as events change. Today the so called federal case mentioned above was abruptly dropped by the accusers. See the attached document. The reality of the claims clearly did not support the accusations. This in spite of the minor admition to one of the claims that has no illegality anyways. I'm Convinced the initiating party to this suit Matthew Kolk and his colleagues filed the suit in hopes of intimidating the other Kolk into paying a settlement fee to avoid the costs and time expenditure of an expensive and lengthy trial. I believe when it really came close to trial the judge was on the cusp of discovering the absence of fact and in the face of these truths the case was dropped before the judge could fault the plaintiffs and lawyers for filing a frivolous law suit. This is my opinion of course. So the case ShellyM so proudly referes to above was dropped by her as the truth about their false claims became exposed. It is worth mentionimg that all the public documents attached to this post are real unaltered and available for viewing for oneself on the connecticut judicial records site. In fact if you search for KOLK MATTHEW you will see many many more similar documents to these supporting a history of law suits involved in. It is worth considering. Also I beg you to do your own research and feel free to contact ShellyM to ask her about the deposition documents she is so willing to share. However one might consider whether one should be so willing to share deposition documents that are not public material and are meant to remain a part of a court process that is no longer valid. That in itself may be a criminal act, the dissemination of privileged testimony. In any case if you do happen to be one of the two or three people actually paying attention to this soap opera take note of the public court document at your disposal attached. This will assist you in making up your own mind. And may future aid those other victims of similar Attacks by these peoe and their goons.

One more thing to further prove my point, again to anyone interested in doing business with me but have questions because of this website and negative comments, I have a deposition I can share with you in regards to our federal lawsuit where the defendant admits his crimes against me and my business. We have run a successful business for 10 years now and my clients repeat their business year after year. I have better things to do then to engage with a down and out person that likes to air other peoples business and personal information. I am sure these people or this one person has their own things to worry about. We are in a lawsuit that involves many criminal complaints, I believe a total of 9. This same person has been arrested at our private home and still has not learned one thing from his mistakes

Matt has filed a silly civil suit against Chris with all sorts of false claims in an attempt to extort money from him. When Chris entered the house and offered to resolve the issue, his cousin Matt continued to drink his Sambucca and muttered some gibberish regarding his ventures into pornography. Then Matt's wife entered and screeched like a kitten that was stepped on and killed. She frothed at the mouth and vomited a flurry of words that may or may not have been a request to join them for a cocktail or give CPR to the dying kitten she had just broken with her large figure and foot. When to everyone's surprise, the two inhabitants heard a calling from above to suck dry the bank account of the cousin who came to seek peace and happiness. With the precision of a chain saw the two agreed to have the guest charged with trespassing. He was released on a promise to appear Aug. 1 in Bridgeport Superior Court and warned to stay away from his cousin's home. Though Chris was not convicted and never found guilty the two crazies still harassed and pressured the court to lock the peaceful cousin up. The two crazies called nearly every number in the court phone book to try in their best efforts to see that the cousin be incarcerated for doing nothing but trying to make peace. Now sad as it is, the kitten is dead. But happy to say the cousin is free and all charges dropped. The crazies are still crazy and still trying to make trouble to anyone that is within their range of view. The lesson here folks. I am responding to the complaint posted above. This is a family matter. There is no fraud here, this is a case of a private relationship gone sour. The above complaint is merely an effort to tarnish the reputation of the people in the title. The body of the complaint makes no mention of fraud and rightfully so, because it doesn't exist. This reveals the true motivation of this post, not to warn others of fatal interaction with the two names mentioned, but to slander and discredit their good reputation instead. There is no correlation between the names in the title, the heading "FRAUD" and the resulting statement. This is gibberish written by "### PEOPLE" as, in their own ignorance, they give clue to the true meaning of this post by assuming the appropriate "pen name" as authorship. To beat a dead horse, this is not a forum entitled "### people" this is the name of the writers of this post, "### people". And appropriately, here is my reply:

Yes you are ### people. Both of you. I used to feel sorry for you as you seemed a nice person when I first met you. I felt sorry for you, because I knew what you were in for when hooking up with that guy. I have never seen him treat a woman with respect, and tender love, I am sure you are hungry for such experiences. But, I have since stopped feeling sorry for you. Now I see the choices you have made are yours to own. Now, I see that you are damaged, and you have hardened your heart, and learned to hate. You hate with such conviction, I wonder if you know how to love anything anymore. You desire to be abused now, it is what makes you feel alive! And you need to abuse others, because it transfers the pain out of you. You could have saved yourself from this torture, had children, been loved by someone good, but you gave in to manipulation, and abuse, by a person who was abused himself, and knows only cold hearts and hatred. That person puts on a public smile and charm, but abuses the ones he claims to love, behind closed doors. You are trapped, and you allowed this for yourself. You are miserable, and you want everyone else to be miserable too. You hate that I left your control, while you fester, trying to figure out why everybody hates your spouse. You think you have honor, but all you have is a poisoned mind. You took away my dignity, my happiness, my freedom and my family.
