I went through the drive-thru on Monday night 08-04-08 at about 8:00 pm. I ordered a 12 piece legs and thigh meal original and I did not get my free picnic bag because the manger said it was on special but I paid 23.69 so how can that be a special the special was 8.98 chicken only. That's not it the problem started when I got home and found out that my chicken was extra crispy and not original and the cole slaw tasted bad. So I called them on the phone and they get all nasty and they did not come up with a suitable solution other than me driving all the way back over there and wasting my gas in a car that uses super. I am not a happy camper and I would suggest that you not do this type of work if you do not working with the public we customer pay good money to eat out when we can and we choose your establishment and we get treated like crap and our order is crap and the remedy is crap in total your whole place is full of crap and I will not be coming back... NO THANKS A USED TO BE LOYAL COSTUMER
