KFC product

We bought the Milky Bar Kreamball and just had a sour taste, not sure whether it was the Ice Cream and Chocolate.

Just the lack of showing an interest from the staff with unsatisfactory Product.

Been sick /nausea/vomiting since eating ice - cream .

We've taking our the product back and our money was refunded.

Please check your products before serving to customers

KFC raw chicken and unhygienic conditions

On the 13 May 2016 i purchased a bucket of hot wings to the value of R182.00. The wings were mixed with old stock and the fresh ones were raw inside and still had blood oozing out of it. I called the "Faizal " that is in charge of the store and he did nothing about it. He was just very abusive and refused to help. I requested a full refund and i am still waiting. This is not the first time that this has happened and i have now complained many times to him and he does absolutely nothing to help. What's KFC coming too? KFC needs to realise that we pay for this food and they do not give it to us for free! I want my money back, immediately

KFC customer service

1405 capital Ave en battle creek Michigan location.49017 . July 30 2016 .Went in kfc ordered there new special I saw on tv.like a 8 piece bucket of chicken and large side for around 20 dollars .I ordered it, then paid for it .Afterwards was told they are out of breast so they will replace with thighs .I had ordered popcorn chicken also .and was told there out of that also .a lady in back replied were out of most chicken cause we close at 10 pm .I looked at my cell phone and replied its 8:40.so I was told they'll give me chicken strips instead of the popcorn chicken .so I finally received my food which by the way was not anything I wanted .I looked in bucket and there was four legs and four thighs .I replied legs don't replace breast ma'am .she then told me it was best she could do .so after all this I finally requested to speak to a manager .She replied there is none .I asked who is in charge, she replied she is .so I kindly asked for my money back, and she replied FINE in a loud voice .so I got my money back then she had the nerve after NO CUSTOMER SERVICE to request I fill out a form for her owner so he knows she gave me my money back and didn't steal it ..I turned around and walked out .Just no id never visit that location again, and advise others to stay clear !

KFC non-job related/unauthorized/unethical behavior

On June 13, 2016 Monday afternoon approximately 2:55PM-3:00PM after I
entered inside the lobby and sat at a table inside Kentucky Fried Chicken
located at 1260 Memorial Drive Chicopee, MA 01020. Facing south sitting with my back to the north wall, sudden, a Caucasian female dressed in all black shirt and trousers rushed through the north entrance door behind me to my left as if she was late for work. I watched her run past me on my left and ran quickly around the front counter of the south entrance and ducked in behind the counter carrying a black synthetic leather file case on her right shoulder, and put her right first finger up on some bulletin board then quickly ducked inside the manager's office weighing 160lbs +, 5'6", "Butch" hairstyle, above ear manlike hairstyle, no KFC Logo or indication of a KFC staff carrying the fake leather case. I verbally accused KFC Staff on-duty of participating in non-job related fraudulent activity and participating in attempted Insurance Fraud bringing that lezbo nurse attempting an insurance fraud I'm calling Chicopee Police, BBB, Consumer Affairs, Consumer Protection Agency and City Hall. I'm calling Chicopee Police right now. The KFC staff on-duty stated, "WHAT ARE WE GONNA DO?" The fake manager woman suddenly ran out the manager's office out the rear door and hid. After Chicopee Police arrive Sgt. with two patrolmen they stepped inside, I gave explanation, one drove around back, caught the nurse hiding who refused to return inside until I leave. Sgt. came around grinning shaking his head left to right said, "She left. She's gone." I pointed out she drives the light green 2015 Subaru with the rainbow peace sign sticker was hers. I called Attorney General Consumer Affairs and received reply from Maura Healy dated the 15th of June of 2016. Ms. Healy suggest I contact Board of Registration of Nurses in Boston, MA and provided a 617 number to Board of Registration of Nurses as to further my
complaint. My contact number is [protected]/[protected]. I accused KFC of violating company policy and broke major policies for that shift. I want all those participating employees terminated. A thing called "Dirty Politics" uh Booby Trap "Him who digs a pit, falls in it". Micah. I want entire afternoon staff terminated. I am requesting thorough investigation on said complaint incorporating security video cameras for the dates and time and sequence of incidents for either the Sunday or the Monday either 12th, the 13th of June 2016.

