Krispy Kreme review: Cold donuts 1

I downloaded their "Hot Sign" alert on my computer for nothing. Went to go pick some up and found that the box they gave me was cold. You know you're getting hot and fresh donuts when the bottom of the box is nice and hot and when you reach in the box to get one the glaze is stuck to the bottom. Highly disappointed! The attitude of the employee that served me was poor. She was unfriendly and had a "I don't give a crap" attitude. How do you make delicious donuts if not with love? Their company needs to have their employees attend an "attitude adjustment" seminar.
