KFC ordered online one month ago... still haven't received

I placed an online order on October 20, 2015 to the KFC in Dartmouth, NS..upon receiving my confirmation number my family and I proceeded to wait for an hour and a half, after the estimated delivery time. We finally drove to the store to have the lady tell us that no order was placed. After speaking to the complaint line that evening, I was assured they received my order or I wouldn't have a confirmation number. I'm now on my 5th call to the complain line, where they assured me a general manager or someone would contact me to apologize..It's now November 23, 2015 and still no phone call. I am disgusted by the lack of concern for ruining the dinner I was trying to set up for family, but even more disgusted by the lack of care and concern to try to rectify this situation.

KFC commercials

You changed from a really silly Col. to one who seemed down to earth. Now you are changing him to be worse than the one he replaced. The college "freshman", the business man rolling into a meeting in a chair, the "sing-song" statements. Please let him be more natural. You might consider replacing the one who writes your commercials. I do like your product but these commercials turn me off to even eating at a KFC.

KFC very poor service

On the 11 November 2015 we ordered a meal for our family, they told us that it would not take longer than an hour. After an hour I phoned just to be told it should be here in ten mins. After another ten mins I phoned just to be told that the driver left thirty minutes ago. I then cancelled my order and phoned the Customer Care Centre who said the call was recorded and the service is unacceptable and they would send me a reference number. Which I am still waiting for. So nothing has been done about it.

On Jan. 7th, 2015 at around 4pm I went to a KFC in Vicforville, CA., At Managosa near Bear Valley Rd. I ordered a Chicken Breast meal which I had a coupon for. I also ordered an unsweened Ice tea. (3 times) When I finallly got to fhe window I asked the young man if he was giving me unsweetened ice tea and he said yes. Then I asked him for equal, splenda or sweet and low sweetener and he said he didn't have anything like it. When I got home I put my unsweefener in my ice tea and discovered it was the sweetened ice tea. Being a diabetic I disgarded it. Went to eat my meal and no fork, or napkins. I think someone needs to retrain this young man. Thank you for your help, I really enjoy KFC and I hope this can be take care of so I can continue eating there, My e-mail address is eeWheatley@yahoo.com

KFC grilled twister

Good evening I just order a Grilled twister from this KFC, what a terrible meal, it is tasteless, I can't even finish eat. To think I missed your twister and this is what I get, I was one of those people who thought you can't go wrong with KFC, now am not so sure. I have never been so disappointed.

KFC wait time

My wife and I ordered for a delivery at 7:20pm on line. We were given a time for delivery of 8:07pm EST. At approximately 7:42pm I received a phone call from a staff member at the site that I had ordered from stating that my order would be at LEAST another hour past the time that I had placed my order. This is the SECOND time that this location has done this to me. I will never place another delivery order through KFC again.

KFC bad service

We were at your West Valley City, Ut location on approx. 4000 West and 4800 So, on 9/28/15 at 8:35 PM. I went inside to place an order because the drive thru had 6 cars in line. There was 1 gentleman in front of me and the cashier seemed to be having trouble taking the order. When it was my turn I gave the casher my order, he read it back to me and it was wrong. He apologized an said it was his 1st day and he was having trouble looking up the right buttons, I had ordered 2, 2pc meals with white meat on both, original reciepe. Very easy I thought but that was OK. He called over 1 of the girls in the back to help him and when he did the boy at the drive up came over too. I finally got my order placed and watched as the gentleman that had ordered before me cancelled his order because they told him they were out of cobbetts. A manager came out and refunded his money while the rest of the clerks watched. I finally got my order at 8:52, I got it home and it was dark meat on both, there was no butter, no utinsils or napkins and my register receipt was not in the bag either. While I was waiting, my husband noticed several teenagers going in a side door and coming out with boxes of food. They did not have uniforms on so I don't believe they worked there. This manager did not have any idea what was going on in the front I saw 4 people total working in front and the drive up was backed up and front was too. The manager should have helped or at least told the others to quit fooling around. We have been customers for over 30yrs at this store and I don't think we will be again, if this lack of service continues. We do love the chicken, and all the sides but without good service, at our age its worth it to go somewhere else. Hope you can resolve this, we don't want any fired just to use the skills you give them. Thank You, Sandy Woodcox

KFC hamburger

Your store at Deer Valley and 67th Ave. is a disgrace. I walked in, looked at the menu and had a question. The clerk was as unprofessional as it gets. He said something to the effect that all of your questions are answered on the menu above. When I tried to detail my question he said "did you want to order or take up time"! I am 72 years old and resent this attitude from a punk that thinks he is better than me.

