KFC service

On april 21/13, went to Fort Frances branch of KFC to place order of 14 pc bargain bucket with med. gravy & med potato salad ($47 Can). After waiting 5 minutes, the jr. clerk then told me it would be 15minutes. got my order at 25minutes after told about wait. it took 35 minutes to place & get my order and it should have been 10 mins max. I ran a kitchen with >700 meals / shift, if there is a delay, let the customer ahead before taking his money under FALSE circumstances. this is very poor service and does not produce good customer feeling. i am not happy with the service and will not be returning to KFC fort frances for long while. allen raoul, [protected]@gmail.com

It is a ritual for us to have kfc e/ry Sun. I went there and spent 38.00
for a bucket of chicken and extra sides for the family dinner. When I
placed my order I told the drive thru. that I wanted no thighs. I told
him that wings or legs would be fine to replace them. He said (that
will be no problem) when I got home I had a bucket full of thighs. I
called to report to the manager, although she did replace the meal
when I went to pick it up, there again a bucket full of thighs. I'm done
with kfc. The chicken is always old and greasy when you do get it. It's
a shame because when it is right it is good.

Service standards - i waited 15 minutes before getting served and an extra 10 for my meal and the chips where forgotten this is not the first time it has happend, other occasions I have recevied the hot and spicy chicken when I asked for original recepie.
Food Quality - over cooked or undercooked, and i was served a burger with rotten lettuce.
The staff need retraining on customer service and food prep, this is becoming a joke, and i belive the company needs to reconsider what they training they are giving there staff, all companies that i have worked for in the past have made customer service their first prioity, I dont think that they are taking that into consideration, and also food preperation and attention to detail should be of importance also some people have illergic reactions to spicy foods, and the quality that the food is being served in is ridiculious and it is not healthy.

Ordered 2 drumstick kids meals from the drive through which were wrong when they came ( which was fine as mistakes happen) so took them back into the store to get replaced. To my horror the server went on to put the chicken back in the 'hot store' and not the bin for reuse when they had been out for at least 5 minutes by the time i got back in and served. God only knows what germs are in the chicken now and all this was done whilst standing in front of the manager... shocking! To top off my experience there was a family in having a meal and once finished got up and started to leave the restaurant only to be shouted to " thanks for tidying up your mess, its much appreciated" by the very femanine male server who then laughed as if this was funny!
I cannot stress how much this entire experience has shocked me as the manager was there and as someone who runs their own business i have to say that anyone showing that kind of attitude would have been sacked on the spot for gross misconduct! Abusing customers for something that they should have staff to do is just wrong!

We waked into the rest. with 2 people standing to the side. (Waiting on their order) We proceded to the counter and waited for someone to wait on us. meanwhile taking notice to one girl talking on her cell-phone, 2 gentleman chatting on the back, and another standing in the back and another employee standing at the drive thru. When the cashier arrives her attitude was very harsh! We placed our order which totaled 25.00 and waited. She handed us our cups so we proceeded to go and get our drinks. When we used the machine all it poured our was syrup. All the while the people waiting to the side are still waiting for their food. Complaining about how long it is taking. We then approached the counter again to get new cups because it was so thick in our glasses the lady shouts from the drive thru oh yeah none of those juices work. Well theres no sign posted. Could we please have new glasses. By this time there have been possible 3 or 4 more customers that have walked in and placed orders. The one customer by this point was finally served. The others still waiting when one employee starts asking customers about our order. It was ready. Before the people ahead of us whom by now have said that they have been waiting 20 minutes for their order. They placed our order in to-go bags when we were dining in gave us no silverware or napkins. So back up to the counter again for these items. Another 5 minutes go by and the 1st people that were ahead of us were served. only to find out that they had not completed the order correctly. Still all this time there has not been a sign posted for the beverages my husband and I have been telling customers that the juices were out. one customer finally said something and an employee finally posted a sign on the machine. What a joke that this visit was. the employees were not properly in uniforms. perhaps it's kfc policy that their shirts don't need to be tucked in or that other articles of clothing could be worn. (sweatshirts etc.) I & my husband have managed food establishment and our employees would have been let go with this complaint. Somethings really need changing in this location. Customer service was awful. It only takes one bad visit for someone never to return and only one person to tell another about his location. For it all to unravel.

The Supervisor at the shop at Baulkham Hills namely Anuk Silva was very rude, arrogant and disrespectful to me on Saturday 24/07/10.

The girl at the counter namely Freya served me and was prepared to make minor changes such as original to hot & spicy etc. She was also prepared to give me a senior's discount as I am a senior.

This bright guy comes along and cancels every thing and told me "Take it or Leave it ". This was all after the girl at the counter had done all the necessary formalities. I did take it but told him that I would complain.