KFC $20 fill up

Walked into KFC in New Hartford NY and waited for 15 Minutes for the counter clerk to fill someones order. She was walking around aimlessly filling the order. I thinks she had a pedometer and was counting her steps. She went from one side of the store to the next picking up one item at a time in a snails pace. The person in front of me finally ordered and when it was our turn they said they were completely out of chicken and we had to wait 20 minutes. I usually avoid this store but since it was international chicken day I thought it would be a good dinner for my family. As I had already waited 15 plus minutes as the second person in line, I didn't want to stand there until breakfast and left. This store must be a real money loser as I always see more people leave in disgust than get served. Its like winning the lottery if you get served within 15 minutes.

KFC chicken was raw!

my husband went to buy kfc last night (29/06/2016) in the bluff durban, he bought a 5 piece chicken, a steetwise 2 and a box meal, we each tried a piece of chicken from each box it was all raw! completely inedible we actually had stomach cramps all night this is completely disgusting! the coke that came with the meal was also inedible had no fizz and tasted like it had been standing out for hours! this store is only a few months old? he also waited 45 minutes for this meal so how could it have been raw after all this wait? this was not only a waste of our money but this is dangerous raw chicken is deadly! i doubt we will ever buy kfc again!

Hang on...it was raw and inedible but you all had stomach cramps? If it was inedible how did you get stomach cramps? And if it was raw why didn't you take it back instead of jumping on here to complain about it?

KFC chicken legs

Just ordered 3 chicken legs. They are so small the one had only 1" meat on it and the 3rd one was completely burnt. These legs have gotten so small did they switch to hen chicks or did they shrink so badly from the Texas heat? The store # is 2016-06-24 in Burleson, Tx. Paying $5.73 for these tiny legs is horrible.

You want to know what is happening? The FDA is cracking down on all the hormones given to food animals to make them huge. What you have gotten used to eating is a drug enhanced animal. What you are now getting is the normal, nature sized animal.

KFC chicken

I recently purchased three three piece chicken dinners from your location in the Lynden Park Mall. The chicken was disgusting it was so dry and hard the dog would not even eat it. The worse part is that i brought it home to serve two of those dinners to guests wow was i embarrassed. What is wrong with the people working there can they not see that that chicken has been arooung for hours it was dried right out through to the bone. i am a faithful kfc buyer have never purchased from there nor will i ever again. Money is very important and throwing out chicken that has sat all day might be a waste of their money but if im not coming back ever what is the balance. Maybe at that store they don't understand this concept.Please contact just dont want some else to be disappointed in their supper.

KFC hot wings

On 2016/05/27 my sisters and I went to kfc in diepkloof square to purchase hot wings bucket and the wings seemed to contain too much cayenne pepper for some reason, my siblings mom and my son suffered from a runny tummy the entire weekend due to the hot wings that we had eaten from your store, on sunday I went to consult since mine was running continuously and still it didn't stop then on monday 2016/05/30 I was admitted in hospital as a result of eating your hot wings and trying to be on a human level I called the store and spoke to one extremely rude manager called dan he was not friendly and helpful instead he patronized me and insinuated that I am making this up like wtf, I went to a private hospital for that matter and he has decency to talk crap I then lodged a complaint on hello peter and the are manager called me and promised to get back to me the next day and he didn't I then called to speak to him and he was not there till date no one has ever bothered calling me back after so much hustle and being sick from your food I am speechless and I am disgusted by your horrible non customer centric service is this how you treat people

KFC no fried chicken, told I could wait 20 minutes before it was ready and cooked