KFC customer service department

On July 23, 2015, I wrote a letter of complaint on the KFC website concerning a wrong order from the Southport, NC location. As this is a tourist town and the establishment is located several miles away, I took the time to write this complaint. I tried to call the restaurant but all I got was a fax machine. By the time I tried to contact the restaurant and wrote the complaint, our food was cold, most of my order was wrong and not edible.

Several days later, I had not received a reply of any kind and I called the customer service number listed on the website. The lady on the line, who was not very courteous, told me she was sorry that this had happened and she would contact the regional office and the matter would be taken care of immediately. A week later, I still had not received a call or anything, so I called again. Another representative assured me that she would contact the regional office and I would hear from someone immediately.

Today, several weeks later, I still have not had a response. I called a third time. Got the very same answer. I asked to talk to a supervisor. She gave me the same answer: We are so sorry that you had to wait, we are not ignoring you, we will contact the regional office and they will respond immediately. I still have not heard.

I have lost faith in KFC.

I am retired and $12.79 for a meal is a treat for us. I don’t make $100, 000 a year. If I did I wouldn’t eat at KFC. I realize you are a billion dollar corporation, but you seem to forget that the majority of that billion dollars come from people like me. The way your customer service department has treated me is shameful. If you have so many complaints that they cannot be answered by this time, no one should eat at KFC anyway. If my complaint is without merit, I deserve at least a phone call telling me so. I have been a customer for years, since I was a little boy. If this is the way complaints are handled, you have become arrogant and belittling to your customers. Perhaps you should take a few moments to look at your customer service practices. It needs a lot of reformation. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had, either in retail or restaurant practices. I don’t expect this type of treatment from an establishment like KFC.

KFC competition

I purchased food to the value of R98.50 0n 26/08/2015 from this branch of KFC. I received a till slip which supplied me with a number to dial *120*532# with Unique Code to qualify to win R1 Million for your dream home. I have dialed this number with my unique code now at least 15 times without success. Is this a hoax? Why can I not get through to the supplied number? I am really upset with KFC, South Africa!

KFC streetwise two

On the 10th September 2015 20:52, I purchased 2 x streetwise two at the Kyalami Boulevard branch.The cashier at the drive through window sold me the chicken however when I got to the collection window the Cashier told me that they are out of chicken and I have to wait 20 -15 minutes for a new batch to be cooked.I waited (15 minutes) for the chicken and arrived home 5 minutes afterwards (ate the chicken for dinner), then went to bed.I woke up with a stomach ache and diarrhoea.I have no been able to eat anything since, been having diarrhoea and stomach pains for three days now.Surviving on water and fruits. It is unacceptable that KFC sold me rotten meat which has caused me to be sick for over three days.They need to have measures to test all sold chicken.The manager or KFC representatives must contact me on [protected]@yahoo.com.

KFC drive through

Our KFC lets people butt ahead of customers who are waiting in line.

For example, I had placed my order, getting ready to move to the window, and a Chevrolet Tahoe pulled in ahead of me and went to the window and placed his order, and he ordered a bucket of chicken. This was rude, because I was there first. The young girl waited on him, because he was three times bigger than she was. This happens more than just me. Your employees should get someone else in the store to take charge, and tell the customers to get back in line, and wait their turn.

I will not be back through the drive in any more. The lobby was closed, so my only choice was to go through the drive in. I hate eating out for this reason. I was getting supper/dinner for my daughter in law who works at the hospital and cannot leave her station.

