Management of 900 biscayne bay
Lisbeth Bustin, the manager, is a mean, spiteful, vindictive witch. Her sole purpose in life is to make everyone around her miserable. She lives to harass people. In other building, managers serve the residents and treat the residents well. This woman mistreats the residents and does a total disservice to the residents. I do not understand why the owners and the board do not have her fired. I do not understand why this company does not fire her. This company does not know how to manage a building with million dollar units.

The most incompetent property manager and building management company you will ever meet. Andy Ashwal lies, employs delaying tactics, and will purposely block and delay your project to make a point. He has called unit owners (who pay hefty monthly maintenance fees) actors, liars, and cheaters just so he can go on his power trip when all residents want is to get what they are due.
There have been several complaints in our building about Andy Ashwal regarding his dirty schemes and unprofessionalism, ranging from blocking insurance complaints to stopping approved renovations to milk more money out of desperate residents who simply want their work completed.
KW Management employee turnover is high because the company is generally corrupt. Avoid this company and any building that uses it. Employ Andy Ashwal at your own risk and see your client base seethe in anger. Don't say you were not warned!
