KFC didnt get pf, insulting experience letter

Respected Sir/madam i am Ankush Vashishth s/o sh. Ashwani vashishth. i was working with kfc(antpl) as a shift manager.my employee code is an-2967.sir date of 22 feb i was depositte my pf form to my HR person in kharar(Punjab) to mrs. Chamandeep kaur and sandeep kumar. but company is not ready to pay my PF, they always said to me when i made the call to them that ' company abhi handover de rahi hai kisi or group ko to time lagega'. this is not fare for ex employee.i m getting frustate with these kind of answering by them. Secondly, HR deppartment give me my insulting experience letter, my father is alive but they mentioned LATE before of my father name.when i ask to mr. Arun srivastava regarding the same he started mis behave and abuse to me.i can show u the proof of whole conversation.plz help me.i shall be very thankfull to you.

KFC service/housekeeping

on 6 June we went to the kfc outlet in hemingways mall east London, before we even walked in the door we saw that there was cool drink bottles, kfc boxes, chicken bones and used serviettes lying all over the tables out side where the customers are suppose to be sitting for their meals. When we walked inside there was a queue of people waiting to be served and there was only one person asisting. When we finally did get to the front the staff member then decided that she had to leave the people to stand while she picked up a few things from inside the store. The others staff were walking around the store or just chatting. Once we got our meal we went to sit outside where we had to clear the tables ourselves in order to have somewhere clean to eat. This is also not the first time that this store has looked so neglected. I will not be going back there and will definitely not advise others to either. Utterly disgusted.

KFC 1hr delay on the orders and unprofessional service

I ordered a 12 piece chicken delivery service from KFC on 10th June 2015, requested that it has be arriving at 12 noon 11th June 2015. I also got a confirmation from the staff in the morning about the delivery item, time, and address on 11th June morning. However i have wait until 12.15pm, still did not receive any call from KFC.

I decided to call KFC at 03-[protected]. Not sure which branch is this, they said that driver has already took off at 11.45am and there might be some delay at Sri Hartamas and thus causing the delay. I have a whole bunch of colleagues waiting while they are having dominoes pizza, I agreed and understood that i have to wait due to the rain (although there was no rain at my area, but i do not about Sri Hartamas.)

All of us waited, and called KFC at about 1230pm, 1245pm to find out about the status. Worst of all the food were finished and all of us were still not full. At 1245pm there was a lady calling from 03-[protected], said that it will take another 15 mins as the driver was not familiar with the road.

Then here came the 'best' customer service i have ever faced in my life. I apologised to the staff as i might sounded unpleasant because i had waited so long just for my lunch. she asked me if i we were willing to wait, we were enraged. However, there were few questions we had and caused us to have such unpleasant experience with the Bad customer service KFC has:

1. Why are you hiring a driver which does not know the area at all ? Heavy rain and therefore you were late for 45 mins -1 hrs ? There is also no intention telling us when is the ETA, only willing to telll 15 mins everytime i asked about.
2. When we asked "if there is a mean that i can file a complain". This lady sounded funny and answered back "Thank you, terima kasih, and bye bye" and cut down the line, which really made us so angry. This is the worst service i had with the F&B industry. I think it would be great to just apologise if your service is late. However, this lady tried to sound funny and really made the customer had a very bad impression with the KFC. It is unprofessional and bad service. She has no means that the staff would like to apologise for the delay, and even tried to take customer's complain as a joke.

We seriously think that there can be a lot of improvement with the KFC, especially when it comes to customer complain handling.

KFC kfc without chicken???

I ordered snack plate take away. When I reached home there were no chicken inside the box. Only have bun, potato whips & coslow. Can u imagine what to eat? KFC but no chicken? I cannot accept the employee said she forgot to put in the chicken because that is their main menu. How can she forgot? She say sorry but her face don't shown she was regret. I cannot eat anymore even she gives me the chicken. I returned back the chicken but she didn't return my money back. How bad are their service. From home at Sg Way I drove back to Kelana Maya in traffic jem to inform that the girl forgot my chicken but she looks not regret with her attitude to the customer. For attention of KFC branch Kelana Maya manager, please take action to avoid this thing happen to another customer.

