I have ordered Professional Color Management, 11"x14", Show entire image prints twice now within the last 6 weeks. Both times they have messed up by not showing entire print and also the color hasn't been good. Why do they have the option "show entire image" if they are not going to follow instructions. And why would you buy more for Professional Color Management if they have unskilled people doing the color correcting, if indeed they have anyone at all doing it. I have been very disappointed with their professional print service.

Same issure - I ordered 300 pictures (yes 300) and almost half of the pictures did not show the entire print. These were extremely important pictures. I need to know how to get a credit from Kodak Gallery, does anyone know how to go about that?
