LBC Express delivered at wrong address

Good evening, I've had 2 packages so far that were sent via LBC and all of them did not arrive at my address at Calasiao, pangasinan. The first package was noted as "pending for pick up" because the address that they went to did not know my name (because it's the wrong address so obviously they don't know me) so had to go to the LBC branch in Nalsian. Second package was delivered at the wrong address again but this time, someone received it. Fortunately, the person who received it texted me that my package was delivered to their address. But what if that person would not text me? What will happen to my package? Is my address so hard to find? given that it's even a commercial lot and my address was only less than a km away from LBC nalsian pangasinan branch. I still have 3 pending packages that were sent via LBC so hopefully you'll get my address right.

LBC Express online purchase through cash on delivery

Hello,
according to my tracking history of the product i bought from shopee
[protected])
it is posted as no payment, of course because it is for cash on delivery option.
i am not quiet sure if the delivery man has come to our doorstep yesterday around February 2, 2007 (18:17), because we don't here someone knocking our doors.
kindly please verify and send it to me again.
my number was attached to the delivery address, SMS or CALLS i did not get from any.

LBC Express delayed or lost parcel/package

They signed for the wrong item last Dec 30, item ordered was for a PS4 version of the game, did not inform me that the wrong item was sent by re -seller and sent a crop photo to hide the fact. unknowingly I had the item shipped based on the photo. And they say they are not liable for such an issue. That issue number 1. 2nd issue I advised 3 different items will arrive in 3 different packages on 16, 17 and 18 ahead of time. They misplaced the first box that arrived on the 16th and located it after 5 days. They also mixed the contents of Box 1 and Box 2. In good faith I gave them a chance to ship the items and consolidate it and yet again. they misplaced the consolidated box that contained boxes 1, 2, and 3. Aside from that they keep closing a ticket without confirming customer issue was sorted. They also provide contradicting statements depending on who addresses the issue. See screenshots provided. Pay close attention to the dates. They also admit into providing useless or invalid tracking numbers.

You Guys need to stay away from these guys.
Check if they are even BBB accredited first just a friendly advice.

LBC Express my meralco bill

Hi
I paid my meralco bill in lbc located at pavillion mall in platero binan city. It was dated january 4 2017. After a few days I received a dis connection from meralco company.
I went to them after that dis connection letter and until now I keep on following up whats going on to my bill why until now it remain un settle.? Do I need to file a complain to authority to settle this matter.. Thank you and I will attached my document for your references

LBC Express estimate freight charges

Meron kaming pina-estimate nung Jan. 26, 2017 papuntang Mabini cor. Osmeña St., Sto. Niño, Isabel, Leyte. Ang nilagay na freight charges ay Worth Php285.00 so un ang sinabi namin sa client namin na babayaran. Pero ngayon araw Jan. 30, 2017 ipapadala na namin yong parcel ang computation na nila ay mas mahal from Php285.00 naging Php345.00 na ang sabi dahil meron daw charges sa remote area. Eh wala naman pagbabago sa address na pina-estimate namin nung una. Pangalawa na itong nangyari bakit lagi nalang silang nagbibigay ng maling estimate. Sana kung ano yong unang computation ay walang pagbabago. Hindi ito makaturangan kaya nga nagpapa-estimate muna para maiwasan ang mali. Kaso kung ganyan naman mga staff nyo LBC. Kelangan may action kayo dyan.

LBC Express delayed dispatch since more than 6 month my cargo

I have a box tracking no.[protected].. . Is been collect 2nd of august 2016 and the information given to me by the lbc while I am made a follow up call with them is been in the custom since sept 28 2016 but why it is pending for a long time and now is nearly 6 month. And everytime I made a follow up call is still the same answers.. Please I want to know what happen to my box if its loss so you responsible to refund all the declared items contain on my box... Im waiting for the answers please let me know what action I need to do so that we can sort the problem im working hard to buy the things that they need in the phil so I want to refund all the declared items if its loss already or I will tell to my brother in the phil. LBC Express service / delivery

Date of incident: december 23, 2016
Description: failure to deliver after one month of drop off
Resolution: I would like to request a full refund. It has been a month since we dropped off the box. The recipient and I (Sender) have already called concerned offices t no avail (Including follow-ups). They just kept passing us around. Asked for advice from the lbc office on what to do, they suggested doing a complaint.

