Pineng pn-920 20000mah power bank/stopped working a month after I purchased it.
A month ago I purchased my Pineng PN-920 20000mAh Power Bank, and this morning it simply stopped working. Like, wtf minsan ko nga lang gamitin and to think na 1 month pa lang to sakin. Once or twice ko pa nga lang na max yun battery capacity niya. It worked smoothly naman till this morning bigla na lang nag stop ang charging ng phone ko at ayaw na gumana yun powerbank. Tsk.
Customer support in case of non delivery
Several ordered items came too late. Recently lazada send the parcel back to sender. No delivery - no refund - waisting time and money.
By the way the customer support is a computerized answering machine - you see it on the remarks and recommentations you get. No human logigal proof or follow up of your case.
You could also speak to your wall and hope it helps/works.
Surely my last bad experience with lazada. Iĺl buy my things in carcar or cebu city (Ayala/sm). Wybiwyg - what you buy is what you get !

Seller had a glue gun with 10 glus stick promo.
So I received order but didnt receive glue sticks. I called and they said they will make it right by contacting seller. I waited with no response. I tried "Live Chat" but it rarely works. So I called...spend all my load without resolution 100+ pesos and got disconnected, no call back after many email requests. So I gave up, took a los of load and gluesticks, went and bought my own glue sticks (transportation $200 pesos, glue sticks 100 pesos) Plugged in glue gun and heard a short sound then got shocked with 440 volts. Gun dosent work 490 pesos. Seller still has promo posted and still doing business on site. There is now no link on orders page for returns. They allowed me to get ripped off and electrocuted but still promoting seller. How is that?
can't cancel order!
I was working in Philippines and I lived there for two months. While I was there I ordered some goods from www.lazada.com.ph and was hoping for a quick delivery but my order did not arrive.
I waited for about a month and decided to cancel my order because it was already time for me to go back to my home country.
I contacted Lazada customer service and asked them to cancel my order and they agreed, but they never did anything and my order is still in process!
This is absolutely appalling! I need to cancel my order!

part is Delivered, one part has been Shipped and the other part is Processing.
email stating you have been refunded. 30/09/2018 today is 12/30/18 still waiting for refund.

Also, it must be noted that you only have until your order is shipped to cancel. If it's shipped, you can't cancel it anymore.
missing items
I have ordered several items from Lazada website and yesterday received the package. When I opened it I found out that two items were missing. I immediately contacted customer service and they promised to check what was going on. Later they contacted me and said that according to their information I received all the items. I told them again that two items were missing and they said that it was not their responsibility and just hang up on me! I'm very disappointed with Lazada!
Yes they get you to sign for it...if you sign they complete the scam for the seller. Its becoming a haven for scammer sellers. Too bad because some maybe most are good.

I accidentally found Lazada website and decided to order something. This was my first experience with Lazada! I'm so disappointed! I purchased some things and received a message from them stating my order will arrive in 7-14 days. It was about a month ago and my package is still not here! I've been calling them every hour they just kept putting me on hold! This online shopping is rubbish! As a new customer and a new buyer I am absolutely disgusted!

I've purchased some items from Lazada and haven't received any package yet! But recently I've received an email stating that a certain person received my package. However upon checking, I cannot even view the tracking of my order. I want to know the name and address of a person who received my package, but Lazada customer service keep saying this information is too personal. I'm so disappointed with what's happening!
worst shopping experience ever!
Don't order anything from Lazada, you'll be very disappointed. When I found this website I liked the prices so I decided to give it a try and ordered Kindle. I made my order about two months ago and received nothing yet. I contacted their customer service many times to ask about the status of my order, but these people are so unprofessional and they know absolutely nothing. And the worst and the most ridiculous part is that these guys don't even know the correct shipment tracking number! Just forget about this horrid company and avoid it at all costs!

Last nov.20, 2015 I received the item 3-in-1 solar light fan (White/champagne) with free 1 rechargeable police flashlight with stun gun taser but I found out that the flashlight has no charger so I returned the item through lbc last nov. 21, 2015. I already emailed to lazada my complaints but until now no complete details on how am I going to claim my refund money... Its been 3months... I ordered a laptop from Lazada website. When it arrived it was damaged so I contacted the company, provided some pictures and sent it back. When I spoke with their rep I was told I'll be refunded. Since that time I heard nothing from them and one month already passed! Where is my money? This was their mistake and not mine and am the one suffering! All because they could not pack my item properly! These thieves have my money, they received my laptop and I lost everything. I'm super disgusted with this company!

I ordered an item from Lazada and their site said that it was in stock. After I made the order, I waited for it to arrive for ages. I received a message from Lazada and it said that my order was cancelled because my item was out of stock. But I did receive a package from them, but there was something completely different. They just cancelled my order and sent me some garbage just to keep my money! I contacted Lazada immediately and demanded a refund. But they refused to return my money since the package was delivered! Are you kidding me? That was my first purchase from Lazada and that's going to be the last! Disgusting thieves! Someday you will pay for what you've done!

I made an order and purchased some items from Lazada. Yesterday I received a message from Lazada customer service stating that my order was delivered, but it wasn't. I contacted them and said that I received nothing. I also tried to call the courier to double check, and they told that the package was received by me several days ago. I contacted Lazada customer support and they promised to call me back later. Later I received a call from them saying that order was delivered. But I'm actually wasting my precious time now because it wasn't. I never even received a call from their courier. I used to order things from Lazada and I'm aware that courier always calls when item is delivered. Completely ridiculous! What is going on? Lazada, please, give me my money back!

