I applied for I loan, only with Last Chance Payday Loan in April 2008. I never received an answer. The next thing that happened, my bank notified me that there was an electronic payment and the bank charged me $32.00 for I had only a few dollars in the account to keep it opened. I have never subscribe and did not authorize any payment. I just applied for I loan. IDTheft.co has been submitting the charge of $31.98 for the past several weeks. I had the Bank file a Dispute of Charges for I had no idea who was doing this. I have asked and asked my bank and had no answer till May 16, l 2008. The Bank closed my account and reported me to Check Systems. IDTheft.com has continued to get an Unauthorized Payment from my accou8nt, to date and my account is closed. My Bank had sent me statements of the electronic payment and the Bank Charghes which are now amounted to$13.78. They rewind my bank relationship and have destroyed my credit and left me owing this money which I never AUTHORIZED. I called them and they told me to go to idrefundstatis tics.com whicch I did but could not submit my complaint.They told me on their electronic voice mail that it was an ERROR and I should go to their web site, cancelidtheft.com. I had no succes getting anything done nor corrected. THis "FRAUD". It was an ERROR.

Can someone help or do something stop them. I never received a refund nor credit to my account with the bank and they are still charging me.