This is the Kentucky Fried Chicken in Wrens, Ga. I went early on Sunday afternoon to pick up fried chicken for lunch and was told they were out and I could wait 20 minutes for the fried chicken to be ready. We are a small town and KFC there is notorious for getting orders wrong (I have gotten to where I go inside (forget the drive-thru), order, then when I get the order, I check it inside the store to make sure I've #1 gotten the correct sides, #2 gotten ALL of my order...today I was told I could wait 20 minutes for the chicken to be cooked thru before I could pick up my order...If I could find a different KFC less than 20 miles away, I'd go there and see if the service is any better. Though after reading several complaints from different stores in different states, it looks as if KFC has a problem with customer service. I was a customer service manager when I worked (retired now). If my people EVER acted like they could care less, or talked back to customers, or left out part of an order, they would have been written up and if it happened 2 mores times, they would have been fired. I love KFC's chicken, but the quality of their workers has deteriorated greatly. Most don't give a rip about customer service, or for that matter, pride in their work. Guess this is just a sign of the times. I hate to see what the world is going to look like 50 yrs from now. Thank God, I won't be here.

Complaints like yours are ridiculous. I always wonder at the people who complain that a business ran out of something like it is the worst thing in the world and they can not understand how it happened. You can only put so much in the fryer. You do not cook more than you need for slow periods.

You were asked to wait for fresh food as opposed to getting served food that had sat there. Next time, east at home.

KFC chicken no taste

kfc in the 70s were icons none better, chicken in the 70s even chick fil could not compete today with the taste since the 80s kfc has lost ground and closing stores I tried the supposed new recipe recently still no taste per commercials lets face it chicken meat is tasteless unless you cut the meat and season it separately so you have to depend on the skin seasoning to create flavor in a bite I don't know what the problem is I think you should hire former employees from the 70s even if 80 years old now that remember how to bring that 70s taste back then you will have a winner again and then concentrate on staff going by comments your stores are lacking customer skills I for sure don't want anything I don't want free coupons for a product for something I now have to drive 10 miles round trip for something I don't like anymore just change your product younger ideas don't always create good results go way back to basics.

KFC regular box meal

Yesterday morning at 11am I went to KFC in Bristol Cabot Circus and had probably the worst Kentucky Fried Chicken I have ever had.

I was there when they opened. I placed my order; and the young man serving me said that they didn’t have any pieces other than wings which would result in me waiting 30minutes. This was repeated to other customers behind me. Not very good that they were not ready at opening with all that the restaurant sells on the menu! (wings looked old and burnt!) It wouldn’t have been so bad had they had actually told me before I placed the order that they didn’t have any chicken pieces other than wings!

I had ordered a box meal which is supposed to come with a burger and a piece of chicken, a corn on the cob, with small chips and a drink.
The chips were not fully cooked, ( a first for me in a fast food outlet!) and the burger fillet was so small that I think it must be the half size it usually is. Is this normal? Has the quality of your product become so redundant?

When the other piece of chicken arrived – (30 minutes later) it was a tiny greasy non crispy grey chicken thigh - which made me think that they had looked for the smallest pieces of chicken to cook as they were running late, and thrown it together as fast as possible. Or is it that KFC now sells bony fleshless portions of meat? In which case this is very poor value for money for the customer.
I reluctantly bit into it the grey meat that was more skin and bone than meat, and found that I couldn’t eat it and threw it away. Is this the new normal for your standards ?
The corn on the cob – which was more like mush on cob – making me wonder if it was left over from last night reheated? I don’t know what has happened to this KFC but it used to be one of the best and now it is the worst and I won’t be going here again.
The surly staff that work here have a very low command of the English language so it was very difficult to explain the problem and made me wonder if they understood the customer training one would imagine that they should have received. It made me concerned if they followed correct procedures, as it would lead to serious results if not.
I used to work at KFC in South Africa and I know the training that staff should receive – not just in food standards but also in customer care. I know the quality that this product should have, and I don’t believe that this product I received on this morning should have been so inedible, poor quality of product. What went wrong?

I know KFC should taste the same regardless of where you eat it in the world.
This was probably the worst I have ever had and I have eaten KFC all over the world! You guys get a huge zero fail for quality of food, preparation of food, and overall taste and presentation was shocking. I wonder how a mystery shopper would rate this store.
I can not see myself eating at KFC ever again and I really used to enjoy it, and believed in the product having worked for it, and even recommended KFC to all I knew, saying that it was the best in the fast food industry as far as fast foods go. I can no longer say this. I thought that the KFC standard in general, was a recipe that couldn’t fail; but your restaurant in Bristol has proved me wrong! How sad is that! My family and I have decided to boycott KFC as a result. Shame on you KFC.

