We don't know much about how KFC handles customer complaints outside ComplaintsBoard, but what we see here, on our website, is quite disappointing. We think there might be reasons for the company's actions (like not knowing about the complaints), and we would be happy to see them among customer-focused businesses that easily solve customer problems. But until that happens, we ask reviewers to be cautious when dealing with KFC and using their services, and to carefully read the experiences of other customers on ComplaintsBoard, because who is warned is armed, you know! 💪

KFC poor service - lying mgmt - lack of product

I pull through their drive-thru at 10:45pm and ask for an 8-piece, white meat, extra crispy meal which comes with 2 sides. I choose mashed potatoes for my 1st side and corn on the cob for my 2nd side. The guy says they have no corn. Since we really don't eat any of the other sides, we opt for double mashed potatoes.

They then tell me that they are out of extra crispy chicken and it will be 11 minutes until they will have more.

So I pull into the parking lot and wait 15 minutes.

15 minutes later... I again pull up to the drive-thru and ask if they now have extra crispy chicken. They say yes. Ok... So I place my order again for an 8-piece, white meat, extra crispy meal with double mashed potatoes.

When I pull up to the window, the guy who took my order (apparently the manager) was bringing a bag out to another person who had placed an order for extra crispy chicken. So some other worker... a spanish girl with her hair pulled back packed up my order and sent me on my way.

I get home and open my bucket... There is no extra crispy chicken in it... There is no white meat in it... In fact... there isn't even 8 pieces in it... My bucket contained 4 original thighs and 3 original legs... 7 pieces... Not only couldn't the girl distinguish between original chicken and extra crispy, nor white or dark meat, but she also couldn't count to 8.

So I call the store... The guy who took my order answers... I tell him what happened... He apologizes and says he took my order but today was his first day. He tells me to bring it back and he will give me the correct items. I ask for his name. He says it's Melquin. I ask what the girl's name is. He tells me that he's not sure which girl it was but that she already left for the night. WHAT? How does he NOT know who it was BUT at the same time he knows that she left for the night? Yeah... ok!

So I drive 10 minutes back. It's now about 11:25 when I get back there.

I pull up to the window and the guy is there. I ask for the manager. He tells me he is the manager. This is the guy who just told me on the phone that it was his first day. And to boot... The girl who he didn't know who she was that apparently already left for the night, was standing behind him sweeping the floor.

So I call him out on the first lie about it being his first day, and then about the girl who filled my order not being there.

I give him back the bag of food that I got the first time... He asks me if I want the extra crispy chicken. I say ok. So he then says... It'll be 15 minutes because we don't have 8 pieces. WHAT?!?!?!?!?

I told him to forget it and demanded my money back. I drove home... Hungry... It was now an hour later than when I placed my original order... I call the corporate number... A REAL PERSON answers... at like 12:30 at night... Who'd have thought?

So I go over everything that happened. She robotically reads me the monotonous scripted apology and takes down my info with the promise that it will be forwarded to higher management.

So I guess I am waiting to hear from some higher management either from the corporate office or the location itself.

This has to be THE WORST KFC in the history of KFC's. If the Colonel were still alive, he would literally [censored] his pants if he saw how these clowns were running his business into the ground.

I don't recommend going ANYWHERE near this place. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else... ANYWHERE else!

Sory. Had to step out on a call. I was never angry at anyone. Simply defending myself when people come at me as a result of not having the whole story or understanding what they are reading. You can judge me all you want. I never said I was better than anyone. In fact, it was Tammy who first took a stab at me being an EMT to begin with. Again, I will not hesitate to stand up for myself when someone wants to take a jab at me. None of this changes the fact that the service at the KFC is horrible. I don't have to think I'm better than someone else to complain about poor service. That is what this board is here for... Is it not? So why then do other members seem to get all twisted when someone posts a complaint? The reason some of the comments were removed were because they contained sexual and violent threats aimed at my family from some derranged member. I could care less if someone disagreed with my complaint. Everyone has a right to their opinion. But to start posting vulgar obscenities towards my family and children for posting a complaint about chicken is absurd. I can see now that posting complaints on this so called complaint board is a waste of time. Instead of people taking note to avoid similar situations, you instead constantly bash the poster for months after. Unreal.

