I want to complain about how Witbank Kohlers Delta treats their clients. I have sent my car for its service, and told the service department that there is a screaming noice on my wheels/breaks. when I got my car back, the problem was not fixed, so I sent my car back again, still the problem was not fixed. Until date I have sent my car back four times and still the noice is not gone. They just tell me that 1. It is normal. 2. That make/model has that problem. 3. They did fix the problem. 4. They will have to see when they can make a plan to take my car and try and find out what is wrong. It is unacceptable! I don't even want to drive the car anymore, just because of the service I get from the people where I baught my car. On phoning the service department, the service manager is very rude, and I don't even want to deal with her anymore, as I feel that I am not being treated the way a customer should be treated, seeing that I am the unhappy one. I want this problem solved as soon as possible, as I am stuggeling with it now since March 2008.

From my experience, anything associated with Kohler just means trouble. If a homeowner contacts them they're unresponsive and as a countertop/tile contractor who has now been stuck four times installing their products when something goes wrong I now tell clients they'll have to assume responsibility for costs and for finding another installer when there are delays. The local dealers I work with don't even like dealing with the Kohler company when there are problems. Don't get me wrong I WILL install their products if a homeowner insists, but only after they assume all responsibility. More often than not I'm able to pursuade home owners to switch when I hook them up with clients who've been through hell. Saves me time as well. Better luck.

Oops ..I attached this note to the wrong complaint. I was reading about other problems that I've encountered with Kohler sinks and other fixtures (the Kohler company in Wisconsin) and I wanted to comment on those. Somehow I drifted over to this unrelated complaint and attached my comment to it. Sorry.