KFC unfairness

Managers are related to each other (Mother and daughter) and cousins, hours being reduced for employees who are not related to current managers, false acusations on inocent employess, cameras are not currently working, employees have been seen countless times smoking marijuana in the back of building, too much going on at this restaurant that should not be happening, an employee was burned a few weeks ago and a report was not done nor did they have an emergency kit for this employee, things need. Money has been missing from safe and people are being accused for this, and so i ask why arent cameras in working condition?

KFC cleanliness & service

KFC aeon bm outlet is the most dirtiest one I have ever seen ..
chairs, tables, floor and even washing hand sink was so dirty that makes us feel uneasy to dine inn.the service part was annoying too in term of answering customer complaints.
situation took part when the rice served were not cooked well..made a complaint but the manager can just give an unacceptable reason.never expecte this from an outlet which situated in a big mall.there's no cleanliness concerns at all.shocked to see an A for the cleanliness.I think they don't deserve an A !

KFC salary

My name is Ajith Kumar,
I am working in KFC Banglore as part timer.
Because of some problems in my home I am going to home immediately, that purpose my salary was put in hold.I am comeback to Banglore and go to store ask the manager he said salary is in processing. He said these type of words before two months, plis help to me and give me my salary as early as possible.I am in very bad situation.

KFC always out of stock

KFC Riverside Vanderbijlpark. Is a conveniently located Restaurant in n very good, very social neighbourhood.
This is the 4th time I went there and they dont have Ice-cream, they dont have straws, they dont have lids for the sparkling krushers so they were told by the manager not to sell krushers.
They cant fulfill the basics of a fast food restaurant.
Stock availibilty, poor management and incompotent staff is the problem.

KFC accident from kfc

I am a KFC customer, I had an accident/ incident on Saturday the 21st March 2015 at KFC Rustenburg.

When i was driving through the " Drive through" the board came flying through my windscreen and smashed my car. they told me they are liable for damages but I had to look for quotations myself and when i asked about the curtsey car they told me thier insurance is going to deal with me.

I want to know if this is the way KFC deal with its customers because of thier poor maintenance or negligence.

the incident was so traumatic for me but the treatment i am getting is even 100 times worse.

KFC poor customer service / attitude

on 03/23/2015 at 5:30 pm I took my family to eat at the Casa Grande KFC on Florence Ave for the all you can eat dinner meal. On my first pass at the all you can eat buffet, I noticed four of the food trays on the line needed to be filled to include the salad. There was also several senior citizens eating at the time. I milled around the salad bar as did others and waited to see if more food would be brought out. Finally, I asked who I believed to be the manager, described as a medium to heavy set African American woman if she could put more salad out. Her reaction was interpreted as not really giving a damn, but said ok. I waited about 15 minutes and noticed they were slowly starting to fill some of the empty food trays except the salad. I like eating at KFC and really had no issues until today. I told my wife I would wait a little longer to see if the employees or manager would follow through with my request for more salad to be put out. Not an unreasonable request. Finally, another female employee placed more salad at the salad bar. I also saw they had substituted the apple pie with some cold, "hard as a brick" fake apple pie that I wouldn't even feed my dog. I was not the only person eating who commented on the absence and condition of this particular dish. I can only describe it as "deplorable" and unfit for human consumption! As I was leaving one of the employees described as a thin skinny Mexican American with a mustache and glasses said something on my way out the door. Not being sure of what this kid said, I went back in and asked him what he said and he said "Oh' I said have a nice day" while at the same time smiling like he thought something was funny. To me this was just poor customer service and a lousy punky attitude on the part of this KFC store's employees. I don't recommend putting this particular KFC restaurant on your "A" list of fast food places to eat in Casa Grande anytime soon!

I would like to file a harsement complaint along with a sexual harrsement complaint as i have to dates i was harrsed about my learning siaibility and people doing sexual gestures tords me that i did not like that had forced me to leave my place of employment.

KFC disgusting service

Good day,

I've had the most disgusting service from KFC Green point, Cape town. First of all the cashier was anything but friendly and helpful. At one point she just disappeared to the back of the store and stayed there for a good 5 minutes before returning and asking me to repeat my order only to get it wrong in any case.