Thank you Brenda. You prove my point entirely. Most users on here just like to chime in and put someone down for defending themselves. For your information, Tammy, like other's went off on me because she misread something, in addition to not having the entire story. Tammy acknowledges this in her last post. However, you... like Tammy feel the need to bash me for defending myself again. This board is useless. What's the use of making a complaint on a complaint board if you're just going to be bashed for making a complaint. Isn't that what the "Complaints Board" is for? Guess I misunderstood the reason the board is here.

My point is, is that yourself and others who do not have the whole story, feel justified in attacking me for my comments... Which were in fact replies to harsh, vulgar attacks from other users. I never attacked anyone on here. I simply defended myself when attacked by other users. To this day, Trevor is the only one who stood by my side and was witness to the comments made by "Irish". I'm sure I can expect to have another user like yourself attack me next week as well without having the whole story. How does the old saying go? "Ignorance is bliss"?

Trevor even quotes the other guy "Irish" in defense to me. My comment below Trevor was also in response to "Irish's" comments. Can you see now why I am so defensive at this point? Because people like yourself are taking a story that is half there and attacking me for basically saying my KFC experience was poor. This is ridiculous.

And where do you get off attacking someone for being an EMT? God help you if you ever need to call 911 for help. We volunteer our time to help people. We don't get paid for it. And as for your comment that it's the doctors who do all the work, thus degrading our efforts even more... Most of us are med students volunteering our time while we are in school, in addition to our regular day jobs and classes. We know a lot more than cpr and driving fast, but you can paint the picture any way you like, because you obviously have no idea what you are talking about.

Also... If you read Trevors posts again, you will see that he was standing up for me... He was quoting a post from a user named "Irish" whos posts have been removed. My responses that you are claiming to be attacking everyone were all directed at this user named "Irish" who was very hostile and foul mouthed and made threatening remarks against me and my family in response to me making a complaint. He apparently had some serious issues which caused him to be banned form the forum, thus removing his posts which you can no longer view.

If you read my original post, all I did was outline my experience. Every comment left by others were pretty much attacking me for even making a complaint. Many of which were removed by the admin here for the use of foul language. Unfortunately some of my responses to those comments have remained on the thread, giving an inaccurate picture of the conversations that really took place here. So you can think what you want. The fact still remains that the service at the KFC I went to is horribly poor. They do not seem to care either, as they never even bothered to follow up on my original complaint to them.

Excuse me, but I am being attacked for making a complaint about poor service at KFC. unfortunately, many of the earlier comments containing the attacking posts were removed for foul comments. So you are not getting the whole picture. Many of my comments were responses to the harsh words of others. So your opinion is coming from a very narrow view of the actual conversations that have been had on here.

Trevor agred with me, so why would I respond to him in a derrogatory manner. Does it make sense at all? The comment I left after his post does not even refer to his post. It was clearly left for someone else in response. So again... you are just another person who has not gotten the whole story, attacking me for responding to other foul mouthed complaints.

It's easy to attack someone when you don't have the whole story. Makes people feel good I guess to chime in and attack others when they don't have their facts straight.

Unfortunately, at the time of night when my shift ended there were not many options available. And for anyone that will say I should have ordered a salad from McD's or Wendys... I hate to tell you but their Salads contain about as many calories as a Bic Mac... Much worse for you than eating a KFC extra crispy breast minus the skin.

The original chicken is steamed, leaving much of the fat from the skin in the chicken. The fried one contains less fat. Go figure.

Wow... Thank you for the foul mouthed response. Just goes to show how low class you really are. You are also apparently too inept to read the posts correctly. Trevor and I agreed with each other. The post of mine that you are referring to was in response to someone else's post that contained a ton of foul mouthed remarks, much like yours does. I will be reporting your comments as well which will be removed the same as the other one was.

