The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Its been 10 days till today the Lift has been disorder and not fixed yet. Block E has 19 floors. Imagine what will happen if there any emergency. How about the older people and handicap people. Do the management though about this? If they did, the lift should be done by now! I m a resident of 13 floor.Its been annoying issue that I can take it when I have to take stairs to 13 floor after a hard day work and after a greating hassling of traffic condition.
Maintainence dept should be responsbility of this. This people has to keep maintain the Condo not to fix a problem after there is a problem! The reason Lift had not working due to heavy rain, the water go through the roof and to the MDF room where it had short circuit the whole thing..
Not only that, the super genius security guards are so rude to the residents and so dumb where in a ocassion the security allowed the the THUGS and followed them to a residents house and got the resident beaten...
All these they are doing FOR WE ARE PAYING THEM.
we are paying them..and still the manager is the bigesst CHAMP! talk so errogant and Pride as she is EX POlice!
Who cares that you are? as long you are managing this condo, just do the best for your resident!
RM15000 for the motor lane..RM450000 for the CCTV...there is no point of installing it when you hire untrained security guards!

If can I wish I can bring this to media, cause the management are not worried cause no resident step forward..

i as extenant stay in kelana puteri condominum.the owner will not provide new access card to those new tenant and tenant need give advance rm200 (rm20 for the card+rm180) to the management.so if ur guys rent there, so need give another rm200 for access card. the access card have alot trouble as well as the security especially the fat foreign security. the access card need renew rm180 each year. what for we as tenant must pay high access card?
the maintenance in kelana puteri is suck. hav nothing facilities besides the pool and mini shop and canteen. n the building look creepy and old like the buiding will falling apart . the lift also so smell n old. so what the special that we should get rm200 and rm180 per year. some security are bad behavior and treat rude to local resident than the foreign worker that stay kelana puteri. everyone who want rent or stay in kelana jaya better choose other condominum because this condominum give tenant a lot of trouble. besides, other condominum also have better facilities compare this old condominum and just required pay rm50 for access card and not expired.
