KFC uncooked chicken fillet burger

My girlfriend ordered a chicken fillet burger, when we sat down to eat she spat the chicken out and looked and was pink raw inside also inside the burger no white meat full on pink. Very dangerous an unsafe or hygienic to be eaten. Absolute disgrace so lucky she seen it as she could of been seriously ill for weeks. I never complain to anything in life an usually get on with things but this was to far. The kfc worker didn't care and did not take the matter seriously an just refunded the money. How many more people is this happening to? I have a picture of proof to.

KFC chicken & mash potato

I stop after a long drive to eat at this KFC expecting to enjoy KFC's usual high standard food. Only to be faced with chicken that tasted as if it had been cooked in offffff oil and sat for several hours. The mash Potato was hard and the gravey you could cut with a knife. To say i was disapointed would be a grave understatement.

KFC poor quality and poor service

To whom it may concern:

I have multiple issues with your location; we eat there twice a week because its close to work. Your pieces are very small and service there is extremely poor! We eat at the food bar: examples of dissatisfaction are:
no chicken, no coleslaw, no biscuits, no lids for small and med. sodas, the floors are filthy. When the staff has asked for refills at the food bar they bring 5 pieces at a time. I am extremely disappointed with the product and services that we received at this location! There has been new ownership in the past few months and it shows. Someone better be checking on this since they are using your name to sell and inferior product.

KFC poor customer service

The kind of service we receive from KFC employees makes you think they are doing you a favour when they serve you as a customer.
I was at KFC Durban CBD on West Street. Upon entering the store there was no queue but I waited thinking that one of the employees would indicate to me that I could proceed and place my order. However this was not forthcoming I then proceeded to one Ncamsile who just stood in front of me chatting with another employee.
After about two(2) minutes I enquired from her whether they were working her response was full of attitude stating that I should have waited on the until someone called me by saying"next" mind you I waited first before I could proceed to her.
Another employee whose name I could not see in that she was not wearing her name badge offered to help me I enquired from her whether that was the kind of service usually to expect at that particular KFC. I asked this because I have been to many KFCs but have never encountered such an unfortunate situation.
Her response was not any better from Ncamsile's. In the end I decided to leave immediately without making a purchase in that it was clear I was not going to enjoy my meal as I was infuriated.
In the circumstances the service was downright disgusting and you don't expect employees who serve people to have such pride and attitude.

KFC sprinkle pops

Kentucky in Bethal on the corner of Moses Kotane and Du Plooy street are always out of stock...It is suppose to be a drive htrough but we must always go into town to the other KFC...Sindile is the Manager of the KFC drive through and I complained to her whereby she replied that there is no Sprinkles for the pops in the country...When I drive to the other KFC the did not have a problem in ordering sprinkles and they do have all the products in stock.

This is unacceptable and I would like for the owner of the KFC to contact me.

KFC expired drinks, burned food

We are regular customers of KFC restaurants. Today 7/2/2016 I visited Engomi, Nicosia KFC restaurant with my 9 year old daughter. We ordered 3 grilled chicken meals for take away. After about 25-30 minutes we got served and went home (5 minutes drive) to eat with my other daughter. I had a pepsi max and the kids 2 juices. We opened our lanch and we discovered that 30% of the chicken was burned (BLACK), so we removed it and threw it away. I opened my pepsi max and started drinking, but the taste was very awkward. I looked at the bottom of the tin and found out that it had EXPIRED FROM 15/11/2015 ! Indeed it was a terrible experience. KFC poor service/poor food

On 02/01/2016 my husband went to store #4563 in Sevierville, TN at 5:45 p.m. to get a 20 piece meal with extra large coleslaw and a large chicken livers to bring home. Upon arriving home we noticed they left out the slaw. I tried calling 4 times and each time it sounded like someone picked up the phone and hung up. Finally on the 5th try I spoke with someone who informed me who the manager was and he was not available. So I just told them I would come in, as I had my receipt. I went back in within 2 hours of original purchase to speak with the manager "Rick". I state to him that not only was our coleslaw left off the order but our chicken livers were so hard we couldn't eat them. He informed me that we weren't charged for the chicken livers, which I wasn't aware of, but made no effort to correct the issue. He was rude and acted as if he could care less if we were dissatisfied. We spent $54.50 on this meal and eat at this location at least once a month. We will not be back.

