I went to stay at this motel with my girlfriend for the Neptune festival. We live in different states and met at this location. There is not enough parking for more than one car per room at this motel. They sent me to an overflow parking lot and made me pay an extra fee of $20.00 to park in it, .

When I went to leave the morning of checkout I found my car had been towed for not having a valid parking pass. Or at least that is what the towing company said. I was forced to pay a fee of $135.00 to get my car out of the impound lot. Plus the extra time it took to wash the mud off of the front hood and fenders. This episode ruined what was a until then a perfect weekend. Stay away from these ###s.

My daughter and I stayed at this Knights Inn Nov. 20, 2017 and left the 21st. When I called I was very specific on type of room I wanted and asked about AARP discount. I was told room was 50.00 and yes, they did give AARP discount. Upon arrival I was told since I needed 2 beds room was 60.00. I questioned them on that and they just said, well if you get 1 bed it is 50.00. I then got out my ARP card and went to hand it to lady and was told she did not need it. With the room total, dog fee, and taxes room cost a bit over 80. dollars. I asked if I got the discount and was told I had but, getting in to room and checking receipt we saw we did not get discount. Really needing this place to stay on such short notice we kept quiet but, I did leave message in room I was turning this into AARP. I have stayed at Knights Inn before and never had this happen before. I would like my discount I should have gotten returned to me.