You are loosing more than one customer but a family. You should address this problem, and take it seriously, because standards will slowly get worse and will result in store closure.

I would really like to have a refund on what I spend. £5.69, which is not a lot but what I could have spent in the future during the rest of my life will result in a small fortune, that will be lost to you, which you should explain to your staff.

You should bear it in mind that eating is something human beings love to do and it ruined the rest of my day feeling nauseas, which I must have repeated to everyone who asked my how I was.

KFC takes too long and give out wrong orders

good day

I work in PTA cbd and there is a KFC outlet on cnr Vander walt and Schoeman street :

the service there is very bad they take time with orders even if it not full and by the time you receive your order it is not what you have ordered I was not going to this but feel like its an ongoing thing
firstly I ordered take away only to realise when I get home there pieces were short
secondly I went there lunch time ordered a sprite only to get to the office and find that its only cold water went back to complain and was given attitude I mean really we paying for the food but their service and attitude needs to change

KFC extremely rude staff

To say that iam upset is an understatement iam furious, I could pee on myself with the disrespect that I got from a cashier at kfc in diepkloof square, firstly their drive through service is pathetic to say the least, you wait for over20 minutes before placing an order are there even people or robots working there, then we decided to go inside to find a terrible shocking service firstly the menu screen was not working, we ask we're then given a terrible attitude by thid cashier hlamalani we ask her how are we supposed to order if there is no menu, we didn't get an answer okay since we know there are zinger burgers we ask if we can have them and she answers with attitude there are no rolls funny how there wouldn't be rolls even in the store room, when we asked why aren't there rolls she answers what the hell has it got to do with her, where does she fit in like really when asking for her manager tumi she also comes with an attitude because her colleague decides to jump and tell her what happened before we could even talk and already she was being bias I could go on forever with the attitude we were given but overall hey iam speechless and iam not happy at all, I will never set foot at that store again

KFC all of kfc food.

I used to love your chicken until a few years ago. All of the food had gotten so bad I refused to eat it any longer. Recently your ads were pretty clever so I decided to give it another chance.
I just purchased a ten dollar meal. I cant believe the food was not only unfit to eat but was actually worse than when I quit getting it a few years ago. Safeway is not only better but cheaper. I ask nothing from you, but know that I will never visit a Kentucky Fried Chicken again. Sunday dinner ruined.

KFC bad customer service and shortage of food/wrong food

On April 16, 2016, I went to Kentucky Fried Chicken in Houston Texas on Hwy 1960. I ordered the $20.00 fill up family box. When I drove up to the window and paid for my order, the lady informed me to drive around to the front of the store, that someone would bring the food out to me. It would be around 3-4 minutes. I asked her to be sure to put hot sauce in the bag. I drove around to the front and waited for 25 minutes until a young man brought the food. I drove straight home. When I got home, I opened the bag and started to serve my family. I only had 7 pieces of chicken and I did not have any breast pieces. I had 3 thighs, 2 wings and 2 drum sticks and I only received 1 mashed potatoes in which, I was suppose to receive 2. I do not feel that this is acceptable. Also, there was no hot sauce in the bag. The restaurant # is Y343296 and the ticket # 1028. The cashier was Flora. I would like some refund back. Thank you.

KFC original fried chicken batter was not authentic

My spouse, Mother, and I were traveling from Biloxi, Ms to Atlanta, Ga and stopped to get a bite to eat at KFC. We pulled over from the drive thru to eat in their parking lot. We ordered a 12 piece original meal. When I opened the box of chicken I thought maybe a mistake was made because the chicken was a thin light colored batter. It looked like home fried chicken. I sent my husband back in to make sure and told him to change one of the breast to short thigh. Instead, he returned with the same chicken and a grilled piece of short thigh to sustitute for the fried breast. He stated the cashier told him, "that just the other day someone came in and said this was not original." The manager said, "well they changed the batter to a lighter batter."

