Legacy Health Maps and directions in parking and hospital.

I have twice been at legacy hospital and both times I find little or no information enough to find how to get to or back to my destinations. Even when I called and told a employee where I was they could not guide me. It's like your suppose to know what streets or building your on. I ended up falling in the parking lot trying to find my car. I split my lip, bruised my check and twisted my back. 07/25/2023. A kind gentleman drove me to my car which was in a different parking garage. I challenge anyone not familiar with the streets and hospital to find your way

Desired outcome: Provide better directions and maps for those not from the area

Legacy Health Dr. Melinda Muller

My PCP, Dr. Melinda Muller.

For 12 months she denied my referrals because she thought they were all out of my insurance network. They were not. My insurance was on file. I paid $6,000 over the course of those months for insurance I never got to use because of her. I have very pressing health concerns that require specialists; now I cannot get them addressed, and they have affected me and my life horribly (and they have gotten worse) over the course of those months.

On top of that, she is unable to reliably write my necessary prescriptions. It has been a battle every single month to get my Adderall filled on time. She needed me to remind her each time, and I can't remember things without my medication.

Most recently, I sent about half a dozen messages to her about getting my script filled. She, and everyone on her team, ignored me. For days.

When she finally came in office, I asked that she please give me my correct script. I just went to the pharmacy; she gave me the completely wrong type and dosage. I clearly stated what my established type and dosage was in my messages. I've been here for an hour because I'm trying to see if anyone can fix this and the on call doctor isn't picking up.

She has caused me undue harm through negligence, incompetence, and making reckless choices about my medical care.

Desired outcome: Pay me back my $6,000, or buy me a year of the insurance I had. Make a formal apology for not just failing to help me but causing me harm.

Dr. Venigalla and tualatin legacy clinic, did not accept what i had or was now going through, so they "ousted" me from their clinic and any other doctors in same clinic.
I'm with united healthcare, medicare, social security. I was informed by ins. I do not have co-pays any longer.
Notification letter from clinic dated may 25, 2016. I had an apt just a week before and was not told of any problems!
Ousted:ostracize, dismiss, exile, expel. Banishment!
Do you realize how this can and did affect a sr. Person? Not if you haven't reached my age-yet.
I had been see by dr. Zimmerman in west linn, or legacy clinic, he thought ?I would be more comfortable with a female dr. So i was forced to change!
How & who gives legacy authority to oust a patient-w/o a explanation to me?