LBC Express attitude problem ng delivery personnel

Dear lbc,

Tumawag ang lbc around 12:39 pm ang number ng taga lbc +[protected] ... Hndi nasagot dahil lunch time galing ako sa classroom ko. Tumawag ako ulit at nagtanong kung magkano ang price ng dumating na parcel galing lazada ang he answered me na pagalit "na kanina pa ako tumawag din nagmamadAli ko"... Nakarecord ang conversation ko sa phone... but i cannot attached voice message here

Ganun bah dapat sagot nang tga lbc kung magreturn call...

Diba obligasyun ng tga lbc ang maayos na communication sa customer.

Sana naman maturuan ng leskyun ang mga salbahis na mga worker na yan.

LBC Express complaint on damaged documents sent via lbc / claim for damages

I sent several important documents last june 20, 2016, at the lbc sm lanang davao branch with tracking number [protected].
The documents were placed inside a folder (Poster) to ensure that it will not be crumpled or torn during transit. Ms. Marian krizel mae tatad, the lbc associate who processed the transaction, tried to place it in a smaller pouch and asked if we could fold the edge so it can fit in. I checked the documents inside the folder and told her that i’ll pay for the bigger pouch (Courier n-pouch xl) instead. I also asked her to seal the folder again before putting it inside the pouch. She had me sit down at the waiting area while she was processing the transaction since I was sending two documents, one for cebu and another for tagbilaran city. When she called me for the payment, she had me sign the pouch and sealed it.
The documents sent to tagbilaran were received on tuesday morning, june 21, 2016, and were in good condition. However, the documents sent to cebu were only received on wednesday, june 22, 2016, and upon opening my sister noticed that the folder was torn or ripped. She then asked me if it was sent like that, I told her that as far as I know I properly sealed it in a folder before giving it to the lbc associate. I had her took photos of the damaged documents and took videos for further reference.
These important documents are my original civil service certificate of eligibility, accomplished eligibility/exam records request form, valid id’s, authorization letter for my sister who will be processing the authentication of my certificate. Since the folder was torn or ripped open already when she received it, the certificate and request form got torn as well.

A cctv footage viewing of the transaction done at the sm lanang branch was scheduled on june 28, 2016. After reviewing the said video, we had established that the package/pouch was sealed and was not opened inside the branch. No further investigation was done to resolve this issue.
I agreed to just have them refund the amount paid for the documents sent (p160) plus the assessed value of the damaged document - civil service certificate (p500) and a documentation stating that the said documents were sent in good condition and was only damaged in lbc's possession.
By july 4, 2016 I was informed that the refund was already processed and can be claimed at the sm lanang branch. I dropped by the said branch on july 26, 2016 to get the it, however, there were several errors on the document that I have asked ms. Marian, the lbc associate whom I talked to, to have it corrected. The documentation also failed to mention that the said documents, specifically my original civil service certificate of eligibility, were sent through lbc express in good condition and was only damaged in lbc's possession. I have already asked them to have it revised and that I will only claim the refund and sign the quitclaim when the documentation I asked is ready.
I made another follow up on this request on august 16, 2016 to lbc's customer care and to the davao branch head since I have not gotten any feedback from them since their last reply on july 27, 2016.
Made several follow ups with the sm lanang branch but still no feedback, so I emailed again on september 20, 2016 of which the branch head still ignored to reply to. Lbc customer care however was replying but with the same answer that it has been escalated to their legal team.
After 5 months that this issue is still not resolved, I emailed again on december 28, 2016. Still no reply from the branch head, still the same answer from customer care. Lbc's legal department seems to be not working on this very simple request that I am asking. What they only need to do was refund the amount paid for the documents sent (p160) plus the assessed value of the damaged document - civil service certificate (p500) and a documentation stating that the said documents specifically my original civil service certificate of eligibility, were sent through lbc express in good condition and was only damaged in their possession.

Incident happened june 2016, 7 months had passed and lbc express still has not resolved this issue. I am very disappointed with lbc's service and also with the way lbc is not able to handle and resolve customer complaints.

