LaserShip delivery

Absolutely furious with this company (this is my first review for anything online I couldn't go on and not let people know about this company). Placed an order Sunday afternoon on amazon (brand new Xbox one) decided to go for overnight shipping thinking that ups or FedEx would deliver like they always have. I get my tracking info saying that it should come Monday by 8pm from some company called lasership that's when everything went downhill. I start getting concerned as the promised delivery time is fast approaching and I see no sign of anyone gave the benefit of doubt and waited till 930. Started calling the main office in VA to get some insight on when it will arrive or even the status of it I waited for 45 minutes on hold with the continuous automated message saying "please hold your call is very important to us we are assisting other customers BULLS*HIT! After that failed attempt I left numerous messages and requests for someone to get back to me... Nothing... So I called this location some guy picks up that barley speaks any English and tells me that my package was not taken on the truck due to there being not enough room. OK great so tomorrow definitely right? Nope! Tracked my package as soon as I woke up and it said it was delivered to my front door on Monday at 324pm.. Clearly it wasn't so I Called this location again to see what going on with my package ended up finding out that the guy I spoke to the night before completely lied to me and everytime I called I either waited for a minimum of 15mins or got hung up on and when I got the opportunity to speak to someone I got a very unpleasant rude experience with 3 of their representatives from this location that couldn't care less about my problem. Then I dealt with the corporate office specifically someone by the name of William who is the customer service supervisor he assured me that he was doing everything in his power to expedite the process as effectively as possible. He promised that I would receive my order anywhere from 5pm - 9pm. And that he would update me if anything changed nothing is here still and I'm out $550! Word of advice DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE YOU LET SOME COMPANY HANDLE YOUR VALUABLE GOODS AND WASTE MONEY ON OVERNIGHT SHIPPING FROM AMAZON! AND FYI I LIVE IN A HOUSE IN THE SUBURBS WHERE YOU CAN CLEARLY TELL THE NUMBERS

never receive package upon several attempts I stated that it was a business .to please deliver before 5 but that never happen then they said it was delivered on 3/16/2016 but the office was closed

LaserShip problems with the delivery and company completely unhelpful

The company www.lasership.com is real scam. I used their services, but I waited one week and didn’t get the order. I contacted the rep, who told me that they had some technical problems. He promised to inform me when my order would be in the process of the delivery. I waited and heard nothing from these scammers. I wonder if you have the same problems, what you have done in order to solve it.

LaserShip the company provided fake tracking number

I bought some stuff and the seller promised to send it through the company www.lasership.com. I got the tracking number, but it was fake. The seller didn’t know what to do, ‘coz the company didn’t respond. We called to the company and asked to help us, but they ignored our complaints and requests. Please, post comments and your ideas, maybe someone can help me.

LaserShip driver

At an accident scene the following transpired: A Contract Driver for this company decided to interject himself during the exchange of insurance information between parties involved. When he was asked what his business was he became angry and exited the Laser Ship van and surprised me by thrusting both his hands into my chest. This company is obviously doing a poor job in screening their hires. Or they are hiring known criminals straight from the prison system like many of the other desperate for cheap labor companies are doing now.

LaserShip horrible delivery

Lasership delivery person jammed a package in my curbside mailbox so tightly that I needed sharp knives to dismember the package to dislodge it from the mailbox. I presume this was done to save the 30 seconds necessary to leave the package at my front door, as is normally done. The Vitamin Shoppe needs to stop using this delivery service!

LaserShip Lost shipment

Most of the time I have had a delivery from a Lasership It has had complications. This week I had ordered two packages from Amazon at the beginning of the month from two different vendors. Both packages were scanned as delivered by the Lasership driver in both cases they never were delivered. In both cases the product has been marked lost. This is not the first time this has happened. I have also had packages scanned as delivered that came three days later. I have continually begged Amazon to stop using Lasership as their carrier, and it has now gotten to the point where I can no longer order from Amazon if they insist on using them.

