The Kodak Easyshare 5300 is a piece of garbage. It has caused me endless problems and has been a complete waste of time for me. I bought into all the hype around it, "saving money", etc, and have wasted time I dont have to fix the stupid thing.

DO NOT BUY THIS LOW-QUALITY, TERRIBLY SUPPORTED PIECE OF HARDWARE. Learn from my bad experience. Its garbage.

I have wasted countless hours scanning photos and can't do anything with them. I can't even back them up on another drive or view a disc that they are on. The software works on occasion and will stop working during its use. The printer takes forever to start up. Kodak offers no support. This product is a waste of time and money.