Actually, a KFC extra crispy chicken breast (with the skin removed) is the healthiest choice for anyone on a diet compared to other fast food options. For example, a skin-removed extra crispy chicken breast is only 2 points in the weight watchers diet system, compared to an average 10 points for a fast food burger. The chicken itself is not the kiler, it's the fried skin. This is why I order the white meat (breasts) only... Which is why I was disgruntled after waiting an hour for my order only to get home to a bucket full of nasty legs and thighs, and not even the correct number of pieces. Not to mention, they charged me an extra $6 for my white meat only request. So not only did they give me an incorrect order after an hour wait... They charged me a premium for it. So yes, I have every right to be disgruntled at their service. As for calling people employees... I can't see how anyone who is NOT an employee would take so much offense to my complaint.

I usually do check my order actually. But I had gotten off a 16 hour shift and thought I could put a little bit of faith in someone filling my chicken order. People put their faith in me all day long to not kill them in the process of saving them. I guess my complaint stems from the fact that these people have no pride in their work. I've worked fast food when I was 16 and I know for a fact that it's not rocket science. My order was not complicated. It was 8 pieces of chicken in a bucket. I probably would have been more forgiving if I had placed a huge order with many items and something got screwed up.

Actually, no. I'm a 36 y/o emt who just finished working a 16 hour shift saving people. I don't think that I should have to check my order when their task is far from rocket science to begin with. All they do is read the order and fill it. And they couldn't get that right. As for pointing out that the girl was spanish, I was describing her to him so he could tell who I was talking about. I suppose you are a minority who has gotten profiled in the past which makes you jump on the race card the minute someone says the word spanish. In addition, the same employees were there every time I was present. It also wasn't his first day as he had claimed. He was pretending to be a new employee on the phone and I caught him in his lie when I went back, as stated in my complaint. My guess is that you are one of the sad, undereducated employees that work there and feel that you must defend your crew. Go crawl back under your rock. You are obviously an employee of KFC to have taken it as such a personal matter. They need to close this KFC down. I guess you would have to find another job if they did though... huh?

The cashier who took my money was the same person getting my food. I immediately told her to wash her hands and I did not want that order. If you are handling the cash you should not be handling the food.

just to let you know that on the 28/8/2010 @ 6.02PM I Purchased a dinner pack special for 19.99 and a large gravy with was half filled, is stemmed like it had been used, the chicken was uncooked and saturated in oil and uneatable and the box that the chicken was placed in had no paper to hold the chicken and as i got the box out of the paper bag all the chicken landed on the floor and was throwout

i am very disappointed @ the west wentworthville store more that one time

KFC employees dont make ammends as promised

On may 2 2010. At 10:05 pm. I ordered an original double down sandwich. When I got home I found nothing but two grilled chicken breasts and nothing else. I called them immediately when I found out and spoke to Gaspar Lopez the manager he said next time I come in he would give me the proper sandwich when I brought the reciept since they are now closed. When I came back on may 15 2010, they said there is nothing they could do. I said excuse me? And the supervisor and employee began laughing at me which provoked me to say I'm not leaving til its resolved, of course I had to use vocabulary of a 2 year old since nobody in this store on te shift spoke sufficient English understand me. The male employee, said he doesn't have to do anything. The I told the female supervisor to call gaspar Lopez to verify. Even after I showed her the reciept my cell phones call log from may 2nd proving I was not lying. On the bottom of the reciept it says "our goal is 100% customer satisfaction" I call kfc's BS. Even though she finally made me a sandwich at no charge I am far from satisfied and will tell everyone not to ever go to kfc for any purpose.

KFC manager anasha

Yesterday (May 10, 2010) my husband, mother in-law and myself went into the above mentioned KFC for dinner. The sales ticket was time stamped at 5:50pm. The Manager of this store spoke very loud to her employees as well as customers. She yelled at her co-workers like they were all deaf, and was very rude to them. While we sat and ate our luke warm dinners, which was another problem in itself, we could hear and see her yelling at customers as well. I asked the gentleman who took our order to give me her name, as I was going to report her to the KFC complaint line or email. He told me that he would ask her to lower her voice and I asked him not too. If this is how she sounds and treats her staff and customers, she should be let go. She was so rude and loud that I was hoping other customers would complain about her too.

