Purchased a couch from King Hickory beginning April. Firstly they advised the sofa would be ready in 9-11 weeks. I only got my sofa around Thanksgiving! Then I only had the sofa for 4.5 months, where the back cushions kept slumping no matter how much I fluffed them up. This sofa was used only be me, and was not used daily. King Hickory Sofa and chair

We purchased a King Hickory sofa and chair from Baders Furniture in Shamokin PA. After 2 years the material is shredding. When we purchased the furniture the sales women told us what good quality King Hickory was. However, when we called Baders, it was like being on trial. We had to send pictures via email and then had to wait 2 weeks for the verdict. At that point we found out they would correct the problem, BUT we would have to pay for the correction. When we contacted King Hickory we were told they do not deal with the customer only with the dealer. VERY POOR customer service from both Baders and King Hickory. This furniture is not used hard. It is myself and my husband. No children or animals. I would not recommend purchasing anything from Baders, they do not stand behind what they sell and I would not buy King Hickory products again.

I bought a King Hickory couch and the material began to unravel in 2 months and it really had not been sat on. I bought it from Room to Room in Tupelo,MS. They are not being very cooperative. It has been about 6 weeks and am still waiting on sending the casing back so they can test the material. They are only sending one new casing and all three cushions are beginning to unravel. This couch was listed at almost $8000. I paid less than that but for a brand new sofa I am shocked.
