Never use Law offices of Aruna Venkidu for your Immigration purposes. She handled my H1B extension cases for 8 years, they were simple and easy, just fill in the paperwork and send it in and charge me the fee. Then when time came to file my permanent residency and some questions were raised during approval, she had no idea to handle the case. She is inexperienced in handling complex Green Card situations especially I140s. Overlooks things. Because of her negligence and oversight I lost my case. Now I have to go back after being a good citizen and working hard in US for over 10 years. So find someone who has better insight and ask questions about their experience in handling RFEs.

I have known Aruna Venkidu since 1987 personally and as a professional person. She has been very talented, professional, honest and very much experienced person.

She has always advised me on a number of Immigration topics and her professional advice has been very useful for me and for my associates who needed it.

Anyone can write comments here to defame a person or professionalism but why would professional person like a lawyer would jeopardize his or her position to hurt the client. No clients are enemies to professionals.

Attorney Aruna is really a nice person. Definitely gets the job done.

My wife and I used the services of Law Offices of Aruna Venkidu & Raj, and we are really happy with their honesty and professionalism.

Our GC applied through their office and it was approved with no trouble at all. Attorney Aruna is really a nice person. I would highly recommend Attorney Aruna.

I had the privilege of getting my GC by working thought Law Offices of Attorney Aruna Venkaidu. My case was filed in March of 2008 and I received my approval in Sep 2012.During this tenure, Aruna and her excellent team at her office helped me in filing all the relevant documentation. I was kept in loop at every stage of the processing. I must admit when you come to this country and your H1 is running out, everyone will be anxious to get their GC. When there is a query, she would advise and help us to file all documentation in the most professional way. She would help us to understand the process and also make us comfortable.

I and my family are grateful to her and her team. I would recommend her to anyone without a blink of an eye.

Excellent knowledge clubbed with great experience and pleasant attitude, she and her team are the one you should have beside you when you are planning to be a Permanent Resident in United States.

I cannot thank her enough. Thank you Aruna & Team and I wish you all success. Keep continuing to help and guide people the way you have been doing it for years.

I worked with the law offices of Aruna Venkidu for processing my mother's green card.

My mother was on a visitor visa which was valid until February. I earlier used the services of a firm in New York for her visa extension, but had issues in the attorney being available and getting prompt response from the firm.

A friend referred Aruna Venkidu's law firm, since his parents had recently got their green cards. I approached the firm for green card processing in January with only a few weeks left for her visitor visa. Aruna gave clear, professional advice, listing different options (visa extension vs directly filing GC in US vs consular processing) and the risks involved, which made it easy for me to decide on the course of action.
We also found out that we did not have my mother's birth certificate and again Aruna advised us on the various things we can do. While we were in the process of getting the required documents, the firm made the rest of the paperwork ready. We got the last of the documents by Feb 16 and the application was mailed on the same day and USCIS gave a priority date of Feb 17! (My mother's visitor visa was going to expire on Feb 23rd).
My mother needed to go to India in December and I checked with Aruna again on the expected dates and possible risks and got a response to wait until the end of September before checking with USCIS. And sure enough, my mother got the approval last Saturday.

Having gone through the arduous H1/GC/Citizenship process myself, I can understand the pain and disappointment one goes through when the situation is bad. In my case (or rather, my mother's), I took legal help to avoid RFEs from USCIS.

I'm very much convinced (although one can never be sure where USCIS is concerned) Aruna helped avoid this situation by helping us make the right decisions throughout the process with her excellent advice. Her staff were always responsive and prompt.

I would definitely recommend Aruna Venkidu's firm to others.

I recently got my greencard processed by Aruna Venkidu's law firm. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with them. Everything went smoothly and they stood by through the entire process. In fact I even referred a friend to use her legal advice for her immigration process.

I worked with aruna for my citizenship as well as my parents green card process (They got RFEs etc., . and hence took her services to deal with that). She was very professional, prompt and worked on my case deligently responding to INS all their weird requests (kind of like even though the doc is in the package and clearly highlighted - send RFE again for the same doc etc., . - sent emails, calls the INS agent to correct their mistake). I am very happy with the services she provided to me at reasonable fees and I recommend her to others.

I recently got my H1B Extension RFE done at the Law Offices of Aruna Venkidu. It was done in an extremely professional manner, and I got my extension approved within a week of sending the application. Hence I disagree with this complaint.

We have been working with Law offices of Aruna Venkidu since 1993. Over 17 years she has filed 100s of H1bs for us and many, many GCs. I have always found her to be knowledgeable, competent and efficient.

I understand things didn't go well in your situation - but why would you call that a SCAM or Cheating.

You have already complemented her to start with. Over many thousands of cases lost in immigrations and so many people have issues with company they work and many other factors. 10 years You always had option to change you a different one if you found out is not real.

May be to begin with you never had a real case.

We have been a client for the past 3 - 4 years. In each case, we have been nothing but satisfied with the advice and work that has been put into our cases. I have always found this firm to be an asset both to our company and our employees.

I of course know nothing of the above case - but how exactly could this be considered either a Scam or
Cheating?

Mrs. Aruna Venkidu and her office are extremely capable of handling even complicated cases in immigration. Our company has been working with this law office since January 2004 and in that time period; Mrs. Venkidu has filed over 25 Green Card cases, and over 41 I-140 cases and also over 100 H 1B cases on behalf of our employees. Mrs. Venkidu’s office has successfully handled our PERM audits and RFE’s, resulting in approvals for our employees. We are very very happy with their performance.
