Store Manager "Ami G" is a dictator. She is far too demanading and speaks extremely rudely with all member of staff. She changes our schedule without asking us and demands that we come into work at 5am ad work until 7pm + whilst she goes home, so obviously does not care abpout her store turnover. It is an extremely unreasonable demand for those who have small children and for those who have medical conditions. And then she has the nerve to turn around and say that she was a nurse, which I really find hard to believe.
She doesn't know how to speak to her staff and will embarrass and speak rudely to staff infront of others which isn't acceptable.
There are a lot more people out there who will do a much better job as a store manager and bring about better results, so why not get rid of managers like these who don't appreciate the hard work that her staff does.
PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS AS THINGS ARE GETTING WORSE.