I purchased something from Lazada back in December. It was supposed to be delivered on January 10th, but I received nothing. So I contacted customer support and they said that my item was shipped. I waited and finally received it two days ago. When I opened the package I was very disappointed with the quality. The item looked used and there were several scratches. The item I received was defective and I decided to return it. Contacted customer service, explained the situation, but heard nothing back. Horrible company selling bad quality items! I'll never order anything else from Lazada!

I bought a hoverboard for my brother two weeks ago. They confirmed deliver and availability by mail. However, a few days later I received another message stating my order was cancelled. I contacted Lazada customer service immediately but they didn’t explain anything, they just said that my order was cancelled and that’s all. They also said that refund is not available. Really bad service and customer support is nonexistent. What a bunch of thieves! Cancelled my order and stole my money! I really hate Lazada!

I bought an item for my daughter’s birthday from Lazada. They promised that delivery would take only two weeks, so we still had plenty of time. Then I received a message from Lazada stating that they’ve changed the expected delivery time to 2 days later. That was still ok. Well, daughter’s birthday came and went and nothing arrived! She is only 5 years old and was crying her eyes out. I contacted Lazada customer service and all they can tell me is it will be delivered soon. It is now January 20, 2016 and birthday was two weeks ago! I called them yesterday, but after waiting on hold for like 45 minutes I was disconnected. And now they are ignoring all my messages as well. Thanks Lazada I will remember this for many years.
very poor service
I made an order on November 26th and few weeks later received several items. One item was quite big, so they sent it in two boxes. But I received only one box and it is now January and I have no idea where the second box is. I sent them messages and called every day, but they refuse to help me. I received always a computer generated reply or there was no answer at all. Calling them is useless, because their line is always busy. Almost two months passed since I ordered and still nothing. Lazada is a horrible company! I never experienced something like this before.
poor customer service coordination with logistics
Date: 2016-01-14 Order No: [protected] Description: Yesterday, I made no less than three advise via chat and message not to deliver my order this Friday and Sunday. I expect that since I already provided several notices I won't be bothered. But to my surprise I received a notice from Lazada that they will attempt to delivery my order this Friday. I even received a text from delivery staff that they will deliver today. Are the call center and logistics talking? I provided other days is acceptable provided before 4pm. This is my second incidence I talked to customer service and I am very dissatisfied every time. They can't act on a simple notice that was in consideration for they that they won't waste time and resources. Expected Resolution: Organized your coordination between your Call Center and Logistics. Do not make our efforts to provide notices for deliveries show that this is vain. One call should be enough for you to act.

the item was sent to my friend in philipinnes, paid n delivered, took a long time, the item would not even switch on ? don't cherry and lazada do a quality check before sending anyway the n/b was sent back, took lazada about 10 days to confirm what a child would know in one minute, they said u buy another item as there are no refunds? great business principals, but the worst is to come, my friend re-purchesed another item, and to my friends dimay they are charging another delivery fee, 900p again, whos fault was it that the original item wouldn't work, not the purchasers fault, there excuse its protocol we have to charge, disgraceful business ethics, must be a low life company-- no ethics at all you can contact me as my friend is too scared to even complain? my email [protected]@yahoo.com.au, hope you csn do something about this, common business sense tells me lazada should pay the extra delivery fee not the poor unsuspecting ripped off customer regards george

This morning lazada contacted me to tell that they'll deliver my order today. I asked them if they can deliver my item before 10am since I need to go to work. I told them that there will be no one at home from 10.30am till 10pm. The courier promised to deliver my package before 10am. But despite that the courier called me at 11:15, but I was not able to answer since I was already at the meeting. When I arrived home I called Lazada and asked if they can deliver my order tomorrow. But they told me that they cancelled my order because "they cannot contact me"! I will never use Lazada again and will post bad reviews everywhere to warn everyone about their horrible service!
I hope I read your review before I used Lazada. I'm now worried about my orders since I already paid for them online.
I ordered 2 items last November 25, 2015 and intended to give them as Christmas presents. They sent me a confirmation e-mail on that same day that one item is being shipped and the other will be shipped at a later date because it's from abroad. I didn't mind since Christmas was still weeks away. December 1, I received another email saying that the 2nd item was being shipped and it would arrive within 18-22 days. That was a good news! Just few days before Christmas! A few days later, the first shipped item arrived. More happy news!
Happy about my orders, I decided to order one more item and again paid online. It was verified and confirmed on the same day when I ordered- December 11, 2015.
Until now, January 5, 2016, my orders haven't arrived. Christmas passed. New Year passed. LAZADA RUINED MY CHRISTMAS!
I could very much relate with you! Grabe! Paasa ang Lazada. Nakakasawa na yung email replies ng mga "customer service reps" nila. Puro based on template lang! Insincere.. Mga manloloko!
They tell me on its way for delivery na ang items. But every time I check with the LBC Tracking Page, not moving naman ang shipment! Still at where it was when it started! "Accepted at Lazada" pa rin until today! I ordered and paid for it online as well last December 10 & 12, 2015 it's now January 4, 2016 and still the items I've ordered which were supposed to be gifts for Christmas, have not been delivered!
I believe a class suit should be filed against Lazada by all the customers that they've fooled and made believe that the items on sale are in stock during their Online Revolution Sale last December 10-12, 2015 but truth is, their supplies could've been unavailable. And they just give excuses as to the holidays, weather condition, limitations on shipping, etc that is why they are not able to deliver on time.