We spent $16.92 for meals that were luke warm, the tables were dirty, and the Manager, who thought she was alot more than she was, ruined our dinner. We will not go to that KFC again. We thought we would have a nice dinner out, and instead it turned out to be a nightmare.

I hope something is done to stop this so called Manager from driving all of your customers away.

Hi Moussie52. I agree with you. I have been to fast food establishments where the workers are very inconsiderate towards customers as well as the employees. When I was in highschool, I worked at fast food restaurants and we were always courteous and taught that the customer is always right. It's too bad that is not practiced today as much as it used to be. A recent example, my son and I went thru a drive -thru at a fast food restaurant and the order we received was incorrect. While still at the window, I checked the order and told the drive thru personnel this was not my order. Well, she grabbed the bag from my hand and glared at me as if it was my fault. Then, she began yelling at the employees asking who is the "stupid one" who prepared this ticket order. When the order was complete and corrected, she almost threw the bag in my window of my car. I did complain to the District Manager and she is no longer there. As for someone else telling you that "something is wrong with your story", - that is uncalled for, and they possibly never go out dining or maybe are just sooooo nice, they are never treated rudely- nah, doubt that just by the rude comment they gave you!

KFC disgusting attitudes

This isnt the first time this has happened, But I'm usually one of those guys who brush it off and not worry about it.

But today I was made to feel like a child getting told of.

I was asked by my partner to pick up a 12 piece bucket after work (Which this is actually the first bucket that I've personally been in store to collect) So i went to the tills and ordered the bucket, doing so, My partner rings me (Which I find rude to answer the phone when dealing with a transaction, But I knew this was involved with the purchase), She wanted to get the bigger bucket, So I said fine and apologised to the cashier and say can i have the 15 piece instead.

To which he replied, "well next time can you make sure you know what your DOING before coming over to buy", Well that was it, Ive never been so embarrassed in my life, Even other customers noticed how rude and abrupt the cashier was with me.

Also, He doesn't let you speak, As soon as you go to the cashier, he says "Eat in, take out", then "pepsi, Diet pepsi, Pepsi max, 7up, Tango" etc etc. Leaving me either A - annoyed at what I see as aggressive behavior and B - Finding myself asking him to repeat what he has said, As it is said at speed I never knew man could speak.

Im disgusted with the way I was treat, And in all honestly could of punched the cashier he got me that angry.

Like I said, I wouldnt complain if it was the first time, But now its getting too much.

I hope you take my complaint with professionalism which the cashier, Obviously is lacking.

KFC staff and manager abuse staff

I am complaing against to my manager Naveethan. He behave very bad with me and I can't understand what they were saying about me because they all srilankan tamil. I am from india..they call me in bad words and he touch my private parts in my body like an accidient. If i told him not to do it. he cut down my hours, i travel to work from far. they all trate me very bad. at the moment i can't get other job because of my launge problems. I don't know where to complain about this. some time I feel [censored]. always go home with tears. why they can't mix the people i am the one from different country others same people. if you can please help me to solve this troubles.

pada 7.mei 2010 iaitu pada pukul 1 tengah hari, saya ingin membeli ayam tok dibawa balik, tetapi pada masa itu cuma ada 3 kaunter yang bukak dan berjaln, manakala 3 kaunter lagi tutup [closed] kemana pergnya staff.kalau kesibukan orang ramai bratur bukak la kaunter itu.buat pe kaunte bnyak tpi yang bukak pada masa itu cuma ada 3kaunter sahaja, setiap kali saya pergi kfc teluk intan pasti akan berrlaku.Kenapa ye restoran manager dengan manager yang lain tidak ambik berat ke? Saya tahu la restoran manager dengan semua manager makan gaji buta je.tiap-tiap bulan dapat gaji.Adakah nie yang dinamakan seorang pangkat seorang restoran manager.Saya harp pihak atasan dapat atasi masalah nie.saya berharap ada perubahan bila saya datang lagi ke kfc teluk intan.Dulu masa restoran manager yang lama elok je x ada pun jadi mcm nie

