I notified them via email that I didn't want their product after the free trial offer and they keep sending it. Cannot get ahold of them by phone. How do I get them to stop taking money out of my bank account?

I too recieved my trial bottle, tried to cancel, but was put on hold for next attendant for an hour, before I gave up. Tried again with same results. Then recieved a two month supply, charges on my credit card. Called the number on my statement. Followed the menu, when it asked if I was trying to cancel, pressed the key and was directed to a web address. Still can not get through. I am canceling my credit card so no more charges will be put on to that card. I feel these type of offeres are very decieving and will never trust another.
