We came to this place recommended by a towing truck (from the same company, no wonder why they recommend this place). The people were so rude, they never gave me prices beforehand and in the end when I refused to let them do the job since it was almost twice as it was going to be at Pep Boys, they charge me some magical amount for car checking, this place is lacking honor and ethical principles. STAY AWAY FROM THEM and if you have been in a similar situation, please comment about it.

this place is horrible... they towed my van without me even knowing. I came outside to a missing vehicle! I go to pick it up the next afternoon, and they charged me $210! I got home and realized they left a huge dent in my car. I went back to complain and now all of a sudden they have no idea what could have happened and claim that it couldn't have been them, even though I LEFT MY CAR PARKED SO IT WASNT ME! DONT GO THERE!

I was towed from the George Washington Bridge and found Kelly's to be helpful. Upon my return home we checked on what it would have cost us locally and do not feel we were ripped off. They even gave us the radiator back as it was still under warrenty so we can recoup part of repair costs

They were friendly and talked to my husband via phone several times during the repair process. I think the reviews I have seen here are unfair. AAA said I could be towed someplace else if I was dissatisfied but I decided to stick with Kelly's and they had me back on the road in 4 hours.