I would like to know what action you take or intend to take towards this person.

When you go to a resturant at11:30 they should have food cooked. This is a fast food resturante. I and my daughter had to wait 35 minutes for them to have our food ready. There was no chicken cooked. One of the workers completed of having to give out desserts because we had to wait. I WILL not recommend KFC again nor will I dine in ever. This was the worst experience I have had eating at KFC. The matter of their $1000 drawing. I do not believe in this contest and I believe this is a way to get people to come eat at KFC.

hi ek wil net se ek is nie gelukkig met die diens wat ek kry by kfc in selcort springs nie want as hulle nie speel goed het nie dan kry jy ook nie die kooldrank wat saam met die kos gaan nie en ek het al voorheen ge kla en niks is gedoen om dit te verbeter nie ek was al lus en sit dit in die koerant en ek dink dit is swak diens want die kinders wil graag sien wat hulle kry en dan kry hulle niks en ek dink julle kan better speel goed gee want die ander plekke gee beter goe as julle.

went to kfc/taco bell in south side of knoxville, iowa .Made our order and no ice in the machine. Lady said she was too short to fill it. So she gave us about a third cup of ice. No sweet tea .Then they forgot to bring up my wifes order and had to remind them. After we sat down they told us they were closing and to let them know when we were done so they could let us out.I think that was very poor service. If we knew they were closing we would have went somewhere else.

KFC not true promo

KFC announced of their new promo for 2 pieces chicken for only P99.00. Showing a poster with 2 pcs chicken and a rice. When I availed of the promo.. i asked for a leg and thigh.. they charged me P121.00 telling that only a wing and a leg can avail of such promo.. now where in the poster said have explained that that promo is only for a wing and a leg?

KFC late delivery of food

I have ordered online via www.kfchk.com for a bucket meal and got my confirmation in email. It is stated there that my order will arrive at 14:12 of that day and will take 80mins. So I waited for it to arrive at the specified time. I understand that their restaurant might be busy because it is a sunday and i am willing to wait 80 mins. as indicated. I waited for the time but wasn't delivered on time. I think 80mins. is long enough for them to prepare and deliver the food on time including traffic jam and business of the store. But the store where it is coming from is not that far from my place and may only take 10 mins. from one point to another. I am complaining because this results from a poor management. How can someone deliver late when 80 long mins are already allotted and the store is just close by? If there is expected heavy traffic, why not take other routes or leave earlier to get things delivered on time? This is not acceptable. By the way the store manager's name is Heidi Ho Yuen Lok. And she is very arrogant and sort of not good in speaking to customers.

KFC bad delivery service

KFC's delivery service seems to be taking a downswing, as whenever we place orders, we find one thing or another missing. Last time it was a whole meal, the second time low-quality cheesecakes with half the ingredients absent - both times, I let it go.
However once again, they delivered it, this time conveniently missing out the cookies.
Needs action, or shall face lost customers.

KFC delivery charge

I ordered a bucket of chicken yesterday for $24, i was charges 5 dollars for delivery on my bill plus taxes it came up to $31, ti gave the delivery guy $40, he was like ok see you later, i told him " i need my change"...so he pulled $5 out of his pocket and said ok, here you go. and i kept waiting for the rest, so i said "listen i already paid $5 for this delivery", so he told me that the company kept it all and that he needed the tip so he refused to give me the rest of my change. and walked away. Having to pay almost $10 for delivery is just ridiculous, i can take a taxi to the store order my chicken and come back for that amount. Why should i pay $5 for delivery to KFC at all if the driver demands a $5 tip as well. i will never order online again.

KFC bad food

Our last three visits to our local KYC have been terrible. The people who work there are very nice however the food is terrible. We didn't eat any of our food tonight because the chicken was dry as paper, the corn was dry, etc. It is convenient for us therefore we decided to give them chance after chance but we will not be back. It makes me sad for a co. to go down like KFC has.

I went to KFC on Columbia road in Westlake Ohio and I ordered Original Chicken and my friend ordered crispy. The breading for bothe the origianal and the crispy appeared the same and it was awfull. It did not look or taste at all like the original chicken or the crispy. It appeared as if the better was messed up and they sold it that way. It was a terrible experience and I am highly dissappointed.