dulu ada seorg kfc manager yg bernama Saravanan.dia tlh menjadi manager kfc t.intan hampir 15 thn.Pd suatu hari, salah seorg staf telah membuat kesalahan dan menuduh Saravanan dan menyebabkan kontrak dia dibatalkan.Semenjak hari itu, kfc telah MATI akibat kehilangan seorg manager yg mengambil berat tentang pelanggan dan menasihati semua staf utk bekerja dgn keras agar pelanggan rasa puas.Saya harap Area Manager yg ...(ditapis)... dpt ditukar dan menyiasat semula kes ini krn saya suspek dia juga terlibat.tolonglah!
Bukan itu sahaja, kalau Saravanan ada di kfc pasti 100% dan kalau Saravanan tiada di kfc pasti 0%.SARAVANAN IS THE BEST!

KFC need new management

Something needs to be done with the management in this restaurant. The owner has been told that her manager Jess has been sleeping with at least five differant male employees. The staff has made complaints that when a female comes into the store asking for an aplication Jess tells them that they are not hiring. When a male comes into the store she interviews and hires them. Everyone of the new male employees she has had sex with. She also uses drugs and the owner knows this and refuses to do anything about it. I think this is a very poor way of running this business and it will end up leading to a sexual harassment law suit and it wont look good for this company. I have a couple of male and female friends that work there and I have herd them talking about all that have been going on and that the owner seams to not care about the situation. I don't think the community would like to know what is going on in this place, I am to the point of taking this to the local news paper if this is not dealt with.

also, jess is a great manager. she runs the store great and its more difficult than some people would like to think. its not and easy job. everyone thinks they are better than you because you are working fast food, but the truth of it is that we have to deal with a lot. i dont know if what was written is true or not. but the person that wrote it has nothing better to do with their time than come on this site and write a complaint that they have nothing to do with personally. wow get a life. and people who commented. KFC terrible customer service

I went through the drive through with my daughter and the Manager who was apparently off duty was standing behind the counter where the food prep was, and brushing her hair. As the server was handing me my change the manager was having a loud conversation with another employee across the restaurant swearing and carrying on. I stopped the server and said "Excuse me what is that all about" The server told the manager to stop and the off duty manager who was wearing no uniform approached the window. I asked her if there was an issue and if those words just came out of her mouth and she acted like she had no idea what was going on. The server appologized on her Managers behalf. As I pulled away she said other obsene things but this time directed to me with my daughter in the car. I am complaining to the Corporation and hopefully there is video of this incident on camers.

KFC terrible service

I were traveling back to Las Vegas from LA, when we got hungry and decided on KFC, we got to the 2785 Lenwood Rd, Barstow, CA location at 7:00PM, there were 2 customers ahead of us. There was a manager (Female) and two workers (male). We went to place our order and they told us that they were out of Mac and Cheese and also out of corn on the cob. I asked for a #13 and an additional Double Crisp sandwich, which I was charged $4.99 for. We waited and waited for our order, as we were waiting, previous customers were returning asking for bisckets that they never got, and also sporks that another customer didn't get. As we were waiting for our food the manager taped a piece of paper on the front door, saying closing early due to Easter, this was at 7:15 PM Sunday the 4th of April 2010. So as we waitied she asked our server to go and lock the door which took time away from him helping us. So we are still waiting for our food and another customer returned to say that they didn't get thier Parfiet, the manager gave them two because of the wait and the mistake. So now after 30 minutes of waiting we get our order and go to leave and all the doors are locked. Which I believe to be a big no no because of an emergency there would be no exits! So we waited another 5 minutes to get the door unlocked. After we were let out, we got into our car and I was backing out when my son said he had no spoon for his mashed potatoes. So I returned to the front door, which is locked and pounded on it to get someones attention, the man that served us started coming to the door when I gestured that we needed spoons, he got the spoons and unlocked the door an gave me the spoons. I started to remove the items from my bag and found that the extra sandwhich was not there that I payed for.

