Made to measure motorbike jacket and pants
Ordered a made to measure Jacket and pant for motorbike. Paid via Papal. Jacket arrived with pants. Provided exact measurements, but around neck Jacket had 40 cm and my neck is 47 cm so I cant´t close the jacket. They said it is their fault but din´t want to change the jacket without cost for me. So I involved Papal. But Papal said we don't decide anything because on made to measure clothes there is nothing, Papal would do. After that, there is no more reaction from leatherjacketmaster.com
So don´t buy there. Before I involved papal, they only said, that I can get a discount if I by again. WTF

Too slow! Order was not delivered on time!
Purchased a leather jacket for my husband's birthday and needed it on a certain date. Decided to order here because they had nice prices and promised fast delivery. The jacket did not arrive on time and it was a huge disappointment. Jacket arrived two weeks later and it was nice, but not so good looking as the picture. Well, in my opinion it was overpriced. Will not order from LeatherJacketMaster again and I think that this is not a reliable company. When I made an order I asked them how long will it take and they promised to deliver it on time, but these people just cannot keep their promises.
Seller didn't provide any useful info about order
I wanted to buy leather jacket from the company www.leatherjacketmaster.com. I bought and paid for the order without any problem, and the seller stated that his production was authentic. After I paid for the order, the seller didn’t provide any confirmation info as well as he stopped to reply. I sent multiple emails, but this ### ignored me and impossible to get any info. Maybe someone has any idea how to track this seller and return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.
I have ordered jacket from www.leatherjacketmaster.com. It was simply rip off. I placed the order and got some confirmation info, but it was ###. The info was fake, the phone number and email address were fakes too. I didn’t get the order and I couldn’t reach them, so I couldn’t return my money back. I have been scammed by these thieves and need some help now. Please, maybe someone knows how to return money back.

I don't think so as I have also bought from them and have recommended this site to many of my friends. None of my friend neither I ever faced any problem. I wonder how can the user say so. Can you please let me know what the issue was? Did you try to interact with them on their social pages?