8:00pm on a Friday night, my wife, my daughter and I stopped by the KFC at Mobile Highway and Michigan to have dinner.. I've always loved KFC chicken and several of thier sides, but tonight I ordered the 'Delicious Sandwich', my wife smartly ordered the two piece chicken, w/ a couple sides and my daughter had an easy KFC snacker w/ mashed potatoes, but I unfortunately had the 'Delicious Sandwich' which consisted of a burnt piece of chicken breast on a squished bun, w/barely melted cheese and old bacon... I only mention this to also mention my potato fries, which were so burnt and overcooked, the potato inside was almost non-existant, not to mention dried to complete oblivion.. I do not understand, because after thirty years of decent chicken service, the last few things I've tried, (especially my last service) was totallly unacceptable, well, it makes me think, maybe KFC should stay with what they know, chicken, but that's just me, if you have other complaints about 'your fast food' please acknowledge your patrons by changing yourselves back to what you know, chicken, because obviously you've taken on too much... Thank You.. I really do love KFC, at least the old one! Thank You!

KFC woman in need of new uniform?

I went into KFC tonight 1-2-13 for my family's tea and noticed a young woman who's.name badge said 'Kat' she had a top button missing from her shirt which I thouggt was bad enough until she turned around and I realised you could actually see her white pants through her leggings and she wore her hair in a ponytail, which was qyite long, swinging around over peoples food. I would have been less shocked if I had seen her on a corner in sheffield but this was KFC! Please do something about your staffs uniform as it was very distasteful.

KFC driveup charge

On January 20, 2013, I sent to a KFC in Mobile, AL (J718281) to make an order. I had no problem wtih the order itself. But, upon checking the receipt, I noticed a "driveup charge" of $.30. I'm thinking, "They are charging me for using their driveup?" I asked the employee waiting on me about this. She said it was "stipulated." I said, stipulated where? There was nothing on the order window advising me of a driveup charge. She became irate and called her manager. The manager said the charge is to defray expenses. Again, I asked to defray what expenses. She told me I was free to file a complaint at KFC home office. She then told me I had to leave because I was holding up the line. Irate, I went home and filed a complaint at the KFC web site. KFC has yet to respond, almost a week later. Either they have this driveup charge as a part of their policy or they simply are not consumer friendly. I advise everyone to contact KFC to explain this driveup charge.

The charge is the SALES TAX; their system just calls in "dine in" or "drive-thru"...same as you pay everywhere else. But you're from Alabama, so we wouldn't expect you to know that, or understand it if you did.

KFC employee attitude

I want to make a complaint about your employee named syikin (KFC outlet nearby Seberang Jaya petronas) is not customer friendly. When I went through the drive thru to buy KFC products, employees who take orders as if forcing me to place an order with a rush. It makes me less happy with the attitude of your employees. The way he communicates is also very severe. I hope the KFC can give courses on how to communicate well with customers. Thank you.

KFC outlet manager with poor working attitude

Seriously this is the wrist and ever service provided by KFC outlet at mutiara damansara Tesco extra branch!
For god sake if she is not aware of the promotion please said so rather that accused and confronted customer with her annoyed voice even from the distance where my family members could have heard so!
I am came from the service industry also but I do wonder what kinds of customer service quality does you all provided or even no minimum requirement on hiring process?!
Worst scenario is other counter staff had even better service quality than her! Her staff even told her promotion that had which she insisted that promotion has been expired for week ago!
Frankly speaking I ain't that desperate of having this product somehow my family member teenager like to having it otherwise I seldom step in nor eating KFC!
I was being told by my family members that saw advertisement on tv last night in regard of on going dinner promotion that was the reason we were reached there at 5:45pm (same as their wall clock) guess what when the wall clock click to 6pm I try to place my order for dinner promotion only being told by a polite staff name Amir that their cashier system still indicating 12 Mins behind actual time?! Ironic isn't it, which I don't him but someone to be fully responsible should be the outlet management staff. However he did mention if waited till actual dinner promotion would have better deal that ala carte order. Thought for another 12 more mins of course why not, I also wanted to find out what kind of promotion are they running also.
Unfortunately when he time is right friendly staff Amir is no longer there I had no choice to have approached so called senior staff or manager (refer to the attachment) based on the color of shirt vary from others.
Me: may I ask what kinda of dinner promotion are you having it now?!
She: no dinner promotion, we never have any dinner promotion! Shouted
Promotion has been ended week ago!
Me: ok! But I heard from your staff Amir mention that should have better deal for this dinner deal?! I am confused now, what can I have then?!
She: this is the one we are having for the set from 6pm-9pm value at rm 9.95+
Me:huh!? Ok then no other choice I could get then.
After taken my order back to my seat then I were starting to having my dinner, this so called manager flip over the promotion board as of dinner promotion, when I saw it this is exactly what I wanted to have set with chicken 2pcs, rice and drinks!
Ten u went to confronted her again:
Me : I thought you said there is no more promotion for dinner except for the one I had?!
She : Yes! The promotion has ended week ago!
Me: then how are you going to explain for this promotion of dinner treats?!
She: you said dinner plate 50%! Shouted loudly!
Me: I had never mention ever in fact I were asking what's kind of promotion do you have?!
She : No! Then what do you want?!
Her crew on next counter: she did meant for dinner treats!
Me: what else could I get!
She: if you want to order wait for another 15 mins as this promotion not ready!
Me: then why were you showing this promotion when you guys are not even prepare and ready!? Starred at their wall clock 6:30pm which should be ready by 6pm!