KFC unhappy service due to poor products

On the 3rd January 2016, I purchased a one piece mash and gravy from this store's drive thru. I placed it on the front passenger seat, heading back home. When I reached home, I lifted the bag to take it out and surprisingly the bag tore underneath and all the hot mash and gravy fell on my bakkie seat and on my console were my sell phone was. I then proceeded to the store to complain about this, because this happened the 2nd time in 1 week. When I reached the store, I spoke to the manager named Kevin and he came to my bakkie and had a look at the mess it was in. He then asked a staff to clean up the vehicle, I also told him that my cell phone also got messed up and if it is damaged then I am going to hold them responsible. After the staff cleaned the mess, she didn't do a good job either.
When I reached home, I found that my phone was damaged, so I called Kevin again and he then asked his area manager to call me. The area manager, named Pradeep called me and when I explained him the situation, he did not actually be off any help. I then contacted the kfc hotline and spoke to a lady by the name of Amanda. She promised to come back to me, regretfully no one came back to me. I then sent my phone to Samsung for repairs and it costs me almost R1800.00 to repair it. The next day I called the hotline number again, I then spoke to a guy by the name of Lawrence, he referred me to his manager, and I had to explain this manager the story all over again. He then promised me that he will contact me later, but he never got back to me. The next day I received a message on my wife's phone saying that the case is closed and the problem was sorted out with the store. I was furious and upset with this, so my next step is now to take it further. I would like someone to advise me as what to do next. Bradley [protected]

KFC manager service complaint

Employee at register - Grace, was polite and professional and did her best to finalise my order. This feedback and dissatisfaction is 100% related to the manager on duty-Emma. Grace advised me there would be an 8 minute wait on zinger fillets after I had ordered and paid. I confirmed as I had already paid that this was okay. The drive through was not full and there were only 3 customers in line. 16 minutes later I approached the counter to confirm if my order was ready and Grace advised me it was not ready yet. I asked if it was possible to have just one chips upgraded from small to large (not a drink upgrade or anything else in my order, just one chips) to compensate for the extra delay. Grace advised she would check with her manager and came back and said her manager said no. I confirmed that as I was still waiting for my order I felt that this was not much to ask. Grace agreed and confirmed she would ask again. I (and other customers) saw Grace talk to the manager (softly and politely) as she was in line of sight and the response that the manager Emma had was completely unwarranted, unacceptable and unprofessional. She yelled loudly and angrily stared at Grace and stated "Fine just do it!" Emma then threw down the utensils in her hand, slammed down the chips she was serving onto the floor and continued to slam things around carelessly and angrily ( I stayed inside for about 15mins to eat my food) and she was still in an aggressive state when I left. Just before I left I went to the counter to speak to Grace (who was visibly shaken and upset) I told Grace that I apologise for her managers behaviour and that she did not deserve the tirade of abuse from Emma for just relaying a message and doing her job. I thanked Grace for her professional service and advised to please not feel upset as nothing was her fault. Grace could barely speak and her voice was shaky. Grace tried to make excuses for her manager and said that its okay and she's always like that when we get a bit busy. I advised Grace that she is the manager, needs to be professional and that it is not a valid excuse for abusive behaviour. Grace nodded her head and said thank you for cheering her up. I reassured Gracie that I appreciated her good service then I left. I have been to my local KFC many times and it is not the first time I have witnessed Emma treat staff and even customers disrespectfully, inappropriately, fail under pressure, and not lead her young impressionable staff by example. She is unapproachable, makes a number of rude condescending remarks and facial gestures. This is the first time in all the years I have ever given feedback on anyone at KFC but I went to the effort of writing this as I truly feel concerned for the wellbeing of staff under Emma. Perhaps she needs some time off if she has stressful life circumstances affecting her ability to be respectful and civilised. I truly believe that her behaviour is borderline reportable to the Police. I do not want any compensation or anything at all from this. I genuinely would only like to see staff treated like human beings. Thank you for your time and consideration in reading this. Date of Incident: 25/01/2016. KFC Greenslopes.

