blood in chicken
Today the 17th January 2014 at 20:56 hours Perth time, My family which included my partner and 6 year old son decided to have dinner at the KFC in Tuart hill near Wiluna street in Perth, Australia. We had ordered a Street Fast combo which cost us $19.95 AUD and consisted of chicken breast, wings, chicken legs, nuggets and chips. While we were eating the chicken breast we noticed blood was oozing out from the inner part of the chicken.
I had informed the KFC cashier and showed her the blood, the cashier immediately informed the Manager whose name is AJAN. The Manager AJAN refused to accept seeing the oozing blood and only accepted when he seen a customer walking in. The Manager was very rude and had no customer skills. The KFC in Perth has already been charged of hiring children labour. I will never recommend people ever eating KFC chicken as their staff are not well trained and they hire mostly students.
Shamefully at the time I did not have my mobile with me, But I do have the receipt of the meal with the date and time.

bad services from the worker
I'm zati from muar johor.on 8 january around 8.30 p.m I go to the 24 hours kfc at jalan salleh muar in front of Astaka market.this is not first time happen to me.That time the worker take my order is a girl and I can't remember her name.She take my order fast without repeat my order and no smile .I order Hot box for take away, but I didn't got what I order.It's different from what I have order!I realise when I reached at my home.

about your coupons
I have recieved coupons in the mail on Jan. 03/2014 & I went to KFC in Tantallon to put in an order & passed her a coupon & she told me it wasn't any good cause it had expired in Oct.6/2013 & I told her that I had just recieveds them in the mail that day.. She didn't believe me, This is very poor business & she was very rude to me, I guess that I will no longer be a customer at KFC in the furture, this is very poor business, I have checked with some of my neighbours & they have recieved the same coupons, this is fraud as far as i'm concered. & i'm very upset about this why would they send out coupons that have expired, I don't understand this at all

This fast food have very bad customer service, i have ask politely, but the counter 3 person name AZLINA giving me a VERY RUDE RESPOND! That worker need to be educate some manners dealing with customer. If she doesnt have good attitude to assist customer better she quit the job. Thank you.

I go to kfc all the time I dont do any drinks as I carnt have coke so I get a gravy instead every one I have been to have giving me gravy but I went to the newark one in novenmber of last year and they refused when I said I get it from the other stores they give me bad attiude if you are working in the retail you need to be nicer to the customer I will not go into the newark one again

Get 1 pack of cookies free + your party meal and you receive your ordered in 45 minutes .then I ordered.i call them after 1.30 1 hour 30 minutes they told with in 5 minutes driver will be there and also misbehave that if u want to cancel your order I can cancel it .received my order at 12 .27.am after 2 hour 3 minutes .missing of cookies I again I call them they say cookies is finish today we will send u tomorrow .till know I didn't get cookies. They don't know how to talk with customer very very bad experience with them.still original recept with me

unprofessional
I went in today to get a late lunch and when I came in everything seemed normal but once I got ready to order my food the young lady was very ugly and unprofessional. Its not my problem if you didn't not pay any attention to what my order was and then she never repeated it back to me. Then the manager never came out of the office just looked at me through the glass window. Another girl came over being ugly also returned to difference in the amounts. I came to sit down to in joy my lunch and you can hear KFC ( all of them) employees including the store manager talking about me and saying that it is all my fault and I knew what I was doing and I that I was to just being an ###. This is very unprofessional, once one of realized I was still here she told the other ones to be quiet because I was still here and I could here them. If you don't want your job and you don't want to be there go home. KFC needs to hire a staff that cares about their customers. But this is not the first time our town has had problems with this staff and manager. When you go on an hour before closing and that tell you they are out of this and this and your like what the hell. I really wish someone would take care of this.

very bad service
ordered a 1 piece breast with macaroni & cheese, potato wedges and a beverage. received a two piece dark with coleslaw, no biscuit wedges or drink. or utensils. returned it and received a breast with coleslaw again, no biscuit, wedges, utensils again. returned this again. got home and had received a breast with macaroni & cheese, a half filled container of small hard cold wedges. macaroni & cheese that was dry and watery on the bottom of the container and no biscuit or utensils, server was very slow and seamed disoriented

raw uncooked chicken
On Aug 27 2013, my son drove through KFC's drive through. He ordered 20 hot wings.
They didn't have enough for the order, so they had to cook more. He waited around or about 15 mins, before he received the order. After, returning home, everyone ate and I was the last one to eat. But, when I bit into that drummet, it made me sick to my stomach. It was bloody uncooked chicken. Before noticing the blood, I had consumed the part that I bit...How gross!

Why did they come back if the quality wasn't going to be the same?
Texture, taste, size, packaging; it's all bad and the frosting has sort of a gray tinge to it. Ding Dongs: The cake is dry and the flavor is not there, there is not enough filling but it's also a bad taste anyway. The size is smaller and they look more like the quick bread rolls that come in a tube after they have been cooked. What happened to the thick hockey puck shape they used to be? What happened to the snap of the chocolate coating when you bite into it and then blissful moist cake underneath with creamy, yummy filling? What happened to the foil wrappers? Twinkies: I can admit I'm not a real twinkie fan but it seems twinkies are the same as the ding dongs. My kids commented when I surprised them with twinkies in their lunch. When hostess was gone I bought one set of knockoff and stopped. My kids didn't like them. Their comment was "wish the good one's were still around. Nobody can make them the same."
Get it together Hostess! I wrote a review to the company website and said the same thing. These are nowhere close to what they were before and their looking toward a 2nd bankruptcy if they keep the product the way it is.
Which is why i'm a vegetarian. I don't have to worry about bloody murdered animals not fully cooked on my plate.
You want good chicken? Go to Church's in Roseville MI. It's worth the drive. No...I don't work there or own the place. They just do good chicken; like the Church's in San Antonio used to do when I lived there (which at least used to be, headquarters). There are a lot of other places you go for chicken wings, which are a different issue altogether.

