I have made over 15 phone calls, sent 2 letters retruned the Reggie Brooks products and am still awaiting a retrun mailing slip for the Chris Johnson products which I cancelled on 10-15, 2005. I have yet to rec. a credit or an aplogy for the Bullshit I have had to tolerate.
