8 March 2008 purchased products from King of Swords. As of 8 Oct 2008 have received no murchandise - they have refused phone calls - refused to refund money. Have refused to cooperate. A criminal complaint has been filed with Georgia States Attorney Office. Their MO is always the same. Murchandise is held up in customs. Do not buy from this company

King of CRAP! I placed an order on July 20th, 2008 and as of October 23rd, 2008, I am still battling them for a refund. I was charged for my entire purchase and only received half of my order. i email them constantly, leave messages and never a response from them except for an email that confirmed the cancellation of the remainder of my order. No refund, No customer service, No LIVE person! This company should be burned to the ground! I am reporting them to the BBB and will try to contact a consumer advocate. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY OR THEIR SISTER COMPANIES EITHER! BUYER BEWARE!-
