My husband and I both went in for new glasses. He bought one pair of new glasses, I got new glasses and sunglasses. They had the prescription flip-flopped on my sunglasses and the prescription for my regular glasses was just never right. I went back to wearing my old glasses for normal use. I decided I would never get glasses there again.

My husband went back a year later to get new glasses because the ones he had broke and needed to be replaced quick. It's been two years ago now and we started getting a bill from them for $29 for that visit. He paid by check before he left his appointment, when they added up the bill why didn't they give him the right amount then? And why would you come back two years later and bill somebody for $29??