I ordered the 3 chicken strips combo with a side order of potato wedges, 2 apple turnovers and a sweet tea. I was told to pull up and wait 4 minutes for the turnovers. Instead, I waited 12 minutes. My total had come to $6.39. When I got home, I noticed there were no wedges but wedges were on my receipt. Many other times I've been cheated out of my money coming here and waiting for long periods of time. I don't know whether they just don't have enough help, or if they intensionally screw up their customers orders.

The worst KFC store ever. The drive thru didn't work, so we had to go inside to order. The place was full of smoke because of the ventilation system.The front door had broken glass and the no ice for your drinks.The bathroom didn't have any hand dryers that worked.The dining room area was very dirty and unkept.There was a young girl running around the kitchen area and front counter.This store needs to be taken over by corporate because it's giving KFC a bad rap.We stopped in this store on 5/2/2010 and it will be the last.The cashier that took our order and our money was the same person that fixed our food.

I am completely disgusted by the service my family and I received on 4/3/10 and believe that the company ought to to something about the way these employees are serving their customers and representing the company.

I believe you should file your complaint on KFC's website or write to the corporate office as I am. I hope you don't mind me referencing this webpage on my complaint. I just want them to see the pattern of service these employees are rendering to their customers.

KFC no stock

Every 5 minutes they advertise the KFC Krushers milkshake on the TV, and it had been 5 times now, that we have been to KFC in Westdene Bloemfontein that they don't have the Krushers. We think it is absolutely pathetic! We will never support that KFC again! And the other KFC in Bloemfontein is too far, so in other words, WE WILL NOT SUPPORT KFC AGAIN if that is the case!

WE wan to complain about the staff of KFC ! All the STAFF din work properly and lazy! Infront door there got a notice wrote " open late until 3am", but the staff around 1:20am already get ready to close and got customer wan order, the STAFF said no chicken already and dun wan to cook it! WTF! i HOPE KFC MAIN branch can take action about it! thanks ~

anyway, i want complaint about the staff of tat kfc who is work at midnight...didn't work properly and lazy...the kfc is open until mid night 3 am but around 1.30 am want close already..they also dont want cook new one even if no more chicken and other...we also have 1 experience of tat kfc is about the burger of there very hard of that bread...
we hope the company of kfc can take action about tat place kfc...thank you

KFC awful service

Skelmersdale KFC has to be the worst ever built. I am amazed how it survives. Every time i go they are out of stock on things I want. Awful. Even when it is in stock and I get it home its either undercooked or the order is wrong.
I suppose we pay the price for them employing a bunch of kids who frankly dont give a ###. There attitude stinks and they are unhelpful.
The place needs looking into.

I refuse to beleive there to be a worse place with worse staff in the country.

I also refuse to beleive there to be a Kentucky Fried Chicken in the country that runs out of chicken.

I will never go there again until word of mouth tells me the service and staff have been over hauled.

I totally agree with the comments made above about the KFC in the concourse Skelmersdale, this is THE WORST kfc in the north west. I keep going back because i think it will get better but it never has, something must be done! I cant believe the rubbish i have had out of there..
Overcooked chicken and undercooked chicken is their specialty along with missing items on your order. The icecream machine was always off and eventually abolished, AS SHOULD THIS KFC BE!

KFC chocking hazard..?

My husband surprised my 2yr old son today with some KFC's Popcorn chicken.
He just loves the stuff.
He was just sitting in the living room coloring with his crayon, eating his popcorn chicken, when he began chokeing.
My husband and I have never jumped up so quickly before in our lives.
though thank god, after smacking his back and shoving our fingers in his mouth to get the food out, to our surprise we pulled out a chicken bone from his throat.

After calming him, and discarding the rest of the meal, I immediatly called head office to complain.
I at first left a msg on their voicemail with information for them to reach me back. (at 12:30)
by 4:00 I still had heard nothing. So I tried and tried until about 4:30, when someone finally got on the phone.
And all I'm told is someone from the franchise will call me back in 48 hours.