KFC strawberry lemonade / lemonade

This is my second visit to KFC Talladega, Alabama in recent weeks and it is rapidly going down hill. I ordered a $5 box, the server suggested strawberry lemonade since they did not have the lemonade (the old one before - I think it was minute maid) drink I wanted. She also proceeded to charge me an extra .30 for the drink. They did not have water so they gave my co-worker some "flavored water" (water with strawberry syrup). Really, KFC that lemonade and strawberry lemonade are two of the worst I have ever tasted in the history of restaurant drinks. What person on your team really thought these drinks were tasty? Where has the quality gone in your restaurant? Just be aware there is a Popeye's Restaurant and Zaxby's Restaurant opening less than two blocks away. I would step up my game if I were KFC Corporate.

KFC rude, threatening manager

At approximately 15:35 hrs, I pulled into the drive thru at the KFC/Taco Bell store located at 4431 S. Collins St., Arlington, TX 76018. I ordered a 12 pc meal, original with sides of 2 Potato Wedges and 1 Macaroni and Cheese. Total cost was $29.15. I gave the employee at the drive thru window $30.00 and received my change. I was asked to pull around to the front of the building and wait, the order would be brought out to me.

I had my Grandson with me and we sat in the truck for 15 - 20 minutes, waiting for the order. It never came. We went inside to see what the hold up was. The manager, a tall, Black male told me I would have to wait to place my order. I told him my order was already placed and have been waiting for 20 min. I told him what I ordered and got no response. 5 minutes later he stepped out to tell me that I had to wait for my mashed potatoes. I said "what mash potatoes, I ordered wedges". He said it says mashed potatoes on the board, I said that is not my order. He said "You came thru the drive thru, that is your order". I said "Yes, I came thru the drive thru, that is NOT my order and repeated what I ordered".

He demanded to see my receipt, I told him I never got one and the girl at the window told him that the receipts were not printing. He went to one of the front registers to find the receipts that were printing there from the orders in the drive thru. All this time he is giving me "hard" looks, trying to intimidate me into taking what he wanted me to have.

His attitude did one thing for me, it made me decide to ask for my money back so I could go somewhere where the customer is not treated in this manner. While he was getting the money and made threats against me physically, told me that he is not some one to play with, that if I wanted to play with someone, go play with your grandson, not me. I told him that if he felt that way to go ahead and try to do what he thinks he had to do. He came at me in a threatening manner again to try to intimidate me, saying "I don't play, don't think you can play with me" I told him again, "Do what you think you can do, just don't expect the result to be what you expect." "Give me my money and I will leave." He gave me $30.00 back, did not want the change back, saying is was minor. I departed and went to another store to get the food we wanted.

In my opinion this individual should be demoted for his actions and attempted bullying tactics. The did not work, they would not work with any man and it seemed that the other employees at that store were scared of him, so if he is the manager (he was wearing all black), he needs to be replaced with someone who kno0ws what customer service really is and that it is NOT KFC Policy to attempt to intimidate the customers.

KFC daylight robbery

KFC literally robbed us and im sure many other people of the same . i called to place a delivery ([protected]) so i bought 2 x colnel meals 1 x zinger burger meal and 1 mini twister . they charge me R53.90 for each meal the meal is supposed be R42 even they charged us R45 that would have been fine so what they did was they charged me an additional R11 per meal and said it was for the coke . the coke was supposed to be included in the meal . Then the mini twister which is R17 i was charged R19.90, and on top of that a R15 delivery fee . so in total they robbed of R34 it may seem a little but imagine if they do this to every customer! getting rich overnight arent we! we support you even through washing chicken on the floor and sharping knives outside and this is the thanks we get . Thank you KFC you ROCK

KFC franchise monopoly in india

KFC Franchise Applications are not entertained, and website carries a message " no franchise enquiries at this time" and this message has been there for more than 2 years, telephonic conversationsare cut short with the same message, the funny part is they are franchising out to many places during this period! what i want to know is, who is responsible for this below the table, not so transparent deals? and why? Yum India has been franchising many outlets in even places where there are no buyers, I wanted to open an outlet of kfc in my state which doesnt have any reputed fast food outlets...which i feel will serve mine and yum india's interests perfectly...but they just dont seem to be interested in spreading out their company's reach to every corner of the country...