LaserShip never received 2 packages

I ordered vitamins on-line, which I have been ordering for the past two years. I never received the package. I called the on-line store, who sent another package using LaserShip. LaserShip said both packages were placed on my front door step. I was home for the second delivery, so I know it never arrived. LaserShip uses GPS; the GPS does not come to my house but sends people a street over, so someone received my two packages. LaserShip stated that my packages were delivered and there was nothing else to do. The vitamin company resent a third package via UPS and I received it in 2 days... NO PROBLEM! I do not recommend LaserShip to anyone!

LaserShip amazon loves lazy delivery people

Lasership, the latest shipping scam used by Amazon, doesn't bother to deliver to the address on the package. They just drop the package to the first place they pull into then say it was delivered. I have complained about them before to no avail. They are a cheap delivery service that has no place in the industry and are used only because they are cheap, not because they are good. I have prime and two day shipping with Amazon. I also live in a townhouse in large multi building complex. Lasership just stops by the management office and leaves my packages there instead of bringing it to my townhouse. then they don't bother to let me know about it. I am sick and tired of trying to find my packages when they aren't delivered and no attempt made to deliver to the address on the package.

Tom Mara cultivates an innocent persona. It's as if he is playing a character in a play, with very thoughtful displays of his personality. He completely puts on the innocent or especially sweet act, which is easy to believe. You shouldn't take your first impression of him or any of them at face value. If you don't know a person well, they can mislead you into thinking they are innocent or sweet. The only real way to know a sociopath's true personality is by getting to know them well. But if you listen to your intuition, you may get the feeling that their persona is just too simple to be real. Non-sociopaths are genuine people and not a perfect picture of a simplified personality.

WARNING: PLEASE BEWARE OF Predatory, philandering, sick men there, including but not limited to, effeminate Tom Mara who feign victim when they’re exposed, outed or confronted.

I would just like to warn anyone looking for a position with this Company. Most of the people there are unskilled labor just trying to make ends meet. It's very diverse, which is a good thing, but then you realize, people are stuck there, with little to no education. LaserShip counts on this ignorance or lack of the ability to see that anyone has the ability to go somewhere where they can prosper and thrive.

I would say this isn't a company for anyone with any integrity. It's especially not fit for females. Predators to the Nth degree. All in management, sales especially.
Remember Uber, in the news recently? You NOW have an idea of what LaserShip is like. A bunch of dim-witted, philandering, Neanderthals who haven't realized that growing up and not cheating on your wives is not that bad. Beware of all of them, who pretend that they're family men and the ones who, especially project that they're so virtuous -- that projection is the red flag. They really wear who they are on the sleeves, so just watch and listen, but only if you have to work there; otherwise please stay away.

LaserShip delivery

I ordered products from drugstore.com. They used Lasership twice. Neither time did the shipment arrive at the designated address. Drugstore.com was really good about replacing the first shipment. They need to stop using Laseship because their drivers are incapable of making a correct delivery. I will not order from Drugstore.com until they drop Lasership and will not order from any company using them as I am not getting what I purchased if Laseship can't get the package to the right address. They have the phone number and could have called to check like FedEx does.

LaserShip their main focus is to get the packages attempted and make money

Lasership defines its self as the leading last mile delivery courier company, the business plan is built around the use of Independent Contractors. Company can rake in more profits by cashing in on this loophole! Company hires independent drivers to do all the deliveries for a fraction of the cost they charge their clients. For as low as $1.35 Lasership can get an Amazon packaged delivered by an unsuspecting driver who will need to deliver a lot of packages at this low rate to make ends meet. Company does not care for the drivers, their safety or well being. Their main focus is to get the packages attempted and make money.

Unfortunately drivers make nothing on attempting to deliver. Not sure why you would falsely stat such.

They should not get paid if they don't deliver the package. It should be simple work, and they should be qualified enough to be able to deliver packages without a problem. There is no excuse for stealing or not even trying and saying it was attempted, because if it were their package they would not want it to happen to them.

Lasership thinks its the post office and can leave your package in your mailbox i found my lastest package left in my mailbox, there either cant deliver at all or there just leave it in your mailbox. Amazon needs to stop using lasership.
