After having reserved the tickets in IInd Class, it has now become very difficult to travel, as 25% of the space is occupied by the Wait Listed passengers.
They are sleeiping in the passanges and wherever some space is available, and hence nobody can go to the bathroom or can move from the seat. Also heavy luggages are dumped by in front of the toilet and everywhere . Now the reserved compartment is more worse than a General Compartment. So, people who are having long journey cannot do anything, viz. cannot go to the bathroom, cannot take their food, cannot get down to some stations to purchase the necessary items and so on. No checking is there by TTR or by the Enforcement people. Now RAMA RAJYS is going on in the reserved compartments. Reserved compartments is only for name sake. People are suffering a lot and in fact the reserved passengers are cheated and given injustice by taking more money for reservation. The Wait Listed persons are enjoying the reservation facilities. Nobody to check or control this.

Anybody can take any amount of luggages in the Reserved Compartments without any fear.

This is happening all over India. Now I am talking about the trains running through Konkan Route to Kerala.

Also there is nobody to hear the grievances like Water in the Toilets, or any other grievances.

The travelling by the Reserved Compartments is the worst experience by the passengers. There is TTR but he is busy in getting bribe from the Wait Listed passengers for accommodating them.

The Railways are really doing injustice to the poor reserved passengers who cannot afford Ist Class Travel or A/C travel.

The Railways are getting the money and hence they are not at all concerned about the facility of the reserved compartments.

I know nothing is going to happen as nobody will hear the complaint. In a Democratic Country, the public grievances are heard and the Authorities will try to ameliorate the situation . But in India, Demoracy is in the Books, and the Authorities can do whatever way they want without any fear.
As a result we the poor people are suffering till our death.

I humbly request to the concerned authorities to take appropriate measures to stop this nuisence in the reserved compartments as the ladies, childeren and old people are suffering a lot when they travel as the Wait Listed Passengers and the unlimited parcels and luggages are making difficulties to them the maximum.

I am writing this complaint on behalf of those poor passengers who have and who are suffering in the Reserved compartments of IInd Class in the Train.

I shall be highly grateful to the authorities if something can be done to this effect at the earliest.
