Do not deal with this company! Beware of what they say they will deliver! I paid over $3500.00 to have black chrome wheels done for my Viper with an exchange but when I got them, they were painted not chromed. After paying to have them sent back which I shouldn't have done in the first place. Now they want me to pay again to have them rechromed plus shipping. Do not do business with this company!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
After I got thier wheels they told me three of the 4 I sent back were bent, they came off a brand new Cadillac and were perfect, one of the wheels they sent me had a ton of grinder marks on the inside and was obviously repaired, ( pictures available ) and bent, they wouldn't stand behind it as they said I took too long too call back, 3 weeks, well it took that long and an expensive road force balance to discover it, and they still won't stand behind it. Seems like that's thier story, read the reviews, stay away, they sound nice but after they get your $$$ forget it. I'm putting my trans action in dispute.
gave them perfectly working wheels, once i had there wheels on they told me all of my wheels were bad a beyond repair. and i had to pay them shipping to get them back . Bottom lone if you look them on on complaint websites this is their common pratice.

We do not nor have we ever painted wheels, and in our 10+ years of experience with tens of thousands of satisfied customers, it is very rare that the chroming process comes out with issues, but when it does, we fully warranty our chrome (http://www.lawheel.com/warranty.html) and are happy to help out. In your case, I believe you paid about $1, 000 for the black chrome, while the other charges included tires and the security deposit for our chrome exchange program (http://www.lawheel.com/exchangefaq.htm). After you contacted us originally, letting us know that you were dissatisfied with the look of your wheels, we offered to completely redo your wheels, center caps, and rebalance your tires at our loss.
