| Apparently, they claim, the "FREE" is only for 14 days. After that, the "FREE" costs you $80 for a $5 bottle of useless pills. This sounds like bait and switch advertising to me, and it is illegal in every state. |

| I AM ANGRY ! I have been Overcharged myself. I was suppose to be charged for shipping of 1.99 and i am OVER DRAFTED now. I have charges that i cannot pay. My bank account is RUINED by this company. People do not fall into this TRAP !!! This order which was suppose to be a FREE TRIAL OFFER !!! I was just suppose to pay ! 1.99 for the shipping. | I got charged 85 dollars TWICE for a 2.99 trial offer. I am so angry tonight... has anyone cleared this up with the company? I can't contact them until Monday. I am hoping they will refund my money! I am worried now that they will continue to charge my acct. My bank is saying in order to stop payments, I have to cancel my debit card and get a new one! |

| well, i see im not the only one here. same deal. ordered free sample and just pay s&h. charged my account 80.00 cant find a website to any of this particular product. but then again, how can i be so trusting to think this is actually a good thing. I am very very angry. if anyone finds some info, please post !! in the meantime, all i can do is stop payment on anymore charges. |

In the terms and conditions it clearly states that you have 14 days to call and say you don't like the product. If you call that's it, you got a free bottle of pills. It's that easy. Obviously, you didn't read before you checked the terms "accept" box. All you had to do was call within 14 days.
This is actually a great deal. You can try our products for free. Just call our toll free number within 14 days if you don't like it. |

| No, Kinetic Support, this is not a great deal. $89 for a bottle of colon cleanse would never be considered a deal. I was also scammed by this company. I'm sure there was fine print somewhere that I didn't see where I "agreed" to something I didn't know I was agreeing to. While what Kinetic Promotions is doing may be legal, it's certainly unethical. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND THIS PRODUCT!!! |

| THis company is a FRAUD!!! My son ordered this product (Lean Muscle X) and was mysteriously charged for this AND Colon Clense Xtreme (he did NOT order this). Shipment came with no contact number or paperwork...the ONLY way to stop is to cancel your debit card. I talked to their "customer support" and was told they could ONLY speak to my 14 year old son!! I have spoken with the Attorney General's office in our state and they want all information...bank charges, contact information, etc. Maybe they can do something about this ripoff company. |

1) i dont have $80 of credit for them to charge (college student =D)
2) my wallet and credit card was actually stolen (and reported after) as i went to the club to party.
good luck charging me 80 dollars! talk about bad luck eh?

I'm with you guys, My 16 yr old son and his friend ordered on my card. The kre alkalyn and the lean muscle x. I only found out by my email getting order confirmations.(dumb kids.)This was a Friday night. I called kre alkalyn Monday to cancel. They said it would be cancelled but 1 bottle was already on the way. I was 2 be sent a email to send it back with a rma #. Never got a email. Meanwhile a few days later I get a bottle of lean muscle X in the mail(8 days after order date). I call immediately about this and what about this RMA# Email I was to get. I get a Address and RMA# over the phone and am told i will receive a Email also. I mention the other bottle just sent to me (lean muscle X) and they say it is from a entirly different company than theirs. I still havnt had a Email Sent.
I got with Kre Alkalyn with this # 1-888-388-5288 tell them you want the Address and RMA# right there over the phone. don't fall for the Email B.S..
Now I gotta get this Lean Muscle X Straight. This being multiple companies is making this difficult.

| I am angry, also. I ordered a "free bottle" only to find out that I had "signed up" for the 14 day "free" trial. Since I did not know that I had signed up for a "free" trial, I did not cancel the "free" trial within the 14-day trial period. Thus, $84.71 was deducted from my checking account. But that's not the worse of it. When I found the debit, I called 877-254-0856 and found out about the "free" trial that I did not know about and did not cancel. The person that answered the phone said she cancelled the subscription and said my account would not be debited again. Then, she asked if I WOULD RECOMMEND THEIR WEB SITE TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY!! Of all the nerve!! This is a scam!! I intend to contact the Better Business Bureau!! |

This company is a complete scam. I was charged 97.00 CAD. When i called, they apparently will continue to charge your account by that amount for the MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION unless you cancel.
BE FORWARNED THIS IS A COMPLETE SHAM. Post this on as many sites as you can. |

| I just ordered this product, called them about how much I would be charged... they said the trail period is only 14 Days (the extended mine to a month for free) and they are only going to bill me $47 after one month if I don't call and cancel the product. They gave me a specific date to call back if I wish to cancel. Already set up a reminder on my calendar and my phone. You impulse buyers need to do your research before you buy. These things are always "scams"... Figure things out like I just did and the process is fine... stupid, but fine. |

Somebody will pipe up and say I payed tons off money for my pills . I read the agreement they were so cool to me. Buahh ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha . I bought the Lean Muscle X, Kre Alkalyn, Beta Alanine, Colon Cleanse Extreme Rip off. I am so happy I spent 300 dollars on this stuff NOT.. DON'T GET CONFUSED NOW THATS i AM NOT HAPPY WITH THIS PRODUCT... See how easy it is to put junk in fine print.
Heres how this ticket works it may take a month for the little bottle of pills each at the price of gold. There is absolutely no chance to try these in the time alloted. If you stay on hold for an hour for four different phone numbers to tell them that inside of ten days or 14 days. The odds are against you from day one.
Do not try these they are junk! All they want is your money. Thats it plain and simple.
The Lean Muscle X, and Beta Alanine gave me a Migraine for two days . Theres nothing but caffeine in it drink a pot of dark coffee save your money. I am on a good diet slow and fast carbs etc. save your money guys don't buy it... |

| I will be at the Bank tomorrow to dispute this. Theres now way I am going to let these companies get away with this crap. When I read my fine print it said 30 days to see what the malfunction was . [ thats try it]. That fine print was bait and switched it is immoral. |

Has anyone else went to the bank to dispute this? They are asking me to fill out an affidative against the company, though the is a fraudulent charge.

| I so wish I had found these complaints before I got myself scammed by this company. Same as most of you: Ordered the "free trial" and was charged 84.00. called the company to ask for a credit to my account and was told not gonna happen. Wonder what agency we can complain to that might be able to shut them down. |