WTF!
What if my 2yr old son had chocked on that bone and died..?
I am beyond angry that there was a bone in their food, but extreamly angry that this is the way it's dealt with...

KFC customer service

Female manager who doesn't like certain people in public gives bad customer service in kfc/taco bell to those people. Owners should question other employees about said manager with out fear of being fired or singled out by said manager. Apparently this bad customer service happens often, and nothing is being done to correct the problem.

I went to get a "tailgate" bucket of chicken for myself and my three children. I was told that the grilled chicken would be about 8 minutes which I said I would wait for. After ten minutes, I was told that the grilled chicken was still not ready but the crispy style which I ordered would also be about 13 more minutes.

I asked why I wasnt told about the crispy chicken when I was told about the grilled chicken also, and the staff member (John) said they had a rush lately and they had to cook more. I could not wait another 13 minutes after waiting ten minutes already so I asked for my money back and John said to me, "Why, you cant wait". I said I did not have the time and during Sunday meal hours, it was 6 pm, why was the place not prepared. He said to me, "well sir, this isnt Burger King".

I have never been so inulted and treated so rudely before and if it were not for my three children wanting KFC about three to four times a month, I would never give KFC any business again and will tell everyone I know about this incident. It just so happens that four other people walked out with me at the same time.

I would think that KFC would want customers in these tough economic times, but I guess I am wrong, the way they treat their customers. This store was sotre number X721601 at 298 Washington Street in Weymouth, MA and the employee who made the smart comment was JOHN.

Definitely not an asset to KFC that is for sure

I wish to complaint about irrespective service of KFC in Eastham.I went to buy food i asked for eating in and she harshly told me we dont have tray to give and food was cold and the representative name is Farzana.No smile in service there are only two member on till. In lobby they need extra person for work so no one was there to clean lobby properly and keep tidy the plates so always they will talk rudely with customers.They must required 2 more member to work but irresponsive answers. Im kindly requesting here that please let them know that do proper and kind service for customer so that they can worth for spend money there.
Plz take further action and tell the Manager to guide workers in good way and give good respect to customers im really sorry about the incident.If they will continue with same attitudes no one will go to KFC they may loose hope n it.

KFC service

After eating at this KFC for the second time on two different Sunday afternoons and recieveing the same poor service I felt like I needed to turn in a complaint to
possibly help get this problem corrected. Having to wait 25 minuted for a chicken strip meal is not acceptable. Especially when some other people come in and
the person that waited on us takes a freshly cooked chicken strip meal to their table and there are three people that haven't gotten theirs and we had been there
well over 15 minutes at that time. Somebody is showing favorites and also someone is not managing the store very well as far as the cooking and getting the
customers their food. We want return for awhile. Hope you can get things straighten out. Their going to lose business at this rate.

I never recived the speakers I ordered back in september of 2009 I have tried talking and calling this business day in and day out and emailing none of this seems to ever help they sent me and email stating my order was canceled and they would be crediting back my credit card within three days it has been 2 months and still no money or any responses from the company