observed when i opened the bowl at home that the guacomole was not of paste consistency but was runny. Being hungry i ate the entire bowl. Within about 10hours i had bloating and stomach cramps with diareha and vomiting .
This not a very nice way to wake up in the morning.
This is the second time tha i have had a bad experience with this item

KFC grilled chicken

I remember when grilled first came out at KFC, it was delicious. Since then it has steadily gone down hill. Yesterday evening I went to the KFC on 120th Avenue in Broomfield, CO. I ordered the 8 Piece dinner, grilled, in the drive through. I was told they had exactly 8 pieces left. What I got was some of the puniest legs, wings, and thighs you can imagine. No white meat at all. The chicken I did get was overcooked, dry and probably had been sitting there all day. I may have dropped it, but this is not the first time. I was their several weeks ago, and go a 3 piece grilled, and the leg and wing looked like it was from a Cornish hen. Looking forward to El Pollo Loco to move into the area. Brian J. El Pollo Loco? You must be a malto millionaire or are getting a few hundred a month on your EBT. Mondo expensivo! I quit that place. $1.50 for each piece of chicken (Cornish hen size no less?). No way Jose.

KFC entire experience

01/09/16 1:03pm west view pa location. Went thru drive thru and order Family meal which bill was $23.32. I had 10 $1.00 gift certificate. Girl at window did not know what to do with them. Another rep came over and took about 5/10 min and said ok figured it out and your bill is $13.32. I paid and left, on the way home the gravy lid was not on and spilt all over my car. Came home and cleaned that up. Went in the house to eat. And they only gave me 7 pieces of chicken instead of 8. Call spoke with Maureen she said next time I come in she will give me 2 pieces of chicken. I had my husband check our bank account to make sure they billed me $13.32. Which he said that is what the account shows. Thank today 01/13/16 my husband calls me and said KFC put a charge on the account for an additional $10.00. How and why they did that I have no idea. This whole experience has been a nightmare. So obvious your employee did not know what they were doing and billed me back the $10.00 gift certificates I gave them. I called your customer complaint department and spoke with a Jay. He did apologize numerous time and offered me some type of coupon which I have no idea what it is. I asked him about my $10.00 he said he would send a complaint but had no idea on when someone would get back to me or how this would be resolved. I am EXTREMELY agitated with the whole experience and mess. I want to know how you can bill my banking account 3 days later a $10.00 charge without my authorization and also why they did when I had that amount in gift certificates? I would appreciate a response to my questions and also how they can go on my account 3 days later and I WANT MY $10.00 BACK...

KFC kfc commercials

Anyone living in the U.S., or possibly elsewhere, too, have seen the latest KFC TV commercials. The guy portraying Colonel Sanders is absolutely NOTHING like the real (deceased) Colonel Sanders. He doesn't look like him, talk like him, sound like him, nor have the personality like him. Literally everyone I have mentioned their commercials to hate these commercials. Being originally from Kentucky, I especially think they're awful. And not only is the current 'Colonel' totally miscast, but he's actually terribly irritating. We never listen to them anymore, choosing instead to record shows and FF through these, Progressive Insurance, and a few other commercials. Pleeaase get rid of these.

Three actors, three tries at reviving Col. Sanders.

New idea: get a non-celebrity who somewhat resembles the Colonel. Give him word copy that is not dumbed-down to Millenials level. Make him friendly, home-spun and sincere as the real Colonel Sanders. Then, go out and buy a roasted chicken at your supermarket or del. That fried stuff will kill ya...LOL!

KFC received incomplete order

Dear Sir/ Madam I am writing to complain about my incomplete order that was taken on Saturday 2 January 2016 at 6:02pm, my order number was 5143. I received it and when I got home, too my dismay I found 1o pieces in a bucket (that was suppose to be a 14 piece bucket). KFC not receiving food ordered

We just visited store 443 and went through the drive thru. We ordered and paid for 3 of the big boxes. We encountered attitude from the manager because we wanted to pay part cash and part debit card and the employee running the drive through didn't know how to do it... After getting home we realized that we only received the $5 fill up boxes instead of the big boxes we paid for. Perhaps the manager should put as much effort into getting the order right as she does throwing a tantrum over how people choose to pay.