I was at the mall and went to order a 3 piece chicken meal.There was only 2 pieces left and the young boy told me it would be 20 minutes for the next piece to be cooked.I took my 2 wings and said I would wait for the other piece.When I went back the boy was horrified that it hadn't even been started.When I asked for the popcorn chicken.he said they were waiting for a shipment and it would be about 2 hours.My experience there at the Richmond Mall was just madness.

wrong food, over charged, poor quality and service
ordered via drive thru. got to window, did not have items I ordered and offered equivalent replacement items. No reciept, no price difference, I got some sort of snack meal with NOTHING that I ordered and it still cost the same as what I ordered. So I was screwed! I have been shorted chicken by them in the past, but never complained. I will never, ever go there again and I will make sure I warn everyone I know about my experience with this KFC Location

I was waiting in line to order the two female workers were talking spanish to them. The cashier Deya asked if she could help within that time the last customer was talking to another female worker in spanish then Deya ignores me and speaks to the ladyin spanish without excusing self and when comes back to take my order i commented to her i thought that it was rude of her and she got snottyer yet when i asked to talk to manager i recieved phone #. by then husband fed up with it all and wanted to leave and we did and will not go there ever again. Funny how managers won't take the time for customers anymore when they have become friends with employees.

Last night around 10.30pm i'm going to this restaurant to buy 3 sets of snack plate. I, m about to dine in, but the lady (manager i guest) said, we can't dine in because they. About to closing, at that time i understand than she make my order to take away. But then a group of philipino came then the staff allowed them to dine in. i was unsatisfied, then i ask why i cant dine in while them (the philipino) can? Then she said, u can dine in but only outside (smoking area) then i ask for plate, but she dont allowed me to have the plate, she said they cant give the plate, i ask how do i eat? She said in the take away box.. What the hell? Then i ask for paper plate or chezzdy wedges box, she refuse to give me. . Until i ask for plate with some rude, so they give it me

bad service not honoring coupons
On this past sunday I printed an internet coupon for kfc for an 8 pc meal for 15.00. This to me is way out of sight for a chicken meal,.., but I was in the mood to splurge. Upon arriving at kfc, I was forced to wait about 10 min since no one was at the register in greeneville, tn. Oh yes, there were people around but they had better things to do than wait on customers. Finally when someone showed up to take my order, I was told they couldn't accept the coupon because the 8 pc meal was on sale for 18.99!. Can I least see the gun before you try to rob me? Needless to say, I told them what they could do with their over-priced 'meal' and left. I will never go back! I urge all others that consider wasting their money at kfc do the same.

worst service ever
Was at the KFC on Innes Road last night and received horrible service. There were already 20 people waiting when I arrived at 6:00PM and already people were complaining about how long they had waited. More than one customer yelled at the staff who seemed completely indifferent. I've never seen worst customer service in my life and was surprised at how agitated every customer was at 1)having to wait over half an hour for a simple order and 2)having that order screwed up. It was acutally quite comical listening to everybody complaining that they would never come back to this location again. Some (like me) mentioned that the this is why they stopped coming to this location in the first place. I understand that it can't be as quick as Macdonald's but 45 minutes is ridiculous and on top of everything else they forgot the gravy I ordered and wanted me to pay extra for it. The staff didn't seem phased that 20 people were so upset yelling at the counter clerk, and swearing.

I am complaining now as I was angered by food theft tonight and recalled a similar instance 3 months ago when I was visiting Sri Lanka with a Canadian friend. My friend Greg Trevor and my family went to KFC at Colombo 3 Galle Road in the afternoon. Greg ordered and paid for a bucket of regular KFC chicken. As we had been away from North America awhile he was licking his lips in anticipation. He was given some other chicken, cooked with spice and looking a local dish and much less in volume. He complained but the manager walked away. Another customer complaining in the queue complained about her fries and ketchup. The manager ignored her too. The woman dropped her food and ketchup (in a bottle) and stormed off. Greg pointed out to the Manager that he should clean the floor. The Manager walked off, familiar behaviour by the employees of Food City local chain. Just to show him, Greg took up the clothes and mop from a side and cleaned the mess. He told the employees who were watching open mouthed that this was how we behave in CANADA. I hope that KFC International can get a partner in Sri Lanka who has Canadian manners!

I was just very rudely spoken to by the GM of KFC because I was given all cold food and complained about it and I have worked in a very upscale restaurant for years and know that no manager is to speak to any guest in that manner and I am so upset about it now that I will never go to that establishment again in my life. He basically told me that I was wrong my food was not cold and that he cooked it himself and knows it was hot and I have eaten at KFC for years and never once have had a complaint ever and I am from MN and our KFC there is absolutely amazing and here they are not great at all

pay and no work
I have been working at a kfc and I do part time but my manager has been paying me late on a few occasions and a few others and also recently to be told I have no hours this week or next week what does this mean does this mean I am not going to have my normal part time hours again or because the company are trying to save money well I'm not going to sit around and wait for the company to pick up as I have a life style and can't be living on thin air .