LBC Express poor delivery service or tamad na crew!!

i ordered an item on lazada last year dec 26, and was processed quickly so i was happy about it but then shipping came then delivery. i always check their page just to update myself coz i was kind of excited about it. was actually a gift for my brother.
then lbc tracking service said that it was near our area and is ready to be delivered on that exact date. i waited but nothing and no one arrived. i checked the lbc page and it said that my address was not found. im like "what the ####" ive been using same address for my orders and transaction for lazada and lbc crew for my previous order didnt have any issues about it, they even texted me that they are near my house and was very polite to me for my previous order.
i contacted lbc through their fb chat, they said that they can redeliver it but i dont think that they really did. was the holiday season but please do take care of your promises and customers.
waste of time, and most of all "ayoko sa paasa"
hope that lbc will improve their service especially here in bicol, ive heard complaints that they even open up boxes and dont take good care of the packages, they even just throw them at their warehouse in daraga, ive read many complaints about them. hari ng padala isnt your motto anymore lbc. very very disappointed.

LBC Express passport delivery not received

Passport renewed at dfa robinson edsa last nov.25, 2016 and to be released after 15 working days.. so it will be released on dec.20, 2016 The cashier/receptionist of LBC gave me detailed that it will be release after 2-3 days.. so i assumed dec.23, 2016.. then i waited but none.
i let the day passed because its Christmas and New year but
today is jan.3, 2017 i checked my receipt and called and chatted Lbc customer service.. and i found out that it was released with the wrong person.
its very inconvenientto me especially im an OFW and i really need my passport. I HOPE that Lbc should do something regarding this matter.

Ask ko lang po last may 2 po ako ng apply for passport sa dfa then sa LBC ko po pina deliver I’m expecting by may 18 ko ko marerecieve naka lagay sa receipt ang delivery sa day na pero hanggang ngayon wala pa po kahit contact or text wala please lpa help naman po kung saan pwede ma claim salamat .

hi, overdue by 5 days na the delivery of my renewal passport. supposed to receive it jan 24 as i had it renewed jan 4. today, the 29th, wala p rin, called several times the hot line 567 1111 parati walang available agent; left messages several times also but i hv not receive a call or text or email. what else can i do to have my passport delivered today as my flight is this sat na... lbc tracking no. [protected]. i had it renewed at the alabang passport office of dfa... pls reply asap. ty.😞

LBC Express open box

When my husband received the box there's a big hole at the side and a lot of valuable things were stolen inside my box I don't trust this LBC carrier anymore you can't even complain because they will just tell you the main fault is from Manila itself but then the Bacolod LBC branch will just received the box from Manila even if there's a hole already and just blame it to Manila branch so you don't know who is telling the truth no one will help you to resolve the lost items inside

LBC Express undelivered items/return ship

I'm not sure if you guys even read this s### but I'd like to complain about how poor your delivery process is. I was waiting for my items to be delivered. I tracked it and said that it reached LBC Palompon branch already. I waited all day peru walang dumating. I even wrote a c/o para mas madali sa kanila bec last time ang sabi walang nakakakilala sakin sa place namin. but this time it's the same thing. Naka indicate naman dun yung cellphone num, they should have sent me a text kung d nila malocate yung address ko. That same day din pala they posted it as No Payment, si balij sa Manila yung inorder ko. Grabi, wala man lang effort sa paghahanap sa receiver. Disappointing!

LBC Express remittance

My mother was supposed to claim her money today (12/29/2016) at LBC Puregold San Pedro City, Laguna because when she went there yesterday, they said there were no available funds yet.I complained via phone this morning around 9-10am. I talked to Caroline Occena and told her about the said problem and gave her the tracking number, sender and receiver of the remittance. I received a text message this morning at 10:27am from LBC Puregold San Pedro Branch and was told that the funds are finally available and we can already pick the money up. But when my mom went there this afternoon at around 4pm, they informed her that the money was already encashed!I called the hotline and was able to talk to Denver Benlazo and informed him about the situation. He said that the ten thousand pesos (10, 000pesos) was already encashed at a Palawan Pawnshop Branch:BSN01. This is an inside job because how could someone other than my mother encash the money without any valid IDs presented?! The only person I gave the tracking number, sender's name and receiver's name is the agent named, Caroline Occena. My mother never gave any information to anyone at the San Pedro Branch. Please make an investigation and please give us our money that was stolen! The reputation and name of LBC is at stake here. We will never stop here until we get our stolen money! We will file a case against LBC unless this is resolved right away!

