today sunday 1st november i went to have a kfc with my children the time we arrived was 4, 15 as the drive thru was very busy we went into kfc to order, , there were 4 people in front off us which wasn, t many people came in after us so it was packed, , the staff where very slow they then decieded to have a chat and not one person was serving as they where all talking, , , , eight people behind me left after we where waiting half an hour till be served, , one woman ask the staff if they could serve and she was told they where busy, , well excuse me busy my ass, , well yes they where busy hiding in the coner talking, , i, m so mad at the lenght off time it took to get a meal it was 5 b4 we got something to eat i must say this level off service is simply not good enough, , , i think u as a company need to look into this and step ur ideas up and make sure u have the staff that know how to serve and be pleseant to the customers i feel very strong about this i would like an answer back to know what ur going to do about this, , ,
