Bad service and rudeness from staff

I want to complain about how Witbank Kohlers Delta treats their clients. I have sent my car for its service, and told the service department that there is a screaming noice on my wheels/breaks. when I got my car back, the problem was not fixed, so I sent my car back again, still the problem was not fixed. Until date I have sent my car back four times and still the noice is not gone. They just tell me that 1. It is normal. 2. That make/model has that problem. 3. They did fix the problem. 4. They will have to see when they can make a plan to take my car and try and find out what is wrong. It is unacceptable! I don't even want to drive the car anymore, just because of the service I get from the people where I baught my car. On phoning the service department, the service manager is very rude, and I don't even want to deal with her anymore, as I feel that I am not being treated the way a customer should be treated, seeing that I am the unhappy one. I want this problem solved as soon as possible, as I am stuggeling with it now since March 2008.