Should you or should you not either send her for another intensive training or really consider her to be your biggest ever asset to your company!? With dot even have a simple and essential courtesy of listening an understanding customers needs and requirement before action!?
Sorry to say that I was supposed of having intention of doing a huge order from your end a day after to celebrate my colleagues birthday party but due to your end don't even bother and hacked care attitude hence I had decided by given others to earn for Ye share.
Maybe to you all losing a customer meaning nothing to you but hell ya! This would be getting worst than ever!
Please don't even bother of doing much promotion since you guys are not ready to earns monies rather than accusing and insulting customers in public!

I noticed on commercial for KFC, there was a family, but you chose nor to include a father. Why not? It was an African American family and there was no father figure.

KFC mgr complaint at store 1814

I frequent this store at least 2x a week. Every Time that I go to the store, Jill the server is so good with customer relations, good with sales, and suggestive selling, friendly, courteous, kind, and always a big smile. She's the kind of employee that anyone would appreciate to have working for them. As a matter of fact, once I establish my business, I might approach her and offer a job. The reason that I would do that? Because the manager, AMAL, has no people skills. She's rude to her staff, never smiles, always looks grumpy, moody, in may not be her fault, but she comes across with very poor people skills, and frankly, after witnessing how she treats her staff, I would never work for someone like her. She's the kind of person, that should be behind a desk all day, and not have any interaction with the customers, or staff.

I visted this KFC on occasions. The service is horrible. Also to top it off I went to get a Wednsdays special. There was a ROACH in my food. The management team was very unprofessional and wanted to provide me with another plate of food. However the service was horrible and it too entirely too long to get my food delivered. I was very disgusted and demanded...

KFC racial harrassment

Went through the drive thru at Fort Carson, Colorado KFC and while I was scanning the menu option a females voice came over the intercom and asked me for my order. I was not ready at the time and i told her to give me a minute. I heard her say, "That's why I don't like black people. What the hell! It is her job to take my order and not judge me. Did my voice tell her I was black? The manager did not do anything. They really need a class on ethics, harrassment of all forms and customs and courtesy. She is lucky I did not get out the car because this BLACK female would have kicked her *&^% and taught her a thing or two about respect.

Apparently, this is an issue that needs to be address before it gets out of hand. I know for a fact not many African Americans is going to tolerate such disrespect.

KFC poor hygiene

I went to the Bognor Regis KFC with my daughter in law and three grandchildren today(30th august 2012) as a treat.When we entered the premises, we found all the empty tables covered in food and rubbish and we had to clear a table ourselves using wet wipes.Only one young man was trying to serve and dish up all by himself.By this time 6 people were behind us and no one serving 2 people walked out.In the back ground who looked to be a manager was just pottering about not even attempting to help.Fair dues to the young man, who was working very hard.But thumbs down to the manager.A lady finally came out to help, but was more interested in looking after he own children who were running around causing a problem.Is there a policy about having your own children on work premises whilst on their shift?As a local I find this unacceptable and wonder what impression they are giving to tourists.Please make our outings more pleasurable in the future.Yours Mrs.Sally Hall.[protected]@hotmail.com 9 york gardens Littlehampton west sussex BN17 6EY

When told you can order just chicken & biscuts but when you go to pick your order up and they tell you biscuts don't come with it you have to pay 2 for a $1 and when told what was told to us they were rude and non apologetic and very very rude from the get go and i would like to also include i worked for this particular KFC and won the 1986 Silver Dollar...

On Sunday dragonfly was in the collard greens. The manager, Chris Meachem, was made aware of it. He was very indifferent about the matter. He stated that the insect had to have come from out of the can. The manager refused to remove the remaining collard greens from the bar. The owner, Minton Hester, was called and message was left with his family of the incident. Mr. Hester did not return my call.

KFC drug usage

The Manager of this KFC has been picked up and taken to the emergency room on many occasions for Herion overdose. He also has had the police at his home and continues to use and possibly sell Herion. I know for a fact he takes many pills and other things yet continues to have to small children involved and also keep his job since he is a boss at this Kentucky Fried Chicken. You can check the medical and police records. Someone needs to do something because if he goes in to a crazy rage and hurts employees and customers this would be a terrible thing for our community. I feel it is my job as a medical bi stander to report it to his coporate headquarters because calling the Tomah KFC wiull only get him and he is the boss. Someone needs to stand up and stop his Herion usage and pills and everything else. Before someone is seriously injured.