KFC shocking service

To whom it may concern
I live in gonubie in east london in south africa. Kfc opened a branch there which I thought was great but now I think its a waist of kfc's money and time. Do you know if I go through the drive through and my husband drives to kfc in beacons bay (Please bear in mind this is a + / - 10 min drive from gonubie. ) by the time he has got there and placed his order and paid and recieved his food, I am still sitting outside the kfc in gonubie waiting for my food as there is always a delay they say of 3 min... Which I can handle but there 3 mn lands up to 45 min and I am not even joking or over doing it. I have ordered food through the drive through then had to go back inside to get the right order cause they gave me some one elses order, the once I got back to my car I found they stuffed it up again. I had to go back inside 5 times in a matter of and hour of waiting for those pathetic people inside there to try scratch the brains that god gave them and try get my order right. I have now got to the point that I do not even go back I have given up with kfc in gonubie. And I dont think u understand how bad they are, the one night there were 8 cars waiting outside to get there food from the drive through. Is it not a drive through cause when u go through it u can order and get ur food in one shot and not have to go into the shop. They should rename it to a drive and wait through. Please I dont mean to ### and moan but you need to do something about that branch cause it is really bad. I mean so bad that my husband and I did the test to see who would be faster. Go to beacon bay or gonubie. And I mean we live in gonubie and he still won the bet.
I can go on and on about all the bad service I have there, cause I go to kfc once a week. Sometimes more. One afternoon my son was booked off of school cause he had german meisles so I went to the drive through cause I did not want to go into the shop just in case there was a pregnant woman inside, so anyway I go through they ask me to wait in the parking lot for three min... 35 min later I got out my car and also please it was summer (29 degrees outside) I have a child running a temp in the car of about 38 degrees and I still asked the lady please to harry up I would even giver her a tip cause my child is really really sick and I need to get him home cause we just came from the doc, she said no fine she would make a plan. So anyway I go inside and I ask were my food was and I gave them my slip, they said to me they did not have and invoice for that no and time, but mean while back at the ranch I had paid already and they told me to wait thank goodness the cashier recognised me and told them that they other lady had voided or credited the invoice and that it should have been invoiced again. So I had to wait another 10 min. I ask nicely for my money back and told them were they could stick it.
So now what I am asking of you. What are you going to do about this? Are you going to do anything at all?

I am sick and tired of going to KFC Brackenhurst, Alberton. Every time I have gone there their credit card machines are not working. I understand that they have ### with signal and connection but seriously. Besides that when you arrive at the drive thru there is no notification that their machines are not working, place your order at the 1st window pay at the next only to find that you have to go inside to pay... and guess what the F@#king machines are not working. I will never go to KFC again to be inconvenienced and have my day spoilt. Another thing KFC needs to look at employing people with the correct skills, asked to speak to management and when I complained to this Manageress all she could do was shrug her shoulders, GREAT customer care. I will be spreading the word about how useless KFC as a whole are.

I agree, I had the same thing happen to me at the Portage KFC in south bend IN. I also had a friend of mine say he never got service at that store. Unfortunately nothing will be done about it because it's a franchise and the owners don't care. The only hope is that KFC will buy back the franchise and turn it back into a positive business like McDonalds had to do.

KFC credit card machine payment problem

May I know why the card machine for payment using Visa or Mastercard at KFC Menglembu, Ipoh branch always out of service? There are two counters with two card machines at this outlet but unfortunately both also out of service everytime I have my lunch and dinner or supper there. Everytime when I wanted to make payment with my Visa Debit or Mastercard Debit, the staff there always give the reason that the card machine cannot use, network problem, no respond from the card machine and etc. Even everytime I ask “Did you ask technician to fix it?”, the answer from the staff there always the same, that is already call for technician and now waiting for technician to repair.

Yesterday (15th March 2010), I have my supper again at there around 9.45pm and I use my Visa Debit card for payment after I make my order. This time the staff says Visa or Mastercard is not accepted or used here. Then I point to the “We accept Visa, Mastercard for payment here” signboard and ask the staff that serves me why my Visa Debit card is not accepted here. What is the purpose of putting the signboard there showing” We accept Visa, Mastercard for payment here” and the card machine there and say the card is not accepted here? Is it for display purpose only? After that, the staff only say the card machine cannot use.

My questions are
- Is it the same meaning between “Visa or Mastercard cannot accept for payment here” and “Card machine problem that cause Visa or Mastercard cannot accept here for payment at this moment”?
- Is it the staff of this branch don’t know how to use the card machine for payment? So, they always say the card machine got problem?

Nowadays, government always encourages people to use debit card everywhere for making payment. Unfortunately, I always can’t enjoy this facilities and privilege at this KFC Menglembu, Ipoh branch. This branch always gives me a lot of problem and lot of bad experience. If this problem cannot fix it, I suggest that the card machine and the signboard of “We accept Visa, Mastercard for payment here” should be taken off from this outlet.