KFC delivery, hotline food quality, price

I ordered meals from kfc delivery hotline, I understand they probably take 60-90 minutes to reach. So hotline staff said estimated time is 1959, but the time of arrival is 2035. Hotline staff told me that the bill roughly 160hkd, but when the bill arrives it became 211hkd.We have only 4pieces of chickens, 2regular mashed potato, 2corns, 1pepsi, 2 mushroom rice.Can be seen from the documents I said will pay 200hkd so prepare the change. After they explained that because hotline staff forgot to add price of a mushroom rice, then why you never call me back to tell the mistake? The next thing, have a look on the meal, chicken's color, quality, is simply fast moldy! It was the first time I saw the corn is not yellow color but mostly grey. Except the rice you can eat, the 211hkd kfc experience is just a nightmare. I requested for some chili sauce, i didn't saw it. Fine, it doesn't matter.But fork and spoon also did not provide. I swear that I will not eat kfc in Hong Kong anymore.

KFC no chicken

We have gone to this KFC in Puyallup Washington on Main Street several times. About 4 times they have been out of Chicken! Excuse me your a Chicken place. So tonight 12/12/15 My husband and grandkids wanted KFC so I said ok and decide to go thinking all the way there they will have Chicken, guess what no Chicken cooked. I didn't want to disappoint them so I waited around 25 minutes for my order to get done. Yes I ordered a 12 piece with the potatoes, gravy, Cole slaw, biscuits, and it came with a lemon cake. So to treat my grandkids I ordered a dozen chocolate chip cookies also. Trying to just hurry and get home to feed the family thinking they would do me right. Believe it or not I get home and No lemon Cake and No Chocolate Chip Cookies! Really! So I called and I said I'm the lady that was just in there and waited 20-25 minutes for my Chicken she said oh yes like we were going to chat! I said I got all the way home and I'm missing my grandkids dessert there is no lemon cake or cookies, she said oh well you can come back and get them we will make it good. I can take your name if you can't make it tonight and just come in anytime and pick it up. She gets back on the phone and say the manager say we can do that either you come in tonight or we send you a coupon for the cake and cookies. By than I'm frustrated and just said I wasn't sure what I was going to do it was getting late by than. She said if your not going to make it call back and I will take your name and address and send the coupon out. So yes I called back and they claim they are sending one out for the desserts. I'm not much of a complainers but tonight kinda upset me. The no Chicken AGAIN and having to wait for 20-25 minutes and than getting home and the orders is not all there. Stupid me though it's not the first time our order has been messed up I should know better than to leave without checking it before I leave! So I guess I wait for a coupon for a cake, maybe if they were sending me one for chicken to go with it and had the chicken it might be worth my time to drive back in there again. My family loves KFC and it's the closest one to us. Not saying I will never go back but I might call ahead of time to see if they have Chicken. Thanks for Listening.

KFC no products available

My wife went to the KFC on N. Main St, Las Cruces, New Mexico at approximately 6:30 PM Monday, the 7th of December. Tried to order some fried chicken and was told they did not have the products we desired and that she would have to wait. There have been numerous times we have tried to patronize this establishment, only to be turned away for lack of products. The attitude of the staff appeared to be un-concerned and blamed the time of day for this issue. My wife tried to advise them to anticipate peak hours and was told to go to another store. My wife also commented on the appearance of the staff and lack of pride in appearance. Management should investigate and make changes in the appearance and operation of this facility.

This has happened 5 times i order 4 pot pies they 2 i order 2 they have one i bregg how good your pot pies are i have company from out of town i order 6 they have 3 this is very frustrating after i bregg about your place guess i have too look around for another place that sales pot pies i am sure theres some around here

KFC bad service

hi there i am really disappointed at the kfc in phoenix northern drive. on the 29.11.2015 i went in to the store am ordered a family meal when i got home there were so many items missing from my order & i had no transport to go back there to sort it out i called in the customer services & the call got cut kfc is going from bad to worse spending so much money on there meals & it is worthless

every time i buy something from kfc i need to go and stand again in the line to get all the things they didnt put in the bag, it is starting to get normal for me that theyy just dont listen to what you order, and then you get the old chips that you can see is a week old and the burger is also old mcdonalds is starting to give better service and there food is fresher.
