Company has claimed to do repairs on numerous machines and claims to have replaced parts that were not replaced. One customer was sent a invoice for a $4000 part in which was never replaced. A different company was charged over $2000 to install 2 lights that retail for 30 dollars each if you bought them yourself and installed them. Bad business and a complete Fraud.

My understanding is KTR has assumed previous employee made this statement and had threatened to sue. I'm marking resolved to save him the legal trouble.
I have been using ktr machine for 7 years and I have not had one bad experience. Anytime I called with a problem it was immediately answered and I was either helped over the phone or he came in to fix the problem. They are a great honest reputable company and anyone that uses them knows it. I also bought a new fadal 8030 mill last year from them I had to choose between haas and fadal and one of my reasons with going with Fadal was because KTR service smokes haas service I don't have to wait 3 weeks to get my machine services unlike haas and I absolutley love the machine. If anyone would like to speak on validity of me being a customer of KTR for last 7 years let me know.
My Business has previously had issues with KTR Machine also for a similar situation. Hopefully the news will spread so we can put a stop to these thieves.
KTR Machine is the most professional company that I have had service my CNC Machines. I have worked with them for 8 years. This post is by an ex-employee that was fired after only 2 months due to him not performing his job duties. This employee was in my shop once and was very unprofessional. The owner has on numerous occasions helped me fix a problem over the phone with no charge, and has always provided me only what is needed to get the machine fixed. Take this complaint for what it is, an ex employee who cannot find other work trying to discredit a company that would not keep him.
Weird KTR was founded in 2009 but you claim they have serviced your machines for 8 years? To top of that lie the report was not filed by a ex-employee. Get your story straight and stop posing as a customer in a Attempt to cover you scams and fraudulent actions.
The owner, Russ, worked for Fives and Tornquist here in AZ since 2007 prior to starting his own business. I was introduced to him through Fives when they hired him from Colorado as their AZ service technician. They sent him out to work on my Fadal. So in fact the owner of KTR has worked on my machines for 8 years now. Most long time customers know the history of KTR Machine. Again, initial complaint is by an ex-employee.