I would like to see some actions taken against the people handling the franchise section in india.

KFC bad commercials

My family has always loved kfc but now everytime i think about going to get it, those new commercials of the guy trying to imitate the colonel turn my stomach. He is the worse impersonator i have ever seen. There is no one that can imitate the colonel so please don't try. It died with the colonel. Put on your commercials but please don't try to imitate an icon. It can't be done. Let us remember the colonel the way he was. The way we all loved him.

KFC didnt get pf, insulting experience letter

Respected Sir/madam i am Ankush Vashishth s/o sh. Ashwani vashishth. i was working with kfc(antpl) as a shift manager.my employee code is an-2967.sir date of 22 feb i was depositte my pf form to my HR person in kharar(Punjab) to mrs. Chamandeep kaur and sandeep kumar. but company is not ready to pay my PF, they always said to me when i made the call to them that ' company abhi handover de rahi hai kisi or group ko to time lagega'. this is not fare for ex employee.i m getting frustate with these kind of answering by them. Secondly, HR deppartment give me my insulting experience letter, my father is alive but they mentioned LATE before of my father name.when i ask to mr. Arun srivastava regarding the same he started mis behave and abuse to me.i can show u the proof of whole conversation.plz help me.i shall be very thankfull to you.

KFC service/housekeeping

on 6 June we went to the kfc outlet in hemingways mall east London, before we even walked in the door we saw that there was cool drink bottles, kfc boxes, chicken bones and used serviettes lying all over the tables out side where the customers are suppose to be sitting for their meals. When we walked inside there was a queue of people waiting to be served and there was only one person asisting. When we finally did get to the front the staff member then decided that she had to leave the people to stand while she picked up a few things from inside the store. The others staff were walking around the store or just chatting. Once we got our meal we went to sit outside where we had to clear the tables ourselves in order to have somewhere clean to eat. This is also not the first time that this store has looked so neglected. I will not be going back there and will definitely not advise others to either. Utterly disgusted.

KFC 1hr delay on the orders and unprofessional service

I ordered a 12 piece chicken delivery service from KFC on 10th June 2015, requested that it has be arriving at 12 noon 11th June 2015. I also got a confirmation from the staff in the morning about the delivery item, time, and address on 11th June morning. However i have wait until 12.15pm, still did not receive any call from KFC.

I decided to call KFC at 03-[protected]. Not sure which branch is this, they said that driver has already took off at 11.45am and there might be some delay at Sri Hartamas and thus causing the delay. I have a whole bunch of colleagues waiting while they are having dominoes pizza, I agreed and understood that i have to wait due to the rain (although there was no rain at my area, but i do not about Sri Hartamas.)

All of us waited, and called KFC at about 1230pm, 1245pm to find out about the status. Worst of all the food were finished and all of us were still not full. At 1245pm there was a lady calling from 03-[protected], said that it will take another 15 mins as the driver was not familiar with the road.

Then here came the 'best' customer service i have ever faced in my life. I apologised to the staff as i might sounded unpleasant because i had waited so long just for my lunch. she asked me if i we were willing to wait, we were enraged. However, there were few questions we had and caused us to have such unpleasant experience with the Bad customer service KFC has:

1. Why are you hiring a driver which does not know the area at all ? Heavy rain and therefore you were late for 45 mins -1 hrs ? There is also no intention telling us when is the ETA, only willing to telll 15 mins everytime i asked about.
2. When we asked "if there is a mean that i can file a complain". This lady sounded funny and answered back "Thank you, terima kasih, and bye bye" and cut down the line, which really made us so angry. This is the worst service i had with the F&B industry. I think it would be great to just apologise if your service is late. However, this lady tried to sound funny and really made the customer had a very bad impression with the KFC. It is unprofessional and bad service. She has no means that the staff would like to apologise for the delay, and even tried to take customer's complain as a joke.

We seriously think that there can be a lot of improvement with the KFC, especially when it comes to customer complain handling.