I let him eat two pieces and his sides in the car and my mom and I ate 1. I went back in with the other 8 and asked for a refund because we just could not tolerate the lack of flavor and home style batter that appeared to be only flour based. Then I asked the manager twice did they change the batter and she did not respond. I just want to know did the KFC alter the original flavored batter of the KFC chicken? If not was the KFC located at 840 Liberty Hill Drive in Evergreen, Ga 36401 authorized to make that change?

The new original battered chicken is not good. The manager returned $15.11 of the money spent for a 12 piece original .

KFC forgetting sides

I recently visited the KFC #J718257, I went thru the drive thru and placed an order for a 10 piece meal deal that I had a coupon for. At the window I paid, and waited for my order, one person was working in the store at the time, that I could see, running the interior and drive thru window. Someone was called in at the time I spent at the window and gave me part of my order, said thank you, and moved on. I thought I had my entire order, I didn't find out that I was shorted all my sides until I got to work. I tried to call several times but no one answered the phone. My ticket number was #1034 and I clearly paid for a 10 piece meal deal. Since I can't contact the local KFC, perhaps you can and tell them, I love KFC, and was looking forward to my sides as well as my chicken. I will not go to this KFC again. I will go to the other KFC that is as close as this one, but my review and any survey would be foul for this KFC. 1st. Don't print a phone number on the receipt that you will not answer, 2nd have more than one person on the floor at one time!.. My receipt #1034 at 5:25pm edt Apr. 2, 2016. I love KFC but wont be back anytime soon.. wanted the coleslaw in the worst way. Crave KFC Chicken and coleslaw. Thanks for letting me vent and please let the store in question know that I expect them to pick up the phone and give me my sides that I paid for!

KFC service

Today(14/3/16) after my ordering in KFC a guy ringed me after 20 mins (I suppose) telling me wait downstairs I'm coming in 10 or 15 mins. Now I came out of my room 5 mins after that and I was on elevator it took more 5 mins to go down. Now this guy name " SYAM" "rider no- 6581" called me and started yelling at me telling off rudely " I told you to come down 10 mins before here". I was shocked yet I kept saying I am inside elevator just will take 1 min. He kept nagging on that. And when I reached it was almost 2 mins. He again started to shout and argue on that. I said I was on elevator but he was really being rude.

I am really disappointed with this kind of attitude. I have been having KFC food through delivery for quite a long time but have never seen this type of behaviour. I wish I could sent back the delivery that moment right away. It was pretty harassing.

Is this really difficult for anyone to wait only for 2 mins?. And without understanding the situation how can someone just shout on someone else that way.

That was really really disappointing and I don't think I am ever going to look back on KFC when I will be looking for food.

*****KFC should be aware before recruiting any person like that.

I made a delivery order online at 1315 and follow up with a phone call to confirm the order. The person on the other end assured me by 1345 I will get the food. from 1345 till 1430 I have made 7 phone calls to the KFC Delivery customer service and the cannot give me an answer. The only common reply is I will get the other end to call you back, which never happen. I do have to give them the credit of being trained well to answer phone call with at least the all know how to tell the customer to wait and don't ask too much, Because they are all very good in telling customer "I don't know and I will get the other site to call you back". Even the manager himself.
The best part is to cancel a paid order takes 3 to 5 day for refund. After to and back phone calls I decide to cancel order at 1455. No more KFC for me anymore. YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY FAST FOOD!

KFC fully loaded box meals

We ordered 2 fully loaded box meals. After maybe 3 min they say sorry they don't have chicken. We ordered 2 hawain burger meals with 2 regular mash and gravy. We paid and we wait for maybe 10 min or more then they say they don't have the regular buns can they use the small snack burger buns to make the hawain burgers. Then we just say yes we already tired for waiting. TheN after another few minutes they say they have another problem. They only one chicken for the burger. The other one they can give us grilled or zinger. So we take zinger. When we come home. The one mash and gravy almost look like it's a left over. Maybe half. It's really a bad services . And it's not the 1st time. Always have problem with them.