The following happened at this 24hour KFC:

• We were informed there are NO CRUNCH BURGERS
• We were informed that they NO SIDE BREAST PIECES OF CHICKEN (Only leg and thigh)
• We were informed that they have NO WINGS.

When the customer behind us suddenly complained about the NO WINGS situation did she suddenly change her story to "how many wings do you want".

Finally when our order came there was a few things missing, no season salt and tomato sauce. a cool drink missing and the two mini loafs I received had mold on it.

This is when I asked to see the manager.

With my first words to the manager, the service is very bad this morning, the entire queue behind me shouted in agreement "Very poor service". This was because they had been waiting so long in this queue as the cashier had no sense of urgency of helpfulness.

With regards to the wings the manager informed me that they don't serve wings at break fast time so I told her that i disagree with this as any KFC sells wings at any time. For a 24 hour KFC they are supposed to sell wings and crunch burgers at any time. I've been to a few KFC's where i was served all these things at breakfast time.

She exchanged my Chicken pieces with the correct ones I wanted and the molded mini loafs with ones that didn't have mold but still looked stale. When we finally got to the eating part the food was very disgusting and unappetizing.

The dunked wings looked like it soaked in the sauce for a few days and the mini loafs had a sour taste and you could see that it was starting to mould. We had to throw most of food away as it wasn't edible.

I feel it is immoral for a brand like KFC to provide such bad service.

I am going to be very honest and say that I would like some sort of compensation or a refund for all the food. I feel like this disgusting food wasn't worth the money we spent at this store and in this day in age i feel it is my right as a consumer to get my money's worth. This disgusting experience and food wasn't worth my money

I would like someone in a management position AT HEAD OFFICE to contact me about this and not the store manager as I already spoke to her. If I don't receive any contact I will escalate this further.

I order one set of Zinger Budger and add on Cheezy Potato Waffles. But what happen is when the deliver the item is not same with the item that I order, it come nuggets 2 pack with is 12 nuggets, but when I call them they say nothing and say we give u extral 4 pic nuggets. when I ask how bout my budger they say can put up a new order but I have to pay it. I pay RM20.70 and this service I get..I call from taman melawati and this is the number they call me up [protected].
Please take this action ASAP and I will put this issue in FB as well. Thanks

KFC customer services

I went to buy 8 pieces of original chicken. I said I just want only the legs. I know 8 pieces just for the legs is kinda a lot but they always charge extra for that, and it's not a big deal as long as I can get the legs. So I was asking in a polite way for the legs and they checked it with one lady to see if there're enough legs. That lady, I don't know who she is, probably the manager or whoever got more seniority I guess, she comes to talk to me as if she was annoyed to do it. Girl, calm down, I'm just asking, Lolz. Whatever, she told me she can mix it with the crispy if I want all are legs. I can understand that but I want the original so I asked if she can mixed it with some of the wings, like 5-6 legs and 2-3 wings cause it's 8 pieces in total. I actually don't really want wings but because i don't want the crispy one that's why I chose to mix legs with wings but she tried to split it half legs and half wings when I don't want wings to be half so I'm asking, again in a polite way, can you really not put legs as many as you can. But she, for some reason, in stead of focusing on what I mean, she was just trying to act cool in front of other employees as if she's the expert in dealing with the customers. She spoke in a serious rude manner that she will do half legs and half wings. So that's it, I didn't talk back to her but I asked the cashier if she understand what I mean cuz seriously I can't deal with that girl when she was so busy trying to act like a boss when she knows nothing. That manager girl, she just got so pissed of right away after I asked the cashier. And the cashier, she is nice and explained to me that there's only 4 legs left rite now so I understand her and decided to take 4 legs and wings as her wish. And what happened, the manager(I go by that name) she gave me a hard sound and claimed that she knew WHAT IT IS. So there she goes, keep complaining about how she understand what I want with the annoying sound and attitude, she threw the chickens so hard into the box. She tried to make it loud to show her cool and bang the chicken to other employee to give it to me. My God! I was so polite to her in the first place. It's not about the chicken any more, it's about her attitude. If she could just explain in a cool manner like the cashier, I would absolutely got no issue with it. Girl plz! I mean the manager, if you wanna act cool in front of your co-workers or your subordinates, make sure you know how to work. And from what I see from your position, you really need to learn your manner toward other people esp with your customer. Thank you.