LBC Express delayed delivery / lbc doesn't want to return the package to sender

Let it be known that I already submitted a written complaint to LBC branch San Pablo Colago Ave. But I haven't heard anything yet. I sent a package going to Las Pinas last Dec 12, 2016, it was expected to be delivered the following day. We sent that package 3 days before the recipient's departure to US. However because of the delay and LBC's poor service it was not delivered on time. We called the customer care hotline several times last Dec 14 because the recipient might not be able to wait for the package if it will be delayed further, the lady that we talked to said that it will be delivered first thing in the morning of Dec 15, however no package came. The recipient called me that they already left the house and will be leaving the package for good. It was all a waste, our effort to send it on time to make it to their flight was all a waste because of Lbc's poor service. 3 days late almost 4. Now that there is nobody to receive it, we made a request to retrieve the package, and we were informed that it was delivered and was received by a security guard at 7pm Dec 15! Now the package was just sitting in the recipient's village guard house! What LBC's poor service caused us a huge inconvenience. We still haven't heard anything from our complaint and request to send the package back to us because nobody will be back to get that from the guard house! The security guard was not even authorized, is that what your service is now? Leaving it in the guard house is not even close to your door to door delivery promise. Please make some action about this immediately. Send the package back to sender!

LBC Express lost item

My mother sent a parcel to iloilo from surigao including couple ring, a ring and a necklace with pendant. But then why is the necklace with pendant was lost when the receiver opened the parcel.. and hecsaid that it is already tampered. Pls can you make some actions. By the way the signature in the lbc bag is not my moms signature. What thecheck happened? I am supposed to be the one carrying that parcel here in Canada but because it was delayed and i have to go back here in Canada, so my mom received the parcel from LBc and sent it to the iloilo (the owner of the necklace). My mom and the agent of LBC from Badas Placer Surigao del Norte were the ones counting the items and its all complete and let my mom see that he sealed it pls do something

LBC Express poor delivery service/delayed 2 weeks

This is the first time happened to me with this worst courier service LBC, Ive ordered Shoppe online, then Shopee sent my order to LBC for delivery last Dec 8, 2016. As ive monitored the Logistics tracking, it was then forwarded to Corporate Delivery South Team last Dec 12, 2016. Expected delivery at my address should be last Dec 13, 2016. Until now, my order has not yet been delivered. I've complaint & called 2x their hotline number but they answered only one person who is incharge for the delivery and they can't delivery right on time, they didn't gave me assurance when will they deliver. LBC Express unposted payment

Last november 30 nagbayad ako sa LBC cubao farmers para sa security bank credit card ko amounting to 6250 pesos.Hanggang ngayon December 17 wala pa din yung payment ko.Ilang beses na kong nagpapabalik balik at nakakausap ko lagi si miss nhelda.unang punta ko finollow up nya sa bayad center at ang sabi naremit na daw.tumawag ako sa security bank pero ang sabi wala pa daw payment and they advise me to send a copy of the receipt which I did.nakareceive ako ng message from security bank na naghihintay pa daw sila ng feedback sa bayad center.balik ako ng LBC wala pa din silang masagot sa akin hanggang sa follow up na lang daw.Bumalik ulit ako after ilang days ang sabi hindi daw nanotify ang LBC ng bayad center na nakahold ang payments for security bank.hiningi nila ulit ang card number ko at manually daw babayaran ng bayad center and then they will update me this happenede dec.12.hanggang ngayon december 17 walang update mula sa kanila at wala pa din payment ko.nagsearch ako ng number ng LBC cubao at tinawagan ko sila and unfortunately naka leave si mam nhelda.wala pa din silang mabigay na date kung kelan mapopost payment ko and nacharge na ko ng late payment fee at finance charge amounting to more than 900 pesos and di ko magamit card ko dahil sa payment na di nagpopost.ang masaklap pa binigyan nila ko ng number ng bayad center na wala naman sumasagot!
