Made purchase in Kmart and tried to enter sweepstakes for $2500 gift card, and there is no site! I was directed to Kmart in Australia!

I made a large purchase from Kmart on 09/07/08. I have made many attempts to access the website to do the survey for the $2500.00 gift card and there is no website, I have been navigated to may other pages. I have tried calling the store a couple times and no one answers. this is a shame, I thought Kmart was on its way back to being a decent store. How wrong am I?
