No help from customer service
I saw my friend using KoboBooks and I really loved it and decided to sign up. But there was a screen which said that they were not able to process the payment and I could not complete the registration process. I contacted KoboBooks customer service and was told that I need to contact my bank. My bank said that there was nothing wrong with my card and said that I need to discuss that with KoboBooks. Well in the end I did not get any help and they never did anything to resolve my case.
Can't read my books!
I decided to try KoboBooks and joined this service. After I completed the registration I received some promo codes. When I tried to open the reader it was not working and I received an error message. So I contacted customer service, explained the situation and they told me to download some app. I did as they said but it did not fix the problem, so I called them again and they said that there was nothing they could do. They promised to give me a refund, but three weeks already passed and still no money. Don't buy books from this company!
No support, problems with the delivery and communication
I ordered 12 books from the website www.kobobooks.com. The company is real rip off, ‘coz they overcharged me and provided only half of the order. I called to the customer services and asked about it. The rep excused and promised to fix everything, but it was real scam, ‘coz after that the problem wasn’t solved and the rep started to avoid me. The worst company ever, so avoid these ### and post comments about your experience with them.

Purchased ebook on website, could not get app to work with my tablet and was never able to download my ebook, have written numerous emails and called twice trying to get refund for a ebook that I could not download. Company reps say that they can't give refund unless ebook download is messed up, seems like not being able to download book is messed up, I am very disappointed in customer service and would not deal with this company again. I have been trying to get refund since 12/18/2011 and posted this review 01/21/2012 without any satisfaction on my issue.