I stopped off at KFC in Simi Valley, CA to order the eight piece meal and the young man taking orders was very nice but the chicken was old and dried out as well as being small pieces. The green beans were good and the cole slaw, but the chicken was bad. I will not go back there. What did you do to the taste? Tasteless!

KFC arrogant staff

Today bought Colonel chicken rice and mash potato big size and chicken nuget in kfc bentong, then I asked for small container to the staff and that time who serving me is like a manager or supervisor (different uniform) because I want to give my 7 months baby mash potato and mix it with the milk that I bought. Baby eat so little right, cannot be can finished the whole big size mash potato so I tought gonna use small container to feed her... But that guy(cannot remember his name) with the arogant face said "cannot give the container la, if small cup we can give" what? Costumer who spent almost 30 ringgit in your shop but small request cannot give? What kind a service is that? So ridiculous he cannot give the small continer but can give the small cup.. He so lucky that time I'm in hurry and don't want to argue with morron people like him. So Kfc bentong, I think you should train your staff attitude, anywhere in the world costumer is a king.. ( I don't request for big favor anyway) And the attitude like that guy in your restaurant will only going to give you bad credit in the future, for sure!

KFC work environment

I am here to expose behind the scene news about the KFC work place.

I have worked at KFC for some time, and was recently fired for an unorthodox reason: not calling off before a certain time.
They've never done this to other employees. Only me. I have worked there loyally and hard. When I was calling off I was literally puking into the toilet, but apparently that wasn't a good enough excuse. Who was someone who is vomiting working around customers food? They do, apparently.

I have seen managers and employees alike do things there.
*I have witnessed employees and managers alike serve chicken that has been dropped on floors.
*Food way over expiration date has been served
*All employees present have handled food with their hands before serving
*Floors, tables, chicken racks, hot bar(where sides are kept), freezers, dishes, and soda fountains are not cleaned
*Where the coleslaw is kept is a giant pile of black mold that no one has bothered to clean
*The soda tops which release the soda are supposed to be cleaned twice a week. They aren't and black mold is grown which ends up in drinks THAT ARE SERVED

Must I go on? Fast food restaurants are vile places, and no one has regards to what they are serving.

KFC service

Three times I put in my orde request. The girl on the drive through repeated it back incorrectly. I repeated the order correctly. At the pick up window i reaffirmed my order. I was assured that it was correct. When I got home I discovered that the order was in fact the misquoted one. I rang up to complain, they hung up, not once but three times. Draw your own conclusions, but obviously they don't care.

KFC refuse the delivery order

I had a big complain from Jubail branch; yesterday I ordered through the call center an order for my kids as I was not on home; this was not the first time; however after I place my Jubail branch called me and told me they are not going to deliver my order to home as the house is far and they asked me to meet them in other place 800m from my house; I explained to them this is not the first time and they provided me before in the same address but the result was no.

I made a complain for the main office in Riyadh but after a while they called me and said that it is far and they are not going to provide me the order to my house; for that I was forced to order the food from Pizza Hut.

This was very disappointed to me as KFC all over the world has there good reputation for the customer service and I did not had any problem with them any place or country I ever visit and this was the best place for food I choose if I am out of home.

pada 27.10.2014 jam 10.45 pagi saya masuk ke kfc.saya di layan mesra oleh cashier yang bertugas.saya memesan set nasi, cheezy zinger mshd potato dan sebagainya.semasa cashier meminta set nasi, makcik yang duduk di bahagian blkng berkata "nasi lambat lagi, esok pagi bru siap".saya berasa terkejut dgn jwpn dr makcik tersebt.stahu saya, apabila kdai dah buka, mesti prdk dah sedia ada.nama pn fast food rstrnt..satu lagi yg sya tak puas hati, ada ke patut cheezy znger potato tu di letak dlm bekas coleslaw plstik, sblm ni sya bli kt kfc lain sya dpt bekas mgkuk yg septtnya..saya tgk pakaian makcik tu pn selekeh dan tidak kemas.sluar di lipat smpai ke paras lutut mcm org nk pg sawah padi.mcm ni staf kfc kuala lipis.saya harap pihak kfc dapat mgambil tindakn sewjrnya supya tidak brlaku lg.
